How to lose a customer, by DoorDash... 1. Delivery driver lies about tip not being included and tricks customer into tipping twice. 2. DoorDash offers $5 credit for future delivery instead of refunding credit card. 3. DoorDash ignores customer's response. 4. Customer, customer's friends, customer's family, and customer's coworkers use a different food delivery service.

I WORK IN ONE OF THE RESTAURANTS DOORDASHERS ORDER FROM. THIS WHAT I SEE : MANY OF THE DRIVERS DON'T KNOW HOW TO SCROLL DOWN THEIR PHONE SCREEN AND THEY MISSED ITEMS IN THEIR ORDERS SPECIALLY AT DRIVETHRUS SO WE GET CUSTOMERS CALLING DIRECTLY TO OUR RESTAURANT IT IS YOUR RESPONSABILITY TO CHECK YOUR ORDER YOU GET YOUR RECEIPTS. NOT THE CUSTOMERS. ALSO PLEASE BRING YOUR DOORDASH BAG TO PUT FOOD INSIDE TO KEEP HEAT TXS.

Customer service is pretty terrible. You cannot contact the drivers and the wait to talk someone at the customer service line is very long. I have had to argue with customer service people to get a refund when the dasher made a mistake and did not contact me.

I paid $14.95 for a "hamburger and fries" meal from Cheesecake Factory. Only got 1/2 meal because they forgot the fries. DD only credited $5. I wanted my FRIES not $$. DD needs to figure out a way to get the missing food not throw a few bucks at you. If it was about the money, I wouldn't be using it at all because it's expensive after fees, delivery charge and driver tip. Restaurants almost never get my order right. (Cheesecake Factory is the worst. ) DD needs to make the restaurants more accountable and get the food we ordered.

Saltgrass south Arlington tx needs to be taken off your options. Absolutely the worst. Items missing. Food burned and ice cold. And a goat rodeo trying to get the idiots that work there to find a manager. Bad reflection on you, Door Dash! Oh and an unidentifiable white object smeared over the food! Are you serious!?!?!?!?

Over and over again, items are missing. They may offer a refund but often times that leaves someone without a full meal, and sometimes with no meal at all. (Most recent example: Two eggs and sausage ordered but only sausage delivered. NO EGGS!) This is happening about 1 out of three orders.

This was my first doordash experience. I ordered 3 dishes from Basilic Vietnamese in Fort Lauderdale. One has special instruction to use only meat, no shellfish. The dish arrived with shellfish in it. The second was for Pho Bo. That's BEEF! I received chicken pho. NOT what was ordered. The third dish was a Vietnamese salad with no special instructions. BAD BAD BAD. The first dish is inedible (shellfish allergy). The second was ok, but when you order and expect yummy beef that you have had before and end up with chicken, well enough said. I won't use DoorDash again. Not sure if it is the restaurant or the delivery service but the communication between the website and the food preparer didn't exist. Doordash refunded the delivery fee. I spent $43. Not great at all.

I love their service, but I'm going to stop using it if they don't get delivery time estimates fixed. Every time I find the order I want, they almost always double (or more) the actual delivery time AFTER I have placed my order. For example, on the order I just placed today, the estimate was 41 minutes. Then after I place the order, the confirm notification and email say my order will be delivered in 84 minutes. That's DOUBLE the original estimate. Feels almost like bait-and-switch to me...Worst off, sometimes it takes even longer to arrive than the second estimate.

I ordered from a restaurant that is a 10 minute drive from my place. I received a message from door dash that indicated my order was picked up and "on it's way" 1 hour and 15 minutes later it shows up. The food was stone cold. Door dash offered to give me $5 door dash credit dollars. I declined their offer as it would only force me to order from them again. Not to mention, my order was $35. Driver was friendly but unapologetic. I will not be ordering from door dash again. Uber Eats is coming to Vancouver next week. I'll give them a try instead

I ordered 3 times and I’ve had an issue each time. Either the food was cold or my order wasn’t right. DoorDash took my money and never sent any food. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Not happy.

The WORST customer service. The manager hung up on me. Never had the food redelivered. What a joke. Tried to write feedback through the app. Of course it would not let me submit the comments. Haha

Driver had issue finding out apt, even aftet clear instructions. Even talked him through getting to it. Stood outside to flag him down. He never showed, instead left and we received an email saying it was our fault and responsibility to find the driver and our money would not be refunded. We have never had an issue with a driver finding us for a food delivery.

The drivers are consistently getting lost and 90% of the time the food is incorrect. It's very overpriced but I understand the pricing due to convenience however it's not convenient when the food is late and is wrong. They have a lot of hidden fees besides just the delivery fee. It's a great idea to have food delivered from various businesses but this is not the company to do it

I didn't get my order I tried to place and it told me it wasn't verified I changed my information and tried again. I never got an order placed yet they charged me 8 times for the order I never received and now it's going to take almost a week to get my money back!!!! I deleted your app and will never download it again. also add a customer service number to your app I had to call a restaurant and get it. very unhappy customer.

Ordered food at 7:00 pm for 8:00 pm delivery. They cancelled at 7:38. Hungry kids is never a good thing and when you order like this, it means you don't have a fall back plan.

I feel that the wait times are unrealistic. I'm paying more money than I would going to get the food myself and it seems that my food is prepared very quickly but not picked up when it's ready. Then when I get my food it is cold and or not fresh. The wait time needs to be faster than 45-60 minutes.

30 mins late on delivery for Friday night- I was told it should arrive by 726, and it arrived damn near 8pm- the delivery person, was cheerful- but didn't apologize for it taking so long
