If you have ANY food issues at all, do not trust DoorDash to get it right. I was very specific in what I needed on my order, the order form allows for specific instructions, but apparently DoorDash then reads the order to the restaurant, rather than sending the form that you filled out. They missed several of my allergies and failed to communicate that it needed the gluten-free option. The food was not hot when it arrived. The driver didn't have it in an insulated bag or anything. My daughter frequently uses DoorDash and they get her order wrong, too. It's not a matter of health for her, though, so she keeps using them.

Just tired of missing sauces! Most deliveries fall short due to missing sauces. We are unsure if this is a driver issue or a restaurant issue. Should the driver or the restaurant check each order? I’ve heard, directly from restaurant workers, they don’t like delivery orders as they do not get a tip. I’m happy to tip the restaurant worker and DD should accommodate this request!

Friends have had multiple less-than-stellar experiences with doordash and my first one is no exception. Strike 1: Was lured in by a promo code for a restaurant and code was expired when I entered it in upon check out. Promo code was advertised on 3 landing pages and purported to be active. Strike 2: There was essential food missing from my order. Strike 3: There's no easy way to get in touch to get this resolved. Have to go through a battery of issue questions only to get an mandatory option selection for doordash credits or refund. Grubhub, Caviar, Uber eats all have incredibly easy ways to get in touch with a human for quick resolutions. Now I'm sitting here with a $30 f'n $$ pile of food that's getting cold and gross as wait to be called back by someone from Doordash. What a joke. Never again.

Doordash used to deliver on time nearly all the time. In recent months service has declined and food is nearly always late. I am switching to Postmates! Bye bye doordash.

Usually Doorsash is a reliable service; we use it from time to time and haven’t ever had a bad experience. We’re a busy couple, so during my most recent conference call, my wife ordered poke from a food truck we have visited many times. Firstly, the menu on the app wasn’t completely different than the actual restaurant’s menu (not sure whose fault that is). Secondly, our Dasher was at their second order’s restaurant for over 45 minutes. Our food was late, and poke isn’t good when warm, let alone probably not the safest to eat. Thirdly, we ordered three entrees, but when we asked the Dasher about the third, she seemed as if she had no idea what we were talking about/didn’t even know she’d only delivered 2/3 of our order. She wasn’t a fucking airhead, and she showed not even the slightest bit of remorse. While yes, Doordash did issue a $15 credit to our app, the whole experience was definitely subpar. I understand that people aren’t just people, and our Dashers are only human, but next time...please do better. Stop allowing Dashers to take multiple orders at a time. Make sure your Dashers are actually doing their job. Just do better. Thanks.

My credit card info has been taken and used to buy orders in different states mostly California 5 times now— each time I get a new debit card it’s taken again and I hate it because they have a good selection of vendors and their whole service is better than Amazon Prime Now — just not safe. Wish I knew how to prevent the card theift

Delivery is either as promised or late. Watching the dasher on the map, I see them delivering food to other places far away from the restaurant. My food ends up being cold. It’s very frustrating. I’ve never had a problem with UberEats.

Food never arrived!!! I watched the driver on the map. He didn't seem lost at all. He knew exactly where he was going and if you ask me, it was HOME...to eat my food!!! I have emailed and sent several messages to the company to no avail. I never received a refund or a credit. My advice: UBER EATS.

The dasher was not given our order. I had no way to talk to anyone to have a new dasher assigned. After 3 hours, I have no resolution. This is the second completely unacceptable experience.

Placed my first order and the dasher delivered the food to the wrong address. I messaged the Dasher letting them know they delivered to the wrong address and resent my address, I had to finally ask if they were going to bring my food. Guess what his response was? "No I'm sorry I'm busy, I'd be pisued if I were you". Meanwhile I had to wait 30 minutes in the chat in que. They were able to add a credit and I reordered. So didn't get my order for another 1.5 hours later.

