I'm an employee at a large grocery store and a liquor store in the state of Texas. I daily deal with door dash at the liquor store. 98% of the employees with door dash do not speak English and I find it very suspicious that door dash employees don't have a Texas identification card, a driver's license or a passport from their own country!?!? Which leads me to believe that they are here illegally and are employeed by door dash and insta cart.

DoorDash should not have ratings as it hurts the drivers when sometimes it’s out of the drivers control. Everything is blamed on the drivers! Customers get mad and blame it on the drivers and give them 1 star without any reason and DoorDash won’t tell you why. If you make a mistake you would like to know why so it does not happen again

These people did a background check on me from checkr and they recieved it back saying that I failed to complete my BDI so I sent them copies of that I took my BDI last year in October. So I called them and they said that I have to wait still 10 days but yet they had the proof of me taking my BDI the support staff is so stupid they don't care and I was the best dasher out there never ever denied an order they just did me wrong but it's okay that's why I'm working for UBER EATS and they treat you right.

Spent the last bit of money that I had to get my family food and then never received my order called about it and they said there was nothing they could do

I usually get the wrong order or missing food items. These doordash drivers don't check to see of order is right or wrong. Hate loose money on wrong delivered foods.

DoorDash is the absolute worst delivery service and they genuinely could care less. We have continued to have issues with their service and when you contact them they push it off the business you order from to avoid any responsibility. I wish someone would investigate this company for fraudulent services.

My driver, Carrie, in Fort Pierce, Florida, brought me a delivery order from Subway and didn't bring the drink with it. I had been charged for that drink. She did not offer to go back and get it. She simply told me to call Subway. Then I call Subway and Subway tells me to call DoorDash. I tried calling DoorDash and I get a freaking main menu number. And it is like pulling teeth to get Subway to give me a refund. Bad service. Bad service. DoorDash needs to work on that.

Not many bad experiences but considering how many scam calls I get, if someone does not leave me a voicemail, I will not respond. That being said, it irritates me when door dash drivers try to call yet they do not bother to leave me a voicemail, then get irritated when I don't call back. I don't answer any calls I don't know. It's not hard to leave a message saying "This is your door dash driver, etc."

I order 1000s of dollars of food each year from DD. We caregive in the home and need this service frequently. I would say 75% of our orders are correct and on time. But 25% are not and I report them. Recently, DD put a flag on my account that read: It appears we can't get it right with you (something like that). We are going to have to review your account before you can have a refund. Now, that would have really irritated me if I was missing an item or something was cold. BUT it was neither! I just wanted to get a message to the Dasher. That's it. This prompt immediately came up under the "help" button. That really put me off. Guilty until proven innocent. DD - just so you know - 75% of 1000s is still a few 1000.

I will never use DoorDash again. They Stole my money. I made an order and it was delivered to a random address and after requesting a refund they refused. Door Dash Is GARBAGE and i will never use them again.

Spent 25.00 on an order and was tracking it. The tracking said 20 minutes until delivery. Well it was stuck on that for over an hour. Finally Dasher showed up and gave me someone else's order. By the time I realized it he was gone. Tried to contact him but never answered. Contacted Door dash by phone and they denied my appeal for a refund. As far I'm concerned they can go straight to hell and kiss my white a##!!!! I'll never order from these crooks again. They are a half ass company and totally a scam. It's better just to order something by their app and go pick it up. Cheaper that way and you can make sure the order is right before you leave the store. Nothing pisses me off worse than stupid ass people and nowadays that's most people it seems. I have contacted the BBB and the US District Attorneys office along with the Consumer Protection Agency. I'm not done yet. They messed with the right one this time. Rest assured I will be compensated by the time I'm done.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered shop rite from home delivery, and my order was canceled from door dash after they picked up the order from the store. A rep named Ben from Door dash told me that the driver never picked up the order and was denying it even when I went to to Shop Rite and they told me they have someone on camera. I called Door dash back and they said they have no way to connect me the person I was speaking to before which I do not beleive. Shop rite said this happens alot. They really should cancel their contract with them.

I had ordered food today (4/14/2024) I have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered 3 items from the local rallys/checkers and every single item was as cold as ice! I contacted the merchant and they said to contact doordash so I did and they told me their system would only allow them to refund me back a total of $9.00!!! How appalling is this my order before tax delivery fee and tip was a total of $17.77 and that would screw me out of $8.77!!!! I'm livid!!! While my delivery was 14 minutes early there is no reason as to why my food was ice cold! Literally the local rallys/checkers is about 5 miles down the road from the destination literally a straight shot up the road! I'm not pleased at all and will no longer be using doordash while I'm working to get food delivered to me! Period end of story!

Not only did we spend 60+$$ but the whole order was wrong! The dasher wouldn’t answer the phone or message. I called they won’t refund got 24 hrs. I AM NOT RICH……. I work 12hr days with two kids after working 13 hours 2day I ordered 60$$ for food and they brought back NOTHING that I had ordered they won’t refund for 24hrs and they won’t reorder my food. What am I suppose to do. The store won’t fix it they say it’s on door dash n door dash says it’s the store mean while WE ARE HUNGRY. I can’t afford to pay another 60$$. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF A SERVICE THEY CAN’T FOR FILL!!!!!

Driver couldn't find my house. After trying to tell him repeatedly over the phone how to get here unsuccessfully I told him I don't want it now because it's going to be cold. Customer service said I can cancel BUT NO REFUND. I was forced to pay for and except cold food!!! Never using DoorDash again!!

The dashers steal drinks and DoorDash says since I’m having so many issues they would have to review my account to see if I’m eligible for a refund/credit. How is it my fault that I ordered meals and the dasher didn’t give me my drink. This has happened plenty of times. The last time after my order was delivered i immediately messaged the dasher asking them where my drink was and he said that the order didn’t mention a drink lol. I even sent him a screenshot of my receipt and he didn’t respond I’m sure he was busy trying to get to his next order. Then when you finally do get refunded they make you feel like you didn’t deserve to get your money back or you are hassling them.

😂 I don't understand how you can order food with a 20 min delivery time, then, 20 mins later, they push that time back 15 mins yet it still says "on time". Joke of a company. No responsibility or ownership is being found in this company at all. It's hard to even get a refund from this company even if you DONT receive your food. They try to bicker around with you. It's like they want to make it seem like it's your fault for ordering the food. 😂.

DoorDash was very unprofessional with my order. My order was clearly not delivered it was stolen by the DoorDash driver. They do not seem to want to believe that The doordasher didn’t take a picture or anything and nobody seen anyone come up to the door. They do not want to issue me a remake , refund or any type of compensation. Do NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH they do not know how to do their jobs. This is absolutely ridiculous

We placed an order 2 hours and 5 minutes ago and the latest estimate is that we will get the food in 19 more minutes. Don’t run a business if you can’t provide the service. I’ve never tried DoorDash and will be very hesitant to try again
