I placed an order for food to be delivered to my husband at work and notice the address was to my house. I canceled the order and placed another order for food to be delivered to his job. Only to find out the they will not give me a refund for the first order because it was confirmed at 10:18a 1 min before I canceled the order at 10:19a. There policy is if it's confirm it can't be refund. so I'm out of money and did not recieve the food...NOT TO MENTION the food I ordered the second time the dasher delivered the wrong food and told my husband sorry I got to go just take it. My husband has allergies and can't eat certain food that were believed. This isn't the first time. Dasher are just grabbing anything and delivering it. Strick three lost our families business.
