I canceled my order and I got the confirmation via mail and text, but they still charged me. Even they wrote that sorry we are going to refund the cost.

Have had two occasions already where drivers have taken my food and won’t pick up the phone when calling for their ETA. So far DoorDash has not refunded me for both occasions. Should’ve learned my lesson the first time and NEVER order from them.

Horrible experience food is always cold because your dasher is delivering one than one order they don’t give you the option of getting your food cold because the dasher has multiple orders any change the time are you multiple times so it seems like your food has arrived on time but which it did it did you change the time that it would arrive so it seems like it will be on time and the whole time is not if that makes sense I screenshot it, and then sent them photos of them changing the time and they completely ignored that I sent them that they already have extra fees more than the regular restaurants and you still have to get your food cold and not one time

Door dash is terrible the company employees are incompetent and overall rude! Being upset about giving a customer back their refund because your driver canceled due to the restaurant employees being idiots is definitely crazy to me. Will never order with this quack of a company again. GO BYE YOUR OWN FOOD AND COOK YOURSELVES OR JUST GO PICK IT UP. This company does not hold anyone accountable who screwed up. Clearly its all about the money with them! JERKS!

I'm a driver for doordash, I was assigned a coles shopping order in which I had to driver to the store for which was a 25 min drive, I also got an add to route for $4.52 while I was on my way to do the shop doordash unassigned the first order from me and gave to another driver and for driving 25 mins to get the other order they only paid me $4.52......don't driver for them they scam you it's a joke I will be deactivating my account absolutely ridiculous

DoorDash never lets me down on my orders. They always forget something or the food is cold, oh and the expected time is pointless. I understand things happen but the expectations of what they say they offer just don’t exist. There is zero quality control in this business. You can’t refund me the wasted time I’ve lost. I don’t know why I continue to use DoorDash, I guess it’s my fault being hopeful.

The order was not correct. Refused to go back to the restaurant to get it because the item is to small. Got a run around from customer service and managers. They did refund money. All I wanted was the missing item. Customer service was very rude.

Even after speaking with the driver giving specifics I'm in an apartment complex then willing to meet them at the lease office which is clearly posted and visible my order is still canceled. I am disabled that's why I order delivery. Then having to put my house coat on and get my cane to try and meet them....absolutely ridiculous Now having to wait for days to get a refund. I'm on a fixed income. That was my food until my check comes beginning of month. No Easter dinner for me and my granddaughter.

On 1 order I had 2 dashes, both completed orders. Nothing delivered. No response from dashes. Doordash customer service ended chat before it was resolved. Supervisor called me, no help. Bs answers, not answering my questions. No one is giving me any response to what is going on. Says complete twice, then restart to looking for dasher.

Never received order although the text notification stated that the order was delivered. I received a picture of a bike and a man’s finger. Called Door Dash customer service and they told me they called the delivery person but they did not pick up and couldn’t help me any further. If your delivery guy didn’t deliver the items and you can’t find them, why is that my problem? You’re supposed to resolve the issue instead of telling me to call the store it was ordered from. The store confirmed the order was picked up by Door Dash so it’s not the store’s responsibility to locate your driver or the items. I never use Door Dash, however the store that I ordered from used them for the delivery services. Safe to say I will continue to not use Door Dash in the future, this is ridiculous.

No Stars! Omfg- I ordered an air fan, it went to the building next-door and left outside of the building for anybody could’ve stolen it. My specification was to deliver it to my door condo on the third floor. They also had my phone number the number I did receive at 7:04 AM and for God sake who’s up at 7 AM if you’re retired? the building next-door is an old folks home and they called me and told me there’s a box outside with this address. So I called Home Depot they’re the ones that use them at the delivery outlet, and the guy had to come back an hour later and re-deliver it to my building but once again left it in the lobby with the clearly states to bring it to 3rd floor .. the driver had an issue issue why did he not call me? DoorDash is the worst third-party inlet to use for any big retail outlet like Home Depot etc. Can you imagine if you changed the date for delivery which they charge for?? I’d lose it worse! So irresponsible!

Found a order on the side of the road, still warm/hot and clearly untouched. A homeless person (or just a hungry person) would have been thrilled. Called door dash to let them know what happened with the order, they didn't care at all. Flat out just hung up. Called the local place instead just to let them know.

ONLINE FRAUD!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Door Dash is sending non English speaking drivers who can't understand or read englush... they bring the wrong order...I stopped the driver at the door and sent him away. I never got my food and Doordash is refusing to refund my money. THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!!!!!!

Don’t get the dash pass because the system will still add other fees that are automated and you will not get refunds back on cold food and when your order was eaten out of I wish I could not even give a star at all

Driver left food in common area at bottom of stairs. Pure luck that we found it. Driver then lied saying food was ‘handed’ to us. Appalling service.

So I ordered food from McDonald's. I had gotten a 10 piece nugget meal so over $10 plus all the fees you pay for the delivery. Doordash driver shows up and literally everything else was there except the 10 nuggets (the main component of this meal) I call doordash to inform them and all they offered me was $1.30 refund. Like I paid over 20 bucks for this and that's all they offered me. Absolutely ridiculous! Please avoid using door dash it's better to just do pick up. Or else you could be wasting a lot of money. If I could put no stars I would that's how terrible the customer service was.

Until today I was a very frequent DoorDash customer. I’ve had small problems like an item or two missing or the food arrives cold but recently the dashers have been absolutely horrible. I’ve had my order picked up and then cancelled which I consider stealing. Even though I have instructions to call me and place the order in my hand,my food instead is being given and placed in front of other people doors and I always tip and I tip well for them to follow my instructions.I know that the problem lies with the dashers and not the company but DoorDash has lost me as a customer. I shouldn’t be filled with anxiety wondering if I’m going to receive my food nor not. The dashers are going to ruin their company if they don’t set standards and boundaries for these out of control dashers

Terrible! You submit an order online through the restaurant and doordash waits an hour to let you know they cancelled it. No compensation what so ever. They tell you they are giving 100% of your money back. Wow. In like 10 to 18 days! You think? Doordash has gone way down hill. Little Ceasars needs to cancel their contract with Doordash! Go with your own delivery service!!
