Ordered food, it wasn’t delivered and held the only money we had after they cancelled our order even though they kept us waiting for over an hr.

On 4/29 my order was missing some items, on 5/1 my order never arrived which was $89.00 and finally my order for today 5/15 never arrived. This is totally unprofessional you have Dasher taking people food and the only thing that Door Dasher offers is your refund which takes 5 to 7 business days in which i did not yet receive my refund for 4/29 and 5/1. Please resolve soon. Thank you.

I reported food tampering and a food issue to you and your response was i can't help you due to some bs excuse and offered me 2.20 as a courtesy. What a joke. I will be canceling my subscription at the end of month and go to UberEats

I haven't had a whole lot of luck with doordash, I use the service on rare occasions. The fifth time being today, Rebecca, Laughlin Nevada, was fantastic, on time, knew where she was going, super friendly. I wish there was a way you could request people because I would request her and use doordash much more.

Current dasher, pay is way to low, also if you wait a long time, they don’t even compensate you for your wait, really shows how little they care about you.

DoorDash is a complete scam. After a restaurant canceled an order they couldn’t fulfill for health reasons, DoorDash still charged me for it. I contacted the restaurant, they contacted DoorDash, and I contacted DoorDash. They refuse to refund me the order due to “standing with policy”. Over an order that was never completed. Don’t fall to the scam, save yourself the hassle, just never use this godforsaken service.

This was my first time using DoorDash, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I wanted to surprise my dad with a nice lunch delivered to his job, so I asked him not to bring lunch that day. Just minutes before the scheduled delivery, the dasher canceled the order. I reached out to customer service and was told I’d receive a refund in 3–5 business days. While I appreciate that, this wasn’t about the money — it was about the intention and diligence. My dad ended up without lunch, and I felt really embarrassed. I hope DoorDash can improve reliability moving forward, especially when customers are depending on the service for thoughtful moments like this.

A delivery man who did not speak English insisted i take a parcel. I have never used Door Dash. It turned out to be a small parcel of pens from Walmart. I phoned DD at 647-957-7219 to advise DD of the mistake and got another nan who apologized BUT said they had no way to track who should have received this package and would wait for the customer to call them - despite my having given them every number on the parcel. Astonishingly bad customer service -- if one could assign a negative rating I would.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would! Found hair in my food, a side of hashbrowns on the same plate as my entree. I couldn't eat anything else on my plate because it grossed me out. A $25 dinner, and they offer $6.24. Took a pic of the hair and my plate that still had 90% of my food left because who knows if there's more?! I told the agent that 6.24 was ridiculous, and was told that was the only amount they could give going by their policy. As I'm replying to ask for a supervisor, the agent left the thread, closed out. No resolution met. Unbelievable!!

DoorDash sucks. They are over priced . The delivery is horrible. Everytime I order with them and am missing things. They can never help me. No re delivery. No refund . No nothing. They tell you that there is nothing they can do about It. I always have issues with them and I’m still very loyal and use them. Even though I’m going to miss almost half my order. The customer service are no help at all and the dashers are underpaid.

For the dashers. Just a heads up, the company does not care. I use this as a 2nd income and have struggled with resolving this issue for a week after being told a day, 73hrs, etc. I have multiple reference numbers and have been hung up on many times. Trying to help out fellow dashers who rely on this income

I ordered food for Mother's Day and after already waiting 45 minutes I was told it would be another hour and a 1/2 before the food was ready. The order was canceled, the food was never made and we never received our food. Yet I'm still being charged $96.12 for food that we never got and that is unacceptable. I would never order from Kura or DoorDash again. This is dirty business and I don't know how this is ok for them to do. I missed time with my family trying to get this resolved and ended up having to go to the grocery store(spend more money) and cook dinner at 7pm on Mother's day so our evening was ruined.

1. I placed an order for pick up on DoorDash from Taquero Mucho in Chicago. 2. I arrived at the location provided by DoorDash for pick up. The destination address DoorDash had listed was incorrect and we could not find the restaurant. (there were 2 of us trying to find it). We arrived at the provided location 30 minutes before the restaurant closed and could not reach them. 3. I immediately live chatted with DoorDash the same night. They apologized to me and told me that they issued my refund and that it would take 5 to 7 days. This was our first customer service conversation. The issue should have been resolved here. 4. When I contacted them a few days later they said that I took too long to request the refund (which is not true) and advised I file a charge back with my bank. 5. I asked them to delete my monthly membership ONLY, and not my account history as I would have to provide proof to Capital One. Then, against my wishes, they deleted my entire account history and deleted all the evidence along with it. I filed a claim with BBB because of this.

This was my first time using doordash and never again....what good is ordering something and paying service charges if the food is delivered unedible and/or questionable. Would you eat a pizza that looked like it had been dropped?

Ordered Chinese food from Mandrin house thru DoorDash. First the driver sent message he could not find the house.Then said he went to another address and the people told him it was the wrong address. Next I receive a message my order was delivered . Unfortunately it was not! I tried to tell DoorDash what happened and they just gave me the run around and then denied returning my money the next day. My advice is if you have to use DoorDash Good Luck.

I ordered dinner and the driver made additional stops on the way. When my meal got here it was cold and mushy. Disgusting. I will never use door dash again and I will pass on the word.

When our food arrived there were two out of 5 items missing items missing. We requested that the missing items be delivered. The second delivery was missing one of the two items. This is the reason I had stopped using Door Dash. The second chance didn’t go very well. There won’t be a third chance.
