So I ordered and the dasher clearly can't read. Said hand it to me at the red building. They took it to the white building and "left it a the east door" because they couldn't find me. When I talked to them on the phone they said they didn't read the directions. Called customer service to get a refund since it was clearly the driver's fault. Nope! Got a partial credits refund. Total BS!

I have not used door dash in about 7 months. Last year I ordered multiple times and ALWAYS had issues Here is a summation from last September The driver was late, disheveled and smelled like marijuana. So I gave up on door dash Tried them again today….shame on me. Restaurant confirmed the driver picked up food “40 minutes ago”. He no shows. After cancelling the order with door dash and the restaurant through menu fi or something the driver pulls into drive way like 1 hour and 55 minutes after the restaurant said he left!! NEVER AGAIN IF I LIVE TO BE 100!!

My dasher delivered my pizza in a wrong address and called me to let me know he made this mistake and when he went there to try to get my order back, the person had eaten a slice. This ruined my Mother’s Day lunch and I was refunded with a value amount inferior to the amount I had to pay for another order. Disappointed!!

I placed an order for an orchid, which was cancelled right at the time it should have been delivered by. I asked for a refund and was given it but then about an hour later I received a text that my order for a dozen roses was received. I did not place this order and immediately cancelled and tried customer service. They were more than happy to ensure the order was cancelled but refused to refund the money from the fraudulent order. I have not had any abnormal or concerning logins and therefore the only answer is this was initiated by DoorDash without my consent and then they refused to refund me. I would use them with caution and make sure you watch your account and bank activity.

Doordash totally sucks!!! I ordered bagels for Mothers Day and they cancelled AFTER the delivery time! Now I have mothing for mothers day brunch!!! The absolutely worst!!!!!

It was on time and hot. I tipped on line and an additional tip upon delivery. I called Midtown Shangri-La about a missing item. They said it was placed in the bag with the rest of my order. Between the restaurant and the delivery, my item went missing. SMDH

I ordered a burger and fries from a place across town. Got an ETA of 40 minutes. Which stretched to an hour. Then to an hour and a half. With no evidence that the “assigned driver” was doing anything. So I started contacting customer service. Who said that the new ETA was 2 hours and that if it didn’t come by then, I could call back for a refund. By almost 2 hours, there was no evidence that the burger was even picked up. I contacted customer service and eventually got a refund. But we wasted two hours and still did not have dinner. Like, what kind of company is this?!?! They suck. Never using them again.

Sick of seeing the 18-20 minute delivery time get jacked up to 45 minutes or longer because of the batch routing, and seeing the dashers LITERALLY DRIVE PAST MY HOUSE to deliver other orders first with my food getting colder and colder in their back seat. Customer service is functionally illiterate and thinks a $5 credit solves all issues.

I honestly wish I could give Doordash a lower score. In the bast two weeks I have ordered four maybe five times. Only one, or two of those orders came correctly if they had came at all. I never had this problem until now. Then they make refunds difficult, or they don't address the problems. I am now done with Doordash. I don't want to blame the drivers, but I don't know if it's them, or if Doordash just doesn't know how to communicate to the drivers what the customers want. In any case with how they have jacked up their prices and the quality control has just dropped off a cliff I know one thing. I am never using this service again. It will take more time, but you would honestly do better if you called the restaurant and picked it up yourself. Because this terrible service is not worth the headache. I work hard and I would like to get my food how I ordered it without going to Customer service over and over again to only get a shrug and five bucks back. It is insulting not only for the costumers, the divers, and the restaurants that they deliver for. Doordash should be ashamed, because I know I would.

I ordered from a restaurant 4 miles away. Driver picked up on time the drives past my road and delivers to 2 other homes over the next 20 minutes then finally delivers the coldest food I’ve ever gotten from any delivery company. Won’t happen ever again deleteing door dash app. Do not use!!!
