My food was cold just because my DoorDash was a few minutes early. That’s no excuse for having cold food. I called you and you refuse to issue me a refund or do anything about my order.

They did not deliver my food and refused to credit my money back. I will never use them again.

As a Dasher I can say it's the worst employer. Customer service does not care nor will they attend to your issues. I've suddenly been missing pay and all they can answer is there's a delay. They can't even explain how their own payroll system works. Its horrible.

DoorDash helped me a lot! I’ve been dashing for almost two years and I’m kinda catching on. There’s always something new to learn every day. I’m a retired army veteran so it’s good extra money.

It doesn’t seem like it should be a problem to deliver 2 items but it’s just not possible with Doordash. I understand that they are bound by the restaurants who participate but between restaurants that take your order and then close and keep your money ( jimmy johns) to the only McDonald’s that didn’t have apple pies. What a waste of time and money.

I ordered 12 items through DoorDash and the cost per item is $1.65 including sales tax. They charged a service fee of $3.49, and tip $5.50. The total cost is $28.76. So, the actual cost / item is $2.40. But only 5 was purchased. They don't reduce the service fee and tip. So, I ended up paying $17.35 for only 5 items. The cost per item is now $3.47. This is way more expensive than what I'd pay elsewhere.

Food arrived 32 mins after the initial delivery time a pizza from pizza hut so yes it was cold was missing my wings and the door dasher couldn't speak English or communicate properly so I had to walk a 1/2 mile all the way to the front gate of my apartment complex to get my food since he couldn't read the apt # or building # or my clear directions this is insane

I ordered from Wild Burgers through door dash. Order came fast. Too fast. I ordered an All American Cheese burger with Fries and a piece of chocolate cake. I have ordered burgers from Wild Burgers before, and they were good. Not this time. The burger came with no bun on a bed of lettuce. Yes, you read right...NO BUN! None of the condiments on it and it was missing some of the add ons like pickles etc. Along with NO buns the burger and Fries were ice was cold. Too cold to have cooled between ordering and delivery. I contacted door dash to report the issue, and filled out their form with a picture. After submitting the complaint to them, it came back with "This order does not meet our reasons for a refund," and something about not being able to refund to my credit card because of policies! $46 dollars for something that should have been delicious but looked like dried up piece of something I don't want to mention. Even the dog would have brought it back. McDonalds can do better! I will no longer order through door dash, and because Wild Burger's quality control doesn't exist, I will not order from Wild Burgers either. No refund given. Poor excuse for a delivery place.

Can't leave a worse review. My food was delivered to a wrong address and now it will take 5-7 business days for a refund according to a chat. A chat, that took 45 minutes ...no person...just a long chat telling me 5-7 days for a refund. This was not my fault but dang, know the risk before you oeder.

Your service gave me a terrible experience. I pre-ordered a breakfast from you guys for mother's Day as a surprise for my wife. Not only were you late for 1.5hr, you actually cancelled my order completely at the end. Needless to say how you ruin the whole mother's Day experience for our family. We r extremely disappointed and frustrated with your service.

I just had a delivery with almost half the food/drinks missing from the order. When I let them know this I had a reply saying a ‘review’ had been done and no refund was to be issued. I’ll like to upload photos but I can’t take photos of food that wasn’t there. Really awful customer service.

The driver left our pizza order at the wrong house on their doorstep a block a way! The driver did call and text but my husband didn’t hear his phone ring as we were outside at a family gathering. I did get to speak to the driver who was unapologetic and blamed us. He claimed his app only showed a “pin” at the address and no actual address, which absolutely makes no sense and I think was BS. The homeowner at the wrong address called us to tell us he had our pizzas, so we had to drive to pick them up! Luckily my husbands name and phone number was with the order.

I love the hard working Dashers but the app isn't supported on my Samsung tablet which is a total pain, its not like its that old either. I tried using the browser and the add order button is always off the screen in tablet and desktop versions. I guess doordash hates android so I'll be switching to Grubhub. Same "Dashers", same restaurants, android friendly app. I tried leaving feedback directly for Doordash it you cant. I started a chat and the live agent stated "I have provided enough information, good bye". Wow..

I placed an order from a restaurant located right downstairs from my apartment. I immediately realized that the order was mistakenly set for delivery instead of pickup, which is what I had intended. I quickly corrected the error in the app and went downstairs to the restaurant to explain the situation in person. The staff there told me to contact DoorDash directly, which I did without delay. What followed was a frustrating, drawn-out ordeal. I was placed on hold multiple times, despite having clearly explained that I simply wanted a refund for a delivery that was never going to happen—I was already at the restaurant, ready to take the food myself. The restaurant knows me and was fully prepared to hand me the order directly. Yet, to my disbelief, the DoorDash representative claimed the order had already been delivered—a blatant lie. The food hadn’t even been prepared yet when I arrived, let alone handed off to a driver. I was placed on hold again, only to be ignored. On my third call, I was told that a delivery driver had just been assigned to the order. I explained, again, that I had been at the restaurant from the start and that a driver was completely unnecessary. Still, they insisted that since a driver had been dispatched, no refund could be issued. I looked around—there was no one outside, no cars parked, no drivers inside. I was the only person waiting for an order. I told the representative that no one was there, and she continued to insist the driver was present. Then, bizarrely, she said she could cancel the delivery now so the driver wouldn’t show up. That made no sense—how could she cancel it if, as she claimed, the driver was already there? So which is it? Was the driver there, or not? Or was he invisible? Because no one ever showed up. This was an absolutely terrible experience—completely unprofessional and deeply frustrating. It felt like a subtle way to steal from customers. And after checking the reviews, it’s clear I’m far from the only one who's been treated this way. DoorDash’s customer service is not only appallingly inefficient, but their refusal to take accountability shows an unsettling level of greed. Never again.

I just the most horrible experience from a driver name Tony, he claimed he received the wrong address, but that was not true. After contacting him he claim he was putting the correct address in and then sends me a picture with the food under a tree. If door dash can’t do better than this they need to stop wasting people time. Tony service was horrible and i find him to be a unprofessional and a liar.

I am SICK of delivery drivers NOT following drop off instructions. I am an in-home care giver for a very special needs adult male. I am unable to go anywhere to get food for lunch, unless I bring it with me. I HAVE put special delivery instruction to LEAVE THE ORDER AT THE CAR PORT SIDE DOOR. But do the delivery driver ever read that? The answer is NO! My boss has 3 dogs that are always outside. The front deck is blocked off with a small gate to keep the dogs in. But if a driver drops off food to that door, the dogs get it before I do. This happened yet again today for the last time. I'm done with door dash and stupid drivers who can't or refuse to follow a simple instruction!!!
