“This app sucks. I've applied my gift card, created an order, but it won't allow or show how to complete the order. Every online help section shows what to do but Doordash still has the money and won't let me use it. YOU'RE A BUNCH OF THIEVES”

“Driver stole my food. DoorDash said they would block them from my future delivery’s but I feel like they would want to remove them as a driver. I feel like this is not a safe company to order threw and I would not recommend it.”

“Charge for items not delivered, charge for tip beyond that authorized, absolutely zero customer support from an automated response system, utter contempt for the customer? What more could I possibly want? Previously a regular customer, but no more.”

“They stole money from me. I ended up ordering food and never got it. They took my money and never gave me what was paid for. They never gave me my money back, they literally robbed me, and I’m tired of DoorDash causing problems and not doing anything about it. Doordash need to be sued !!!”

“The moment I set up my account I began receiving CONSTANT spam calls! DO USE DOOR DASH unless you want trash mail to show at you home, spam emails, constant spam calls, it is terrible! I immediately cancelled my account and went elsewhere. Terrible business model.”

“On my 1st order the promotion was 40% off up to $10. The app would not allow me to use the promotion so I called customer service. The guy said he would credit my account, he lied and now customer service says nothing they can do. I will not use this delivery service any longer! We have other options!”

“No sauce was delivered with our order, even the 2 sauces I paid for. One burrito was missing and no drink was delivered. That was bad, BUT it was door Dashed response that made me go out of my way to NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE ORDER. Nothing happened, contact them again, oh we will get you a refund. NOTHING HAPPENED AGAIN. The 3rd time they said I would get a discount on my next 2 orders. God they are stupid. I VOW TO NEVER USE THESE LYING, SLIMEY CHEATS AGAIN.”

“I’ve been using door dash quite often for awhile now and tgg gf e convince is great, but they’ve made a recent change. If you need your delivery within the next hour it now costs $2.99. If you want to wait three hours it’s free. Why the change? Its expensive enough without the added fees. If you want to keep your customers then you need to make some positive changes.”

“I ordered ice cream for a family member who lost their cat today. I thought it would be a nice surprise. The driver dropped it off at the wrong door. Door dash basically told me where to go and how to get there. Next time I’ll send flowers from a flower shop that I know can read addresses and will get there. Hope the stranger enjoyed the pint of ice cream they got today.”

“So I have had multiple issues with this company and am finally just decided to be done with them all around. I work at a restaurant where we get harrassing calls from them, trying to get us to sign up with them even though we have said no every time and explain why we choose not to. They frequently get really snarky about it when we tell them no. I've got quite a few friends who work in restaurants that use doordash and say that the third party communications of it all ends up causing a lot of problems. Now today my husband and I ordered burgers through doordash. My husband took a bite out of his first and it was COMPLETELY raw aside from the brown around the very outside of the burger. He was unable to eat his meal. I reached out to door dash and they were only willing to give me a $5 refund for a $17 burger that my husband couldn't even eat!”

“They feel like they can steal your money if you cancel due to order being extremely late. They pushed back my delivery time three times and claim they can’t due refunds. Then they offered me a refund but I had to use the credit within a hour they keep any unused money as if it’s not yours. canceled my account permanently.”

“Delivery driver dropped off food to the wrong location and made no attempt to correct their mistake. Wasted 30$ and tip to driver for very poor service. This company needs to do better at hiring competent workers. I've also ordered in the past and the driver never picked up the order! Two times using this service and so far two unhappy or resolved deliveries. DO better! will not use delivery service if it's through doordash!”

“completely terrible customer service, comlpetely terrible service. THEY WILL TELL YOU A 20 MINUTE WAIT AND YOULL WAIT AN HOUR AND THEY WILL TELL YOU "TOUGH LUCK" ... FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW I ORDERED FORM DOORDASH AND TODAY, I ORDERED ICE CREAM FOR MY SON AND A MEAL FROM MCDONALDS, THINKING IT WOULD BE QUICK AND EASY AND I COULD FINISH STUDYING. NOT ONLY DID THEY SAY TWENTY MINUTES AND IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR, BUT HIS ICE CREAM CAME COMPLETELY MELTED, COMPLETELY, COMPLETELY COMPLETELY COMPLETELY MELTED, THE RECIEPT SAID THE ORDER WAS MADE AT 410, IT DIDN'T GET TO OUR DOOR UNTIL 515 PM OVER AN HOUR, THE FRIES WERE COMPLETELY COLD ALL OF IT WAS INEDIBLE. THE SODA HAD SAT FOR SO LONG THAT IT WAS WARM AND THERE WAS ZERO ICE IN THE SODA. SO FOR MY 30 DOLLAR ORDER THEY OFFER TO REFUND ME THE ICE CREAM AND NOTHING ELSE, I SAID "HAVE SOMEONE COME PICK THIS UP AND I WANT A FULL REFUND THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS THAT YOU GUYS WOULD BRING ME A COMPLETELY MELTED ICE CREAM AND TELL ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, IT WENT STRAIGHT INTO THE TRASH. WE ORDER FROM DOORDASH ALL THE TIME, WE NEVER WILL AGAIN. NEVER. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST GO GET IT. “I had ordered chicken breast from benny chicken via doordash and the dasher showed me a picture of the truck's gate when i had mentionned to drop it on the left side of the building to the second door, he never called me, so i called doordash on the july 25 for a refund of 32$ l,that was the price included the tip, they refunded me on the same day and they told me that could takes up to 7 days, i texted them today cos i still didnt have the refund yet and they told me to wait until tomorrow otherwise that could be a problem with my bank, does not make any sens cos i paid with a credit car. I will never order again with doorshit that must be called doorshit.”
