Door dash has gone down hill in the 1-2 yrs. used to make some money. Now its Maybe 5.00 for 7-10 miles one way and nothing to dash back on. Don't waste your time. Door dash is bottom of the barrel. I personally won't use them for myself after seeing what they offer their Dashers.

My order went to the wrong address and when I called customer service that night, they told me they would give me a credit for the whole amount of the order ($70) in two installments of $35. I just asked for a reorder to the correct address, and was told they couldn't do it at that time. Only half the credit was processed and was told to wait 24 hours for the other $35. The other $35 didn't come through and when I called customer service, they told me that they cannot process the other half because it has been more than two days since the order date. They apologized that someone told me that I could get the full credit back when that wasn't the case. They said they couldn't do anything more for me.

I’ll never use door dash again i was given a delivery time and after waiting 1 1/2 hours was told it would not come until the next day they were very unapologetic and very defensive im done!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever received, they don't speak english and cannot answer simple yes or no questions because they literally cannot understand what you're saying. This is what happens when an American company outsources their customer service to India. Absolutely the worst experience possible.

Door dash the company is bad for business. The workers aren’t always fully capable to be delivering…language barrier for starters. If I am the customer and I am contacting door dash in the middle of my order not being delivered, the agent on the line couldn’t even give the dasher help because the dasher only spoke English. No food delivered and no refund. That’s right, NO REFUND! How? When I contacted door dash in the middle of everything. I disputed the order with my bank because I never received the food. But it is becoming redundant that the drivers don’t speak English and the online agents are no help!

Ordered my straw hat pizza through you. I got a message saying it was ready I went to pick it up and they didn’t have my order. Then they couldn’t refund my money because I Paid through you.

They consistently mess up orders and make it difficult to get a refund. They don't seem to care about retaining customers. I don't ever write reviews but after the way I was treated by door dash, I felt like it was justified.

If it makes you feel any better, the drivers get the consequences if customers complain. Somehow the company has a hard time taking responsibilities for their mistakes; it seems like its always the customer's or drivers at fault, nonsense. As a driver, definitely nowadays, doordash seems to put us in positions to fail. Which means, unsatisfied customers. I guess it's a reputation thing, what's new. We'll keep trying our best, well at least I will. To be fair, doordash has a lot of variables to deal with to make deliveries successful. Timing especially, I find myself constantly waiting at restraurants to get the order fulfilled on time. Long waits, dashers tend to cancel and then things can get tricky

I was double charged for my delivery. I placed an order for food delivery. I got a message from Doordash that the driver was at the restaurant awaiting my order. An hour went by with no delivery. I called the restaurant and was told they prepared the order but the driver never shewed. II cancelled the order on my app and reordered the same food and it was then delivered without incident. I then discovered that they did not issue a credit for my first order and I was charged twice. I complained to door dash customer service and was told their "system" did not permit a refund or credit. In effect they stole my money.

Doordash is terrible. I ordered McDonald's and after 1 1/2 hours of waiting the store decided to close and I couldn't get my food. So the doordasher called and I had to cancel the order. Now they won't refund me my money! Where do they do that at???? I will NEVER use this service again and I hope none of you do reading this review!!!! NO STARS

Extremely disappointed with the service from DoorDash—this has now happened twice. The first time, the Dasher completely ignored the delivery instructions to bring the food to our suite and instead left it somewhere in the parking lot for anyone to grab—which someone did. I tried calling the Dasher back after missing their call—no response, of course. What’s even more frustrating is dealing with DoorDash customer service. They try to make it seem like the issue is on the customer’s end—suggesting maybe the address or phone number was incorrect—when that’s clearly not the case. The real issue is hiring people who don’t take pride in their job. Some Dashers don’t follow instructions, don’t communicate, and don’t seem to care whether the order is delivered correctly or not. Many don’t know the area and struggle with even the basics. It’s unacceptable—especially when the delivery is literally just down the street. DoorDash seriously needs to do better.

Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery, No Support I ordered food from Nagas South Indian through DoorDash, but I never received my delivery. To make matters worse, there was no proper way to contact DoorDash to resolve the issue. I tried all available options, but there was no response or help. This was incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re hungry and expecting your food to arrive. This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected better communication and accountability from both the restaurant and DoorDash. I won’t be using this service again unless there’s a serious improvement in how missing deliveries are handled.

I have had so many problems with Door Dash and their customer service is so pathetic!! They delivered my order to the wrong address and I called the driver to let him know and he said, "Just call out customer service and tell them what happened and they'll refund it." Great! Now, I have to plan a new meal for my family! Thanks, you idiots!!

Horrible service. Every time I order from them they deliver my food to a neighbor and they take it causing me to have to search for my order or confront someone! I hate my experience they really don't care as long as they get paid!!!

Terrible customer service!! A delivery driver for Door Dash hit and tore up our mailbox; including cracking the mailbox post in two. We sent photos and proof and Door Dash refuses to do anything about it. We had to go spend over $100 to repair our mailbox and buy a new mailbox post and house numbers for the mailbox; despite this being no fault of our own. All Door Dash has done is give us the run around about it. Door Dash is the worst of the worst!!

Delivered my 43.00 order to the wrong address and no one wants to be held accountable? I tipped a delivery person and they either ate my order or where the hell did they take it? No one one wants to own up? It's nor the restaurants fault, it's your fault DOORDASH! YOUR DRIVER STOLE MY ORDER!
