I tried to call DoorDash twice to give me a refund of $$20.73. I’m having a problem getting my money back. I called my bank to dispute the charges and DoorDash told my bank that I made the order. I did not make the order. It was at 3 AM in the morning I was sleeping and when my phone beeped it was saying that your DoorDash order is on the way. They never said your order was confirmed or anything like that my order was not confirmed or else I would’ve called DoorDash right away and cancel the order, all the sudden someone is on my driveway in the middle of the night at 3 AM in the morning giving me Taco Bell and I did not order it. I spent thousands of dollars on DoorDash in the past years. If my money is not refunded I am going to write a very bad review about DoorDash believe me and a lot of people are not gonna order anything From DoorDash again. Please refund me my money it’s $20.73 where I spent thousands of dollars before and Everly sped a charge with DoorDash. I don’t eat Taco Bell and I don’t wake up at 3 AM in the morning to get an order that I didn’t make even though it says it’s from my DoorDash app , it was fraud and it’s a mistake and if you guys wanna lose money and have a lot of people not go with DoorDash again then if you want it that way then that’s what’s gonna happen if I don’t hear from you with $20.73. I’m going to write a very bad review on every website about DoorDash , it’s not the $20 it’s the fact that you guys charge me something that I didn’t order all the other orders that I made were legit except for this 3 o’clock in the morning order and if you look at my profile I never ordered Taco Bell. If I don’t hear from you guys and give me my money back I’m going to write a bad review on every website about DoorDash my family and friends are not ordering from you guys anymore if that’s the case, you guys are a cheap company and hired the lowest of low people to be your employees. DoorDash sucks horrible customer service the restaurant messes up orders and DoorDash doesnt do their job investigating and ends up stealing customers money. NOT GOOD IM NEVER NEVER USING YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICES AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I’ll be reporting your company to the credit bureau and to social media. I’m also disputing this amount to my bank because I did indeed receive the incorrect item. This is what I received instead of the strawberry medium milk shake This is not the first time this has happened and you keep denying my refunds or replacement you could have called the store and verified.

I've ordered from doordash three times now first time took an hour and a half to get cold food that sucked second time I ordered everything was pretty good now this time restaurant never received the order Torres driver calls says they didn't receive the order and now I have a $30 pending charge and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again

They don’t pay their drivers minimum wage, they don’t even hire drivers as employees. They also don’t let you leave one star ratings when they mess up.

had no delivery drivers to pick up my order then tried to chat with someone took 18 mins for them to respond. then get my food a hour later with it being cold

The Dasher delivered my order to the wrong building. Since it was the same apt# and he took a pic they refuse to give me my money back. Also because I have several refunds on my account but they were from grocery items out of stock, they based their decision on those previous refunds. I checked the entrances to the 2 buildings on each side of me that I'm attached to and no food was there nor did their doors resemble the pic taken. I'm sure he dropped the order off somewhere but It wasn't my apartment. I escalated my refund request and it was still denied so now I'm gonna dispute it with my bank. Needless to say I'll be using UberEats from now on!

It took our order an hour to get to us after leaving the restaurant. Food was cold. This was the second time using this service and will never use it again. Avoid it like the plague.

I'm a Dasher and I enjoy dashing but the app is extremely glitchy. I work for hours and hours and hours than my app glitches cancels my orders than puts me at 88% completion rate. And then tells me I need to have a 90% or more to keep dashing. Not only that people who order don't put accurate address, and dashing gps takes you to the wrong locations. It's really annoying they new someone else to but the company so we can get a better software systems, I'm using a Google pixel 8 pro and it's just not a reliable app!

Title: Terrible Experience with DoorDash DeliveryI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with DoorDash that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order for delivery, eagerly anticipating my meal. However, the delivery was a whopping 30 minutes late, and when it finally arrived, the food was ice cold. What's worse, there was absolutely no response from the driver despite multiple attempts to contact them. To add insult to injury, I later found out that my food had been ready a good 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, making the delay even more frustrating. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be using DoorDash again anytime soon and will be warning others to steer clear of their unreliable service.

I hate that they can make more than 1 stop. I just placed an order and it said it would be here at 7:30. Dasher picked up my food and is making 2 other stops before me, that added 20 mins onto my delivery time. I thinking tipping should be added at the end of the delivery not when the order is placed.

Fremont mi doordash is a joke used it 2 times 1st time order was wrong 2 times the second time it was delivered to the wrong address 3xs didn't end up getting our food the restaurant closed we had a credit didn't do us any good that nite called customer service the operator acted like he gave no f's overall they suck 1 star is to much to give them

Since I have become a top Dasher I get no top dashes all my dashes are extremely far away. everything I make goes back into gas every time I start a dash it takes me up to an hour away from my zone and it will keep taking me out of my zone and when I get back to my zone I have to wait up to a half hour to get another dash delivery extremely disappointed I have lost thousands of dollars and now I'm living on the street because of doordash thanks. I feel like I am being ripped off and scammed.

As we were able to track our dasher tonight we can see our dasher sat somewhere for 30 minutes when they finally delivered the order they only give us a soda and one of the items it looks like they ate the rest of our items when we called DoorDash to express our concern they would not provide any type of credit so we end up having to contact our credit card company. This is a joke we will never use this service again.

The store mixed up my order with someone else's and delivered the wrong food. I don't eat animal products and the order had chicken and dairy so I couldn't even eat it. Wasn't the dasher's fault either, the bag had my name and correct order on the receipt. Just the contents were wrong. Customer service agreed to refund the food but I had to still pay the delivery fees and charges which made up almost half the amount. I pushed back because I shouldn't have to pay for getting delivered food that I can't even eat. No dice though, apparently that is their policy. The CS person was nice but I could tell it was out of her hands. Forcing people to pay for a service they didn't receive is a terrible policy.

The item was missing from the order. Door Dash and the merchant like to go back and forth between each other with the blame. Horrible service. Horrible delivery. Everyone involved from the restaurant (Beans & Barley, Milwaukee, WI), Door Dash, and the delivery driver are at fault and no one, absolutely no one has been helpful in remedying getting me a refund. The Doordash rep actually hung up on me once she gave her spiel. I STILL WANT MY REFUND.
