“The first time I used Door dash the food arrived cold. The next two times my credit card was fraudulently used the same day for purchases in a different state.”

“After ordering food for my husband and I, the bill was $45!!! What is this service fee? You already charge for delivery and a tip is required.... I paid $15 extra for those 3 things. We will not be ordering from them again”

“Hit and miss at best. Bat about 500 on my multiple orders. Sometimes great, sometimes very poor. Will say that door dash has been receptive to complaints and has been responsive. Problem is that doesn't get better. Major problem with their software and customer service on the phone is truly bad. They really need to use people who have a better understanding of English”

“When I first started using Door Dash everything was great and the most important was everything I asked for was delivered. I keep coming back to Door Dash hoping this time will be better. I ordered tonight from my favorite restaurant Cheddars and I was missing items again. Is it seriously that hard to get an order right. I understand if this was a one or two time situation, but it's everytime!”

“Took an hour and a half to get my food from a restaurant 5 minutes away from me. A salad does not take a long time to prepare and for how much I had to pay for delivery this is unacceptable”

“The delivery was good and on time, what bothered me is that the person delivering my food showed up to my job wearing a red door dash shirt with real short shorts, slippers and a wrag on their head. Not what I expected of door dash as a first time customer.”

“I like the service, it works well, but there is some work that needs to be done in how the food is handled by the driver. For an order that was hot food, the order arrived ok. For an order that was hot food and salad, the order was tipped and the sauce from the hot food (which was stacked onto of the salad), ran out of the to go container and into the container with the cold salad. The salad was ruined between the hot liquid and mixing sweet & sour sauce with cold salad. My 3rd order was for sushi, which arrived warm!!! Sushi needed to be handled in a cold container, it was actually warmer than room temperature, that can spoil the food.”

“My last delivery was from The Counter and my delivery person asked if I was going to give him a tip because he didn't see it on my receipt. I was caught off guard that he even asked that. He didn't even give me a chance to look in my bag to make sure that my order was correct (I've already had previous experiences from door dash drivers in delivering the wrong items). I feel like it was really rude of him to even expect a tip. Please make sure that all your drivers come in with a positive attitude because lately they haven't been which is starting to deter me and my coworkers from ever ordering from DoorDash. Thank you.”

“The service was fast and great. My delivery person was friendly. I have a problem with the double charge. One charge for delivery fee and another charge for service fee. Both those fees together were over $10, the service fee was NOT optional. How can you treat your delivery people like this? Not many people are able to give a tip after paying delivery fee + service charge. I will not be using this service again.”

“Everything. First you over charge your customers as you mark up restaurant's food prices and don't tell anyone, then it takes an act of God to get your money returned even if it is less than $10. I don't like companies that lie and don't care about the client. Although I did finally get the over charge back but by then I was not even hungry.”

“I would first like to say that my delivery driver, Barbara was awesome! My bad experience had nothing to do with her. However, everything leading up to the actual delivery was ridiculous. It took me 10 times to even set up my doordash account because all of my emails were being rejected and they are VALID emails. I signed up with a link a friend sent me to receive a $7 credit. I Never received my verification code so I never received my credit. Had I not been so busy at work and hungry, I would have just cancelled the order!”
