I found hair in my food earlier today, and I went through DoorDash to report the incident. I sent pictures to DoorDash and I had no result and they're refusing to give me my money back. I just ordered food since I am studying exams for college and I wanted to treat myself. Since I reached no conclusion, I contacted support about the issue and they're claiming I never sent pictures. I am retracting my DoorDash plus and never using DoorDash again.

The service is terrible. The don’t honour their own advertising and promotions and the customer service was difficult to contact. Customer service is terrible once you figure out how to reach them.

There is always something wrong with the every order I place. I ordered Crumble, and they gave me the wrong cookies. Not one was what I ordered. Than I had to wait 30 minutes for a new order. I DONT recommend. This has happened 6 times already, and I can't take it happening again. Come on. 😠

Thought I would give them another chance. Order from two different stores. 45 minutes later the driver pulls up to parking lot, begins eating food and then I get a cancellation notice!!! WTHeck! Then when I called doordash, they refused to refund my money and only said I could have a doordash credit!!! WHat, like give my money back for the order you cancelled!!

Food was 35 minutes late and cold. Driver did not speak a lick of English. Could not communicate with the driver to get my food. What is wrong with this company? How can you hire people like this? This was my first and last time using DoorDash! Worst experience ever I wish I could get back my $2.50 tip! Don’t use DoorDash for anything unless you speak a foreign language!

My first time using the app to order something and I never received it 😫🤬 The guy who supposed be delivering call me and said he give de food to someone else and I need to ask about my food Also he was very rude and yelling at me and said it was my mistake. I call to report him and no one can help it is very frustrating to see how I pay for something and you never receive it🤬🤬

I’ve had so many issues with DoorDash. I deleted my account. I recently placed an order and the dasher placed my order at the wrong door. Not, only that he placed it on the ground. Which is very unsanitary . I called and had a received bad experience with customer service and was informed they have to review my complaint and get back to me. The brings half of my order back, but left it on the dirty ass ground, again. I’m very dissatisfied.

Worst company Ive ever used! Our driver dropped off the wrong food order and I went through the help system in the Doordash app to get it refunded. I was denied a refund even though I has photo evidence and ordered the same exact order right after. Why would I reorder the same stuff immediately if the first round was right?! Plus the evidence and all! Mu escalated case was also denied. The next one was worse! I got literal raw chicken in a sandwich. I took photos and tried to just get one sandwich refunded. It wasn’t the money, it was the principle of not paying to be poisoned!! I got denied even with ample photo evidence and the product saved in my fridge!!! Horrible company with terrible service!!

Today April 5 2024 I never received my oder and Doordarshan refused to refund my money 20.40..... I will never door dash again nor will I remind it to my dead dog.....I will delete and block this app

I was foolish like so many others. I stopped using DoorDash because of their terrible customer service. I tried again and again the order was missing six of the seven items. The Dasher was terrible and refused to offer any help. Door dash customer support wanted to refund 1/3 of the order even though most of it was never delivered. This is a terrible company. If you can avoid using them, avoid them.

I am so appreciated the door dash advertisement. The girl make the cake and deliver door to door. It is very creative and good ideal. The actor and actress present the advertisement very energetic and confidence.

I placed an order at 9am from redlobster to be delivered at 1:30pm, the driver not only was like 10 minutes late but also texted me that he couldn't find the right address and he decided to stay by the leasing office instead of try to look for the right building, so I'm here with no food and waste of time, of course since now on I'm going to stop using doordash! I prefer Uber eats, their drivers actually work and if they are lost they start moving and looking for it until the client gets the order , not like the lazyones of DD.

I had ordered a crave case from white castle it came out to 50 dollars with dasher tip and all ,that was way to much to pay so I immediately canceled the order, they didn't give my money back or I received no food I called to explain what happened with my money they said I didn't cancel in time the order was being made ,I said lies I canceled cause of the money so they took my money and I had no food..following up they proceeded to take 4 dollars out of my account for a subscription I did not agree to I called told them put my money back ,and I told them yall took my money from the white castle order ,customer service rep ended up putting the credit on the account..following up I try to order something and use the credit they then say my account is under review it takes 5 mins mind u the credit been on the account for a week ,do u know they ended up deactivating my account and said I can no longer ever use doordash again, 😎what a pathetic thing to do ....

Door dash drivers either steal your food or just don't pick up your full order. Door dash refuses to refund so they keep your money. Horrible company and horrible drivers. I was told by the driver that the restaurant didn't give him anything but the sides to my order which makes no sense. Plus they kept all the fees and tip even though most of my order was missing!!

Ok, delivery fee is cheaper than other apps, however, come on!!! The order(sushi) was cancelled out of no REASON after one hour waiting??? Such a joke! Why is this app still running? Minus scores for that one star!

Absolutely awful. The customer service is atrocious, and the delivery drivers are untrustworthy. Despite my previous bad experiences, I foolishly placed another order today. Regrettably, my suspicions were confirmed when a dasher named Lauren, whom I've never had before, turned out to be a thief just like a previous dasher named Michelle. Despite my concerns, DoorDash insisted I wait for the delivery. Predictably, Lauren never showed up, just like Michelle before her. This isn't the first time this has happened; I had the same ordeal with Michelle a few days ago. After wasting hours on the phone, DoorDash reluctantly agreed to credit me, but today they refused. Frustrated and fed up, I've decided to delete my DoorDash account altogether. Beware of DoorDash – they're a nightmare to deal with. I recommend using the restaurant's website directly or other delivery services like Grubhub or Uber Eats. My experience with DoorDash has been nothing short of hellish.

They have no respect for their drivers. I was attacked by a dog on a delivery, but I wasn't able to sue them because the legal system is corrupt and the law is on their side. Then my account was hacked and my pay was stolen. I have reason to believe that someone from door dash hacked my account and stole my money and changed my account information. The pay isn't very good. They send drivers 10-20+ miles away for $5. That's not even worth the gas money. In addition, dashers get reviewed, but we can't give reviews. Sometimes customers deserve a bad review. More often, restaurants deserve bad reviews. Many restaurants have consistent wait times of 20 minutes to over an hour, and they're rude and abusive to Dashers. It's not fair that Dashers cannot review restaurants and customers. It's also not fair that our pay is dependent upon our ratings. If customers are angry because of long waits, that's usually the restaurants fault. We should not be penalized. We should be able to defend ourselves and our ratings. Door dashers are getting the short end of the stick coming and going. DoorDash should treat their good employees with more respect and caring if they want good dashers who have good customer service. And most of the workers for door dash in the customer service department have terrible service. Expect long holds and then they hang up on you. You can call and talk and email and chat with dozens of them in the app, whenever you can actually get through, but none of them resolve the issue. The only way a driver can ever get through is to say they're a consumer then get routed to the Dasher customer service. That's just messed up. They play games. They delete emails and like I said I have reason to believe they hack into Dasher accounts and steal their money. I don't know that for certain though, to be fair. Not all of them are bad, but most. Some of the drivers are bad too. They steal orders, but then the restaurants don't make it right for the customer. That's not fair to the driver or the consumer. Also, the app has tons of problems. They're maps are often wrong. It glitches a LOT. And sometimes you get duplicate orders. You may have to spend an hour of your time to get the order canceled for a $3 order that door dash says they will pay you for, then doesn't even give you that much. As a Dasher you work hard and don't get any benefits. It's so hard to make an honest living in this world. This company makes it even harder. I wish they could be held to justice and treat their drivers with the respect due them.

Doordash platform wont let you use credits from gift cards. Better avoid Doordash and use Uber Eats or Grubhub
