I ordered several times a week from Doordash here lately. The stores have been leaving out a great deal of my orders which means someone is left out and doesn’t have food to eat. I’ve asked the Dasher to help them and tell them to double check and they have and they still leave it out. There needs to be some repercussion from the stores for sending out incomplete orders.

I placed an order that was missing two items when it arrived. I contacted DoorDash via the site, since there's no way for you to actually talk to a person. They said they'd give me a $3.00 credit. SERIOUSLY? That won't even cover the TAX that I paid on the missing items, let alone the items themselves. I will never, ever order anything with them again, because they are heartless thieves who don't care one whit for their customers.

My order arrived mostly eaten Smelling of marijuana Literally saturated . My entire front yard smelled like marijuana. I don’t smoke marijuana, but I don’t care who does, but I don’t want my food to smell like it ..I thought a skunk got hit by a car In the road in front of my house.. I have never ordered from DoorDash Ever again…

Doordash increased prices of the items we ordered. We ordered from Newks and paid $68 for 3 pizzas. It had delivery fees, service fees, dasher tip and of course raised prices of the pizzas. Today I ordered exact same pizzas and picked it up myself, my total was $40. I paid $28 dollars for delivery. Look at your bill carefully on how much they are charging.

The customer service are illiterate, ignorant and have no idea about rules, communication, they just make no sense. I have a recording of a very weird rep. Screenshots of employees agreeing to certain things I was entitled then sending a completely different email. The customer service is super ghetto, very rude and say they have no locations. It's like they are not accountable for the actions. I will be reporting this companu to ombudsman. I spoke in live chat and email. I did also upload screenshots to them of conversations between them. I have been out of the hospital for a couple days due to a procedure and I really need good service and they have not only put me in more pain but the treatment was so shocking, I simply had enough. This company is absolutely appalling in their service area. We have so many other grwat delivery services, if they do not want to follow the rules of human rights in Canada then why are they here!?

The food always takes forever to arrive, and when the order is wrong they won't give you a refund. It's SO expensive, and absolutely not worth it! I'll never use it again.

So you want to threaten me about deactivating my account because I’m not doing orders that want to pay me two dollars to go 10 miles or 6 dollars to go 11 miles you want to deactivate me because I’m not accepting bad orders really DoorDash??? You want me to waste my gas and drive really far for dirt cheap money??? Fix your system! I’m looking for a real job!!! You want me to praise your app ? Only if you help everyone out that’s busting there butt delivering for you

Doordash has already been contacted. Last Saturday, April 6th 2024 I ordered on your website from Chili's. I received notice that the Dasher was on his way for delivery. As I went to the door to get my food, the Dasher came running up to my door and said he gave me the wrong order and took off with that order. I never received my food, expect my Sundae from McDonald's, from another Dasher. I contacted Doordash and they took my money and decided not to refund me. Now I have a charge on my credit card for nothing. Terrible experience.

This service is ridiculous, I re-ordered the same meal - with the credits from it not being delivered to the correct address in the first place, which you can see in the pictures provided - and then was essentially double charged. Not only do you pay for a service (and the increased prices) but when it it doesn't get delivered or is completely incorrect the customer gets penalized. I have closed this account, terrible customer service. Their response: "You recently reported an issue with your DoorDash order. Based on the details you shared, we escalated your case to a specialist on our team for additional review. We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but we based our decision on a comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history. While we could not fulfill your request this time, please rest assured that we'll continue to work to improve our process to ensure you'll have a great experience moving forward."

A woman named cassy jennings is stealing the food and making her boyfriend use her dash card for her, she should be banned from being a dasher. Why would you guys allow theives to dash?

I ordered on door dash and I ordered chicken & steak nachos with an order of cheese dip with chips and salsa. I didn't receive the chicken in my nachos and no cheese dip. Reported it and they declined to give a partial refund, so I decided to call the actual restaurant who stated doordash sent the order over with steak nachos and salsa and chips. So why did they charge me for something that's cost more when I could've paid for the cheaper price nachos and just chips and salsa.

I placed an order via Bob Evans in Breezewood, PA and the order was supposedly cancelled due to it being too far for Door Dash to deliver. The amount was pending for several days on my account and today it went through but was supposedly cancelled at both ends. Be wary of Door Dash. According to the representative at Bob Evans, this happened to another person not long ago. Be cautious and wary.

I placed a large order 3 days in advance. Door Dash waited until 1 hour before my order was to be delivered to inform me that the order had been cancelled. I called the restaurant directly and they said they were never even contacted by door dash about my order. Very poor customer service and no regards for how their actions affect their customers.
