“You need to hire English speaking people, this is America. My DoorDash guy couldn’t read my text in English, He kept saying he couldn’t find me, he was lost and my food was over an hour late. DoorDash gave me the message that he couldn’t find me, and gave me his phone number but when I text him he had no idea what I was saying because it wasn’t in Spanish.”

“A local restaurant forgot a minor $5 side item. I called the restaurant, theY apologized and said I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund. I contacted DoorDash and they refuse to refund due to "their updated policies". DoorDash is flat out criminals who don't enable local restaurants to provide refunds and make it nearly impossible to obtain refunds via their "support". Absolutely overpriced and trash offering”

“I'm a Dasher Before but the problem is the Doordash app, And the doordash tried to scam the dasher because of the pay and tips of the costumer for the dasher they took it, most of the time they bring us far away like 20mins. for $8 or $9 is not enough for the dasher...”

“Door Dash is completely untrustworthy. They sent me someone else’s order. I have proof via photos of the food and the receipt that very clearly shows this was the wrong order, time stamps, etc. I have spent over 1.5 hours on the phone speaking to customer service reps and supervisors who agree with me on the phone and say they have to escalate it to another department who then denies the appeal. I am out $43 for food I never received and I have lost time in my life, while experiencing considerable frustration and stress. I will never order from DoorDash again and I encourage you not to either.”

“Order breakfast this morning 4=27=2024 and 2 of my items are missing along with no syrup for my sister pancakes I tried to call my door dasher Lacy no answer I called Door Dash for a redelivered the lady said not available I sit here no food no refund Door Dash needs to be shut down they do this to a lot of people it's not right if I didn't get my food why not redeliver SMH again I sit here no food no refund Door Dash is a rip off”

“My simple Doordash order was placed at 10:42 PM and was delivered at 11:48 PM. My Doordashers car appeared to be stopped at an Albertsons for the full hour. Later when I received my food, it was soggy and the slushees were melted. I would highly recommend ordering from GrubHub and or UberEats.”

“DoorDash messes up and canceled my order but says I won’t get my money back for 3 business days and it’s Friday night so that means 5 days. My kids are hungry tonight. They refuse to give me a credit so that my kids can eat. How heartless can humanity be? Then I look at my bank and it turns out they charged me for several different amounts that I shouldn’t have been charged and I go into DoorDash and look at the receipt and it says I was only refunded $8!”

“Food was picked up during ETA and dasher was on way. Dasher must of decided he wanted to make more money and proceeded to pick up other orders although stated on way (saw what he was doing on map).. Regardless Food arrived hour late and was cold and would not feed it to my dog. Have ate at the actual food place many times and not their food fault it was Door Dash's fault. Was a $45 order they gave me a $3 credit to my Credit Card which is laughable as their fee was more than that and driver had a $6.50 tip on top of it if I recall correctly. Dasher didn't knock or ring door bell as he knew I would of checked caught him on security camera running away from door as dog was barking as well to not be confronted. Will try a charge back with Chase to see if they will take my side as Door Dash takes no responsibility. This was in Riverview, FL area.”

“HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I would NEVER use this app to get my food again. I only use this app when I’m at work and I’m always hesitant but hungry and ALWAYS regret it. I’m always missing items when they give me the option of ordering from multiple places! I have never received ALL my items. Then they don’t want to refund you your money just $5 as if that covers the $50 on $16 order you just spent. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!”

“My son uses doordash for his pizza business, on April 25 2024 a woman came in and picked up a 50.00 order and never delivered it , had no idea until another driver came in to pick up same order, customer called and was upset that order never arrived! A call to doordash reviled they didn't care about the retail fraud! And said they weren't going to do anything about it ! Fortunately I had stopped by and made the redone order ! I will never personally use your service! Shame on you for allowing your driver's to steal orders and do nothing! Maybe next time a will start charging them with retail fraud, very sad you have scum bags out there and will do nothing to help prevent this from happening, this causes business money ,”

“I had a terrible experience with DoorDash. I had placed a catering order for my event, but unfortunately, I couldn't receive it on the day of the event as the order was canceled by DoorDash without any notification. I requested a refund of $161.00, but it's been three months, and I haven't received it yet. To add to my frustration, the call center representatives were of no help, and their attitude was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order through DoorDash after this experience.”

“DoorDash has a terrible dispatch system, they will send you on a 10-15 mile delivery for $5 to $7 dollars do they not know how much gas is nowadays. I feel that no order should less than $7 and take no more than 6 minutes. Also the customers are not tipping and that should be the responsibility of DoorDash to make sure the customers tip or tip the Dasher through the DoorDash system. It is very disheartening to go the extra mile and not be rewarded for it.”

“I have oder food from Doordash to have the delivery drive not show up and give me my food. I even gave a tip for the driver but then have him send a text Stating he had delivered my food to me by hand and it never happened so I will never use Doordash again when due to the fact you have a bunch of liars working for you. I will also let others know how poor your service is and strongly advise them to not use your services”
