“1.15 hours to receive an order that was 10 minutes away. This was a Sunday afternoon order, at 3pm. Not a high priority time. No communication. Never using this app again. So very disappointed. If I could use less than 1 star I would.”

“Ordered from Hungry Howie's in Morristown, TN. ( 6/28/24) Order was prepared & a DoorDash driver picked it & apparently took it home. Never delivered and not found in the store. Had a free meal at my expense. They rushed to make a second order for me & did NOT include the Lettuce, Tomato & Sauce. Driver that delivered the second order did fine. Am giving you a 1 star rating for stolen food & an incomplete order.”

“Do Not Use Doordash they will leave your food sitting in where bugs can't get in it and doordash will not give you your money back they will tell you that you have to dispute it with your bank so don't order doordash because remember you'll get a side of bugs with it..”

“Dasher came in my place of work with no food. Shows up 45 minutes later to serve me cold food. Called door dash said had to get refund from the restaurant and restaurant telling me go through door dash so can't get my money back. Run around after another. Third time this has happened won't be another. BTW the Dasher looked higher than a kite.”

“BEWARE! Do not trust this company! I had a $9.99 DashPass charge on my card that I did not authorize. When I called they said someone (that I do not know) made the charge to my account yet they get the benefit on their account. How does that happen?! They have a serious security/privacy issue. I then followed with an email asking how this happened and they keep saying they have called me but couldn't reach me which is a lie considering I don't have any missed calls. HORRIBLE company!!”

“Dasher Driver Julie delivered my $72 paid Pizza Hut order to the wrong address today at 2:25. Got a text the driver confirmed delivery but she handed my order to someone else. Don't the drivers look at addresses?”

“DoorDash is absolutely terrible. You never know when there are door dashers working in your area and if you will ever get your food. More often then not you won’t receive any food and support will urge you to cancel and get a refund. If I didn’t live where I do I would not use (attempt to use) DoorDash. If the app could show you if anyone was working it would be a lot better. Because then at least I’ll know if it’s a waste of time to put in the order and wasting the restaurants money and time as well.”

“Ordered food and it was confirmed picked up, then suddenly we were notified by a dasher that another dasher picked up the order already then immediately canceled the order, noting in the system that we cancelled it! I got a call from DoorDash & was told don’t worry, she was putting my $110 order back in with the restaurant & I confirmed we needed to do nothing but wait for the food to arrive. I called the restaurant & was told no order was called in, so I called DoorDash again and was told “sorry, you’ll get a refund in 5-7 business days and can replace your order in the app yourself. We lost the discount we had the first order, had to pay again for our food, and had to pay another tip for only one delivery. DoorDash said they had a report about the driver but seemed uninterested in helping further. ZERO customer service help. We’ll be using GrubHub going forward.”

“I used to be a fan of DoorDash, but I won't continue using it after this experience. Last year, I received a free subscription through Amazon Prime. However, after a year, they started charging me without notice. When I contacted customer service to cancel and get a refund, the representative named Joanna Joy claimed there was no subscription under my account. After providing screenshots as proof, she abruptly ended the chat. Another representative promised to escalate my issue but didn't provide a case number and said I would be contacted within 3-4 days. It's been over a week, and I still haven't heard anything.”

“On June 26 2024 paid $49.99 for a dozen of roses they came and they were wilting and I thought okay it’s hot outside I put them in vase with water and they died the very next day and DoorDash will not refund my money back to me I sent photos of the dead flowers and offered to take them back to the flower shop they still denied my refund it is a not a good thing to do this to hard working honest people I will keep on talking and leaving reviews until they refund my money back to me they are very dishonest company this website won’t let me upload the flower picture and I don’t know why I’m really disappointed”

“Doordash never relays orders correctly to the restaurants. Restaurants will lose business if doordash is the only option for delivery. Customers and Restaurants just stay clear of doordash - they have no business skills and horrible customer service!”

“I can't believe you do your dashers like that only promotion for late night for being a top dasher when a dasher was not a top dasher you have all the daytime promotions yall should be ashamed of that where is all the day time promotions bring it back for the top dashers to have my son or daughter trying to get promotions late night in high homicide rate neiborhoods”

“I am so sick of DoorDash. It is always a 50/50 chance whether or not you get your food. Many times I am hungry and exhausted waiting on my food, only for half the order or the wrong order to come. Then I have to get dress any way and drag myself out to get food for myself and my family.”

“Had groceries delivered. Frozen items left on door step with no notice of delivery. No doorbell was rung no phone call ahead. All frozen items were thawed by the time I called to find out where my groceries were. Will NEVER use door dash again. Terrible service. Sorry I gave the tip on my grocery bill.”

“Broken seal on pizza box. Pepperoni taken off pizza and a bite looks like or a piece broken off slice of pizza. I called and text dasher no response. When driver Cre'Dresha from Albany,Ga finally arrived after late delivery he gave me some lie.... First Time trying Door Dash smh and the Last Time trying Door Dash! People we are entrusting Strangers with our food....No No No....Bad Idea....”
