I ordered and paid part of the total with a $50 gift card. My order got cancelled without my consent, and the gift card did not get refunded, not even as credit. $50 down the drain. Stolen. I can't even use it to reorder if I wanted to. Reached out to customer support four times. Waited over 15 minutes for a response. They started closing out the chat after I took 20 seconds to type a response. Actually running away from the problem. They probably archived my ticket and are planning to leave me hanging.

Many of the workers do not read or speak english well enough to do this job. I live in a security building and the instructions are clearly on the phone to dial up to the unit. Delivery is their job. They should be able to read english well enough to do their job.

Me and my father were hungry so we ordered some Chinese food we got two sushi rolls and me some lo mein chicken. It got here and I didn’t receive my lo mein I was hungry so I just had to eat ramen.

I will never order with DoorDash again. I ordered 2 soups with extra chicken and 1 order of spring rolls. My house is 5 minutes away and they charged my account 98.54. I would just picked it up but was exhausted and didn’t want to get back out after a long day. No refund was given. Highway robbery. DoorDash will never get my business again.

Paid for a sandwich to be delivered to my address in Crestview. It was taken to a hotel and I was given no refund.

Ordered a pizza from Casey's through door dash, they never did Delivered the pizza, this isn't the first time they've done this either....it will be the last time they do it to me though

My wife and I ordered Chilis for the first time via the Doordash app. I scrolled through the menu until I came upon the 5 count Chicken Crisper Combo. The 5 piece Chicken Crisper Combo already has sides preselected with ranch buffalo ranch sauces and Mac n cheese and fries. I then clicked on it and changed the order to chili sauce, street corn and mushrooms as the sides. I also ordered Nashville hot sauce on the side. My wife ordered ancho salmon with black beans and broccoli. The website would not let my wife make any instructions on her order. If it had she would have ordered the salmon medium rare. Once we received our order we discovered the following. The broccoli was Salmon was the driest salmon I she had ever eaten. There wasn't a section for notes to be able to direct them to under cook the salmon as a preference. Broccoli raw with no seasoning and my 5 Count Chicken Crisper Combo came with the defaulted sides and sauces making the dinner inedible. I tried sending a message to Doordash since they were who we ordered the food through but because of their “character limit” I wasn’t able to convey the entire transaction. I quickly received a very generic response from Doordash explaining why they would not be doing anything to fix the situation. I then reached out to Chilis and received a very generic response instructing me contact Doordash in the exact same way as I had already done. It was only when I responded to the Chilis email with my discust did I get this response: We encourage you to call them at (855) 973-1040 and ask to speak to a supervisor. We have a contract with third party delivery companies: if they deliver our food and there is an issue with our food (not the delivery), they will issue any refund or resolution to make it right. They pass the charges on to us. It is really sad that until you press the issue with Chilis they will generically pass the buck to Doordash and not give you the ultimate answer needed to get things taken care of.

I had a problem because I got the wrong amount of deli meat and was charged 3 x as much. I called and got a wonderful person that understood my problem was professional, intelligent, and very polite. She fixed my problem immediately. I've also had no problems with delivery drivers they are always great.

Ordered food from Bay City Michigan. The restaurant stapled the bags closed as requested because there has been trouble before with Doordash. The door dasher Mariah literally tore through the staples and took one of our sandwiches. The restaurant owner agreed to call Doordash which is really nice of them but likely low standards Doordash will do nothing. Some people give to our society and some people like Mariah and Doordash destroy it.

Ordered food, dasher sent me photo that my food was ready and then took 20 min to leave the store and brought me cold soggy food. Door dash the offered me a partial refund. I canceled my account and will necer order again on door dash

I ordered $471.00 worth of goods from Costco and it never got delivered. I saw the driver location showing down the street on the app then it disappeared and said my order was delivered. I tried calling the driver 6 times but no answer. Then tried again and it said the line no longer available. Obviously my order was worth more to the driver than what he gets paid. Very bad service will not be using doordash ever again.

You did not ask me to verify a payment, so I paid the restaurant cash. A couple of days later you processed a payment to my card. When I called you refused a refund.

We ordered $300 of food, more than 2/3 of our food did not arrive. Driver didnt even contact us back after multiple text. We called door dash and they said they cant do anything. Worst company ever. All they had to do was contact the driver to see what happened. Will not be using them ever again.

I ordered groceries from shoprite to be delivered to my mother who cannot see or walk explicitly stating to deliver to her apartment with a phone number to call if any issues. On all 3 occasions they leave the order in the hallway without calling. I then have to drive 9 miles to bring the groceries up to her apartment. Why do I pay a delivery charge and tip if I have to go there? Upon complaining I was told the the doordash drivers don't understand English, what a way to run a business.

Order was never delivered so when you go on your application to report that the order was not delivered, you don't give an option to have it redelivered all you do is issue a refund that you then in turn have to wait 5 to 7 days for I think it's ridiculous and you don't put a phone number on your page so you can say call customer service if you didn't get your order and you want it redelivered lousy service

They overcharge you and then refuse to pay you back the other day, I was over charged $50 in extra fees after they had already did their service fees. I was told I would receive a refund and have not.

My door dasher brought it to the wrong house clearly wrong house in the photo and basically told me it’s my problem.

I ordered food from Chick-fil-A through DoorDash the food that I received was not my order. I show proof that it wasn't my order, and I was told that there was nothing they could do about it when I showed them proof that it was not my order I will never Order through DoorDash again.i spend over 30 dollars for the food I ordered and I got the wrong food and Door Dash refused to refund me. I have told the story to all of my family the deal with DoorDash and they will not be using them again.

BEWARE - I have been a longtime and frequent user of the service but have recently noticed a disturbing trend. Mistakes happen and time was when a dasher made an error and delivered your order to the wrong place - DD just placed a reorder to correct the issue. Now they put the issue through a 24-48 hour review process - the customer support is all off shore. This latest incident I experienced involved a near $70 order that left me without the food and refusal of support to issue the refund. I know look for ANY delivery options other than DoorDash and will never use them again.
