“HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I would NEVER use this app to get my food again. I only use this app when I’m at work and I’m always hesitant but hungry and ALWAYS regret it. I’m always missing items when they give me the option of ordering from multiple places! I have never received ALL my items. Then they don’t want to refund you your money just $5 as if that covers the $50 on $16 order you just spent. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!”

“Ordered $85 dollars with of food from little Caesars only to have the door dasher delivery driver to deliver my order to the wrong address! Now I have to wait 10 plus business days for my refund!”

“My son uses doordash for his pizza business, on April 25 2024 a woman came in and picked up a 50.00 order and never delivered it , had no idea until another driver came in to pick up same order, customer called and was upset that order never arrived! A call to doordash reviled they didn't care about the retail fraud! And said they weren't going to do anything about it ! Fortunately I had stopped by and made the redone order ! I will never personally use your service! Shame on you for allowing your driver's to steal orders and do nothing! Maybe next time a will start charging them with retail fraud, very sad you have scum bags out there and will do nothing to help prevent this from happening, this causes business money ,”

“I had a terrible experience with DoorDash. I had placed a catering order for my event, but unfortunately, I couldn't receive it on the day of the event as the order was canceled by DoorDash without any notification. I requested a refund of $161.00, but it's been three months, and I haven't received it yet. To add to my frustration, the call center representatives were of no help, and their attitude was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order through DoorDash after this experience.”

“DoorDash has a terrible dispatch system, they will send you on a 10-15 mile delivery for $5 to $7 dollars do they not know how much gas is nowadays. I feel that no order should less than $7 and take no more than 6 minutes. Also the customers are not tipping and that should be the responsibility of DoorDash to make sure the customers tip or tip the Dasher through the DoorDash system. It is very disheartening to go the extra mile and not be rewarded for it.”

“I have oder food from Doordash to have the delivery drive not show up and give me my food. I even gave a tip for the driver but then have him send a text Stating he had delivered my food to me by hand and it never happened so I will never use Doordash again when due to the fact you have a bunch of liars working for you. I will also let others know how poor your service is and strongly advise them to not use your services”

“Food Review: PLEASE SHARE!!! Upon receiving my order, I eagerly unwrapped the brown bag that was still securely stapled shut. To my dismay, upon extracting the plastic bag, I discovered a squashed cockroach perched at the top of the knot on the second bag. I had not yet unveiled the contents of the food bag, but the sight was disheartening. Without hesitation, I promptly contacted the restaurant to address the issue and forwarded them the photos as evidence of the unsanitary discovery. Such an occurrence is entirely unacceptable. The restaurant management's response was to offer a remake of the meal, but understandably, I had lost my appetite. Their assurance that such incidents were rare offered little solace, as it had unfortunately happened to me that very day, leaving me deeply disappointed. Instead of accepting their remake offer, I was advised to seek a refund through DoorDash. In conclusion, the presence of a cockroach in my takeaway order marred what should have been a pleasant dining experience. “I never hear employee tips is for employers. A customer gave a tips to me yesterday they decide to remove it from my pay they don’t pay me for yesterday and today deliveries. Shame on you”

“I work from home and use DoorDash on the regular for my kids when they get out of school. This is not the first time this has happened and it’s the pint now where it’s ridiculous. I once again received the wrong order! My name clearly is not Dylan and they are rudely telling me 3 to 7 days for a refund. I was a dash pass member. I want that money bk and a refund for this food that I don’t eat. I’m deleting the app and if you don’t have money to blow I would suggest you delete it as well. There are to many other delivery companies that care about they customers.”

“Why are you guys increasing the prices of the food. When ordering from door dash the food is higher than it actually is through the company. That's why I don't pay a lot in tips. You guys should pay the drivers hourly because you are up charging for the food, plus the tax, and then the tip. Mannnnn...I will go get my own food, but for people not able to this is a beat.”
