I was a door dasher and got my account closed for a non existing warrant!! I am so angry that places can get away with stuff like this!!

IF YOU DO DOORDASH, pay attention to prices on the app and the receipt from the restaurant. I charged $16 EXTRA and customer support could never explain why the restaurant gave me free meals but the Door Dash app charged me for them. They could not provide a refund and ended the chat very rudely. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and this is the first time I have ever had this kind of experience. I believe I’ll use a different form of delivery method and never use Door Dash again.

Horrible experience. Missing items. Late arrivals. Changes drivers after waiting well past posted time. Walking is a better option.

I support the other reviews. I placed an order through DoorDash and they failed to deliver. The driver posted that she left the order in safe location. I have no idea where that was. I complained to DoorDash through their app and requested a credit. They responded that they investigated the matter and declined my request for the refund. I called customer care and was told they would investigate and respond within 3 hours. It’s been 2 days and no word from them. I lost $17.00. Please don’t use this company, they are crooked!!

We had ordered 2 pizzas from Barros. I ordered one pizza wrong. So I drove to Barros and and ordered a pepperoni pizza. Everyone that ate the pepperoni pizza ended up with stomach problems. Barro’s was great about the issue wanted to give some of the money back. We were to get ahold of Door Dash give them the information from Barro’s . Two hours of waiting getting hung up on and transfers. Their customer service is Clown Fest. Absolutely will never use this service again.

I placed a order and the restaurant said they was out of the dish I ordered to contact door dash. Door dash said the system won't allow a refund nothing they can do . That's illegal first and last time ordering

Don't do Doordash!!! They don't care that your order was not complete. They won't consider giving you a discount on the delivery fee or the auto tip given to the driver even though the driver did not deliver the correct product. I highly recommend you find another means of delivery!! Their customer service is terrible!!!

horrible company! My order was wrong and my driver did not answer my texts about it, I had to waste 45 mins of my time on the chat to try and get my money refunded. It still isn't refunded.

Driver was completely rude. The food was an hour and a half past the window when they said it was going to be here. Obviously the food was completely cold and customer service is a complete joke and got nowhere with them. Would never use them again.

They mess up your order, charge you for canceled orders and have no remorse or recourse for their mistakes or their vendor errors. Complete waste of money. Happy I canceled my subscription.

I am absolutely furious. My order was not delivered completely — the driver only brought my drink and completely forgot the food. I tried calling the driver multiple times, but he refused to answer. After that, I called customer support, explained the situation, and was told I would be refunded $7.15 to my credit card and given a $5 credit on my DoorDash account as an apology. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid $21.26 for my order, and because of the incompetence of your driver, I didn’t even get my food. Not only was my entire experience ruined, but you didn’t even refund the full amount I paid. Why should I have to cover the cost of YOUR mistakes? After this experience, I will never be ordering through DoorDash again. And you can keep your $5 — I don’t want it. I want my money back, and I want nothing to do with your service ever again.

I was put on their monthly subscription which I never signed up for and charged a monthly fee which was reported to my credit card company. Even though I cancelled this unauthorized subscription I am still being charged a monthly fee which I have reported again . This company is fraudulent and taking unauthorized fees.

Sunday morning we had just moved in to our new home. We were tired from all the unpacking and decided to order breakfast using DoorDash. We ended up having to place our order twice because the first order went to the wrong address. The dasher sent us a picture of the delivery but it wasn’t our house. DoorDash promptly gave us a refund and we reordered. This time we could see on the tracking that the dasher was going to the wrong address again. I called DoorDash and they were very sympathetic but didn’t have a solution to my problem. I tried calling the dasher several times but he didn’t answer his phone. When it went to voicemail the message was in Spanish, so maybe it wouldn’t have done any good because I don’t speak Spanish. DoorDash said they would review my case and make a decision about my refund. This time they decided not to give me a refund. There was no reason given for their decision. We have used DoorDash for 10 years and have always had good service.

I placed an order for Freshpet dogfood from Petsmart which is refrigerated. I got my confirmation email for the time DoorDash would deliver my item. I watched the tracking and knew exactly when my item was "delivered to the front door." It was delivered, but NOT to my front door. My apt # is 311, they delivered it to 10311. You can see it in the picture. I'm disabled and can't go see if I can find it. Shouldn't need to. The driver noted on the delivery info with the pic of the door. " I left it at the frontdoor." I contacted Petsmart they gave me a refund, minus the drivers tip. Which is a crock of sh#t. Half azz the order, don't deliver to the correct customer, but still get a tip. Sure. Makes perfect sense to me. I did place another order, DoorDash did deliver this one to my address. Good thing, my boys were out of food.

The worst. I got the wrong order and a DoorDash refused to reorder my food and hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to get food for my kids who was hungry. And for my distress they offered me $5 but did not fix my problem when I asked them to instead of $5. They try to buy off their customers. Shameless!

Door dash won't let you remove your payment info and with so many companies being hacked didn't want my cc info on file. It took me an hour trying to figure out how to delete account. Yiu can only do this on a desktop. If doing business with a company is do hard, don't bother. Had to contact customer support to deactivate account. Not worth the hassel!!

The driver delivered my food to the wrong address! Here's a picture of how he left it! My bldg is 23103, you can see clearly in the picture he left it at 21101 I want my food and my money back including the tip! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

The driver left the wrong order I received someone else’s order from petsmart tried leaving a text to the driver 3 times never received a text back I spoke to customer service and they were going to send another order from petsmart then I got a text telling me my order was canceled I’m out the tip for the delivery and no order I have had other orders delivered from petsmart with no problems I will not use door dash again I will pick up my order in the store from now on