At first, the orders/deliveries were great! Then come about the 4th time using Door Dash when our order was 3 hours or more late. Had trouble finding a way to contact someone, but when finally did, they were able to settle everything. From then on, All our orders either have either been late or items missing. Our most recent order was missing 3 shakes and when contacting them on this, I had to request them to pickup the shakes and delivery them instead of a refund. They still charged us a second service fee of $1.21, which I believe they should have ate that fee, being their fault.

Don’t expect food that is warm let alone hot. They deliver multiple order and not even in close proximity. Order started out being 40 min and went to hour and 40 min. I think I’m done with them.

Hi I had used doordash tbree times, tbe first time was good the second time the pizza cold and the third time they gave me the wrong order !!!! I had two orders and both were wrong, I couldn't eat them, $24.00 dollars waisted and I had to eat tv dinner!!!!

The food is always early and I love the service when my food got messed up they reimbursed me my only problem is that I always feel sick after eating my bf always tells me to stop but I always order from them because it’s quick and I don’t have to leave the house it’s like I’ve been in denial. But today I’m sick and I know it’s from the door dash because I was great but now I’m throwing up yet again and I refuse to use again.

I ordered dinner from Door Dash a few minutes after 9PM last night. About fifteen minutes after the order was placed, i received a text saying that the restaurant had chosen not to fill the order (??), and that they would refund my payment. I placed a second order from a different restaurant at 9:25. The Door Dash app said it would be delivered in one hour, which seemed like a long wait, since the restaurant is only about five minutes from my house, but I accepted it. An hour later, no food had arrived, and the app wasn't showing it as being on the way. I texted the driver to ask if they had picked up my food yet. The driver texted back to say "Yes On my way". About fifteen minutes later, I called the driver, who told me they would be at my house in about seven minutes. Nobody ever came. I finally received a call from Door Dash after 11:00 PM saying that the restaurant is now closed, and that the driver hadn't ever picked my food up. They cancelled the order again after I had been waiting two hours. They really need to improved their system ASAP. I understand that something can go wrong once in a while, but it appeared last night that nothing was being done right!

How to lose a customer, by DoorDash... 1. Delivery driver lies about tip not being included and tricks customer into tipping twice. 2. DoorDash offers $5 credit for future delivery instead of refunding credit card. 3. DoorDash ignores customer's response. 4. Customer, customer's friends, customer's family, and customer's coworkers use a different food delivery service.

I WORK IN ONE OF THE RESTAURANTS DOORDASHERS ORDER FROM. THIS WHAT I SEE : MANY OF THE DRIVERS DON'T KNOW HOW TO SCROLL DOWN THEIR PHONE SCREEN AND THEY MISSED ITEMS IN THEIR ORDERS SPECIALLY AT DRIVETHRUS SO WE GET CUSTOMERS CALLING DIRECTLY TO OUR RESTAURANT IT IS YOUR RESPONSABILITY TO CHECK YOUR ORDER YOU GET YOUR RECEIPTS. NOT THE CUSTOMERS. ALSO PLEASE BRING YOUR DOORDASH BAG TO PUT FOOD INSIDE TO KEEP HEAT TXS.

Customer service is pretty terrible. You cannot contact the drivers and the wait to talk someone at the customer service line is very long. I have had to argue with customer service people to get a refund when the dasher made a mistake and did not contact me.

I paid $14.95 for a "hamburger and fries" meal from Cheesecake Factory. Only got 1/2 meal because they forgot the fries. DD only credited $5. I wanted my FRIES not $$. DD needs to figure out a way to get the missing food not throw a few bucks at you. If it was about the money, I wouldn't be using it at all because it's expensive after fees, delivery charge and driver tip. Restaurants almost never get my order right. (Cheesecake Factory is the worst. ) DD needs to make the restaurants more accountable and get the food we ordered.

Saltgrass south Arlington tx needs to be taken off your options. Absolutely the worst. Items missing. Food burned and ice cold. And a goat rodeo trying to get the idiots that work there to find a manager. Bad reflection on you, Door Dash! Oh and an unidentifiable white object smeared over the food! Are you serious!?!?!?!?
