“First, door dash help is hard to access! Second, delivery drivers get three delivery orders at once so food gets cold/melted. Third, they don’t like giving back refunds. Yes I have a history or refunds but I also have a history of getting messed up orders!!! They judge on ur refunding history.”

“Place an almost $30 order and never got it. My dasher refused to go back and get it after delivering to the wrong house. Kept saying the house number was right, however the street was absolutely wrong. Told me to go walk over and get it. I actually could not walk at the time due to multiple medical problems.”

“The driver forgot half of my order, they didn't pick up the second bag. when I contacted them they refused to go back and get it. When I contacted doordash they refused to refused me the tip I gave to the driver, the delivery charge and told me to contact the restaurant for a refund on food. Never using again”

“Door Dash stole $77.00 from me. I placed an order to Baskin Robbins. Chose the express delivery. After 20 minutes I checked the order. It did not state that my order was started nor that a Dasher was waiting for my order, so I canceled the order. They let me cancel the order and stated a credit would be issued. Well, after days of waiting I called door dash only for them to tell me this business doesn't allow refunds, therefore they won't refund me and they basically told me too bad!!! Doordash has proven to be unethical and I canceled my dash pass, my door dash account and called my bank to dispute this charge!. People, be careful ordering thru Doordash. They are not trustworthy!!”

“Ordered food to be delivered by a Dasher named Jessica.. she kept my food and wouldn't respond to anyone's call. Furthermore the two numbers given we're both fake. I wouldn't recommend doordash to anyone.”

“Only half AandW order received. Now promised a refund three times. Didn’t happen yet. That was three weeks ago. Called 4 times. I give up. Will never use them again. Used them once before two years ago. Same type of issue of items missing”

“Absolute trash .. I spend around $500 a month through them and I placed an order and didn't see that another address was there so I tried reaching out to the delivery drive to let him know he told me to contact customer service.. I did so .. one lady told me $13 of my 33$ would get refunded her 'supervisor' told me $11 then told me the full amount and pretended not to hear me and hung up .. called back and now they are saying 0$ 🤣. . Will never use them again”

“Driver was so high he could barely open his eyes. Restaurant is literally a half a mile away, took almost an hour to get food. Had to call the driver after he past the house to just sit. Convenience isn't worth the higher prices of delivery.”

“Grocery was a HUGE cheat - total rip off. Got 1 pkg of hamburger. Sticker price $14, sale price $9. Door dash charged me $16 plus $8 plus in fees and I gave the girl(who didn't give me the store receipt) a $5 tip. A $10 item cost me $30,most in fees and hidden upcharges. My first and LAST door dash for groceries. No wonder people around here don't get grocery deliveries!!!”

“On May 18th I plaaced an order on DoorDash. They automatically charged me for a $96.00 annual DoorDash Pass that i did not authorize. I called customer support and was on hold for an hour, so decided to go through the app, and I had to use many ways to get an agent to talk to. They admitted that it wasn't right but since I placed an order there is nothing they can do. Now on their app when I placed my order there was nothing about a doordash pass renewal or the amount. I found out from my bank. Support still would not help me or credit back my money. This company is horrible. So they get to have $96.00 of my money, I will never use them again. For others be aware of everyone of the orders you place and what they charge you right away. Horrible way to do business.”

“There comes a point where they will stop refunding you for mistakes on orders. For someone who spent a bunch of money on the app and was honest when an order was right or wrong, this completely nonsensical and bad for their business and you. They should lose any customers that experience this which in turn will lose them exorbitant amounts of money. Stupid is what stupid do. Unfortunate because I appreciated the app before this. Also unfortunate because most orders are seemingly wrong so I can't say there's any reason to use doordash anymore.”

“Dealing with DoorDash lately has been an absolute nightmare. Today was it for me. I will NEVER do business with this horrible company again. Please be careful doing same day delivery with certain stores as they are contracted with Door Dash. Hope and pray you get your things . I never do! Excuse after excuse after excuses. Door Dash count your days!”

“Work at a restaurant, door dasher came in got very rude because I gave a cup to fill for her order. She proceeded to yell at cuss at me. Grabbing stuff out of my hand calling me dirty names and screaming at me. Never ever order anything though door dash.”
