Everything. First you over charge your customers as you mark up restaurant's food prices and don't tell anyone, then it takes an act of God to get your money returned even if it is less than $10. I don't like companies that lie and don't care about the client. Although I did finally get the over charge back but by then I was not even hungry.

I would first like to say that my delivery driver, Barbara was awesome! My bad experience had nothing to do with her. However, everything leading up to the actual delivery was ridiculous. It took me 10 times to even set up my doordash account because all of my emails were being rejected and they are VALID emails. I signed up with a link a friend sent me to receive a $7 credit. I Never received my verification code so I never received my credit. Had I not been so busy at work and hungry, I would have just cancelled the order!

Delivery time was okay. But the food was cold. The wings were warm and the mozzarella cheese wasn't cheesy.

Horrible customer service, or service in general. My order was wrong, late, item were missing, and I was overcharged. None of many several complaints were replied to. I only got a half assed reply when I posted negatively on their FB page. This company doesn't care about you, they only want your money. The are not interested in customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I was a big fan. But. Did you know that Doordash charges MORE for menu items than many of the restaurants themselves charge--sometimes $2+ more. At least that's the case in Denver. Doordash customer service reps (the one I dealt with over email was patronizing to say the least) say that they do this to get people paid...but no. There is no warning on their website, no notice of any kind that they're charging more. With fees on top--and even with delivery prices for some restaurants having been recently been lowered--it's shady dealing and a very deceptive practice . I've begun to have second thoughts about ordering from them, even when it's convenient. I don't trust them.

I use door dash about 4 times per week. Success rate on a 100% correct order is about 50%. Customer service, when I need to talk to someone, is nonexistent. Chat can take 10+ mins to get an agent and there is no phone number. Dashers never read delivery instructions and get lost 75% of the time.

too expensive, between the selection fee, delivery fee, and tip, it ends up being $10 or more to use the service.

Have ordered twice from same restaurant. Both times food was not cooked as requested (steak was rare/medium rare not well done), both times food was cold to the point of the fries being hard. First time one item was missing. This is a combination of both the restaurant and the delivery. I will not be using doordash or the restaurant again.

Placed an order with Door Dash for Wingstop and received a call 40 minutes later that the order would not be delivered because they were too busy. I called and complained and received a $15.00 credit and decided to use it and my order showed up nearly 30 minutes late. Horrible, horrible service

I think there are some issues Door Dash needs to work out. I ordered dinner and the time was supposed to be about 48 min. Then my email confirmation said 68-78 min. Dinner has not arrived and it's been 105 minutes. Not cool. Family dinner on a school night.

Where to start, have a laugh or to, it's still very comical (not really to me). This all started at 10:36AM PST. from my initial order. at the end of the day my order was going to be delivered till maybe 1:45ish? really even if it's free it was about the Principal and ME needing to check up for them to stay on top... not cool for a first time customer, as I mentioned to their team I'm all about reliability and felt none coming from here. THey tried to blame restaurant in being busy but had nothing to do with it, they essentially made 2 orders and wanted to do a 3rd lol.. just pure comedy. Well I have used DoorDash probably 4 times a week for a year or so. I live in southern California so there are lots of choices. Overall the food is almost always cold--so I just microwave it. On occasion the order is completely wrong or missing something. This is what bothers me the most. When I tell DoorDash that there was a problem they say that they will refund me some amount of money. This is NEVER done. I have never received a credit from Doordash. So, if you are unhappy for any reason forget getting a refund. DoorDash does not give any money back. Once you pay--its a done deal. Luckily there are now 2 companies that are just starting to deliver food here so hopefully things will be better with them.

Normally service is fast and easy. Sometimes you get a cold delivery but youll often you end up with satisfaction. Today I placed an order at 5:37 pm and was told it would arrive by 7:10pm!!! And on top of that, it is now 7:15pm and the food isn't even being prepared. Of course you can't get ahold of anyone to figure out what the fuck is going on. There needs to be more accountability. Of course my card was charged right away. So now I'm down $20 plus and no food. And no way of getting my money back except through my bank. Awesome. Fuck door dash. Do not use it, just drive your lazy ass haha it's not worth the irritation it comes with.

they have lots of good restaurants, and the delivery folks are nice; but doordash has recently started to program in a systematic deception about the delivery times. before i place the order the website will estimate 51-61 minutes; then, as soon as i place the order, they email to say delivery in 90 minutes (and the estimate on the website still says 51-61 minutes. this never used to happen 3 months ago, but now happens with every order. in addition, about one time in 3, the driver gets delayed or gets the address wrong, yet never calls to alert us of the delay.
