I placed an order the dasher went the opposite direction of my location I called and text no response she sat for 10mins bringing my drop off time later than expected I chatted with an agent named Fadrous whom was very very rude and denied my refund how this agent handled the situation DoorDash needs to reevaluate who represents there business

I ordered a pizza from Johnny Gios & as I placed the order I realised I put in the wrong address. Within 1 second I went into the app the cancel the order so I could correct the address. The app offered me a refund of $3!!!! This is pure robbery. I contacted the restaurant to make sure they didn’t make the pizza and see if they could cancel the order from their end however they couldn’t. I message support for assistance and they concluded I did t qualify for a refund. I will never use this shocking platform again and recommend avoiding it at all costs!

Horrible experience!!! I ordered 8 items, was charged nearly $200, and received only 1 item after double the stated delivery time! When I called the restaurant, they stated that they had double-checked the order with Door Dash, due to the large number of ordered items, and Door Dash told them to only send 1 order. After 2 hours on the phone, and after speaking to 4 different Door Dash reps, they refunded only $54. The family members who were expecting meals had time constraints due to travel plans, and they were unable to eat before leaving. I still have not received my refund—the last call I made reported a 3 hour wait time. Door Dash has my money, and I do not have the food and the service that I paid for. They deserve 0 stars.

This is the worst I've ever seen or been treated by dash. I'm owed money so they ask me to accept the credit I did but it never loaded.so since then I've tried trying twice to explain in the chat but both times they just ended the chat. This is poor customer service stop ripping people off to earn your money especially a mother with kids.

I ordered food from the Taco Bell app and the doordasher Kim gave up on finding my place and hit delivered. I called Taco bell and they said since THEIR app was a 3rd party and that they couldn't do anything about it and to call doordash. I called doordash and they told me to go f myself too even tho it was one of their doordashers who didn't give me the order I paid for. I'm out of $35 and food.

If I could give negative stsrs I would, I don’t understand why anybody contracts with this company for delivery. Regardless if it’s food or flowers. My orders have consistently been stolen, reported delivered snapped a pic of another house. And never received it. I was just recently in the hospital and my mil. Ordered me some flowers and 2 days later after she paid extra for priority delivery, DoorDash was calling me to ask more details of where I was. I. Informed them I was at home no longer at the hospital since I had been discharged. Had they done there job correctly. I would have received them while I was still. At the hospital for 4 days fighting for my life. Fine people make mistakes but after i informed the dasher if this what did they do just left the expensive beautiful flowers on the floor outside of the hospital as if any patient could get to them. I’m sure they took the picture, marked them as delivered and took off with the flowers I don’t believe they didn’t . They are thrives they need to a better job of getting these delivery driver never had this issue with Uber. I’ve had stolen sandwiches, chicken, groceries, my kid has been left without his food because of the carelessness of this company z. No refund will make up for thrives we still need our order. Someone please buy them out or. Just close your doors. Let someone honest take your place. I’m going as far as not to order from pls Ed thst use your company for any deliveries. Ducks for you bc If there’s 1 many will follow suit. If they can do it to 1 person they clearly don’t care. Haven’t changed one. Thing in 6 months. You will make not one single dollar more off me and my family. Period. Everyone I referred will see themselves out.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.....DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY IN LAGRANGE TX.!!! ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING HERE. I RECEIVED AN ORDER, GOT TO MCDONALD'S 6MIN LATER, SOMEBODY PICKED IT UP, AND I DIDNT KNOW UNTIL 15MIN OF STANDING HERE. ITS WAS ONLY $6 AND THEY OFFERED ME $3 FOR MY TIME....NOTBEVEN ENOUGH FOR THE GALLON OF GAS I USED!! THIS COMPANY IS TRASH HERE..... THIS IS NOT THE 2ND OR 3RD TIME THIS HAPPENED

This company is plain HORRIBLE! Delivery drivers either steal and eat the customers food, take forever to get to you or just don't show up with it at all. Plenty of videos on the internet, of delivery drivers (employed by this company Doordash) eating customers food. Thats evidence of stealing! The delivery driver didnt pay for that food, and more than likely the customer won't get a refund. Delivery drivers complain that they did it because they either weren't tipped, dont want to do the job (that their getting paid to do) customer is too far...who knows excuses; excuses. The employees of this company are thieves and the CEO allows it. Calling customer service won't help you. Twice I have tried to speak to someone higher up than a rep, and was informed that they don't have managers. ???? Really! Also the survey to rate a rep (for helping or lack thereof) at the end of the phone call doesn't work. I've had $100 essentially stolen from me by this company. DON'T waste your time or money. Shame on the CEO and employees. Just know Karma is real what goes around will come around.

Why this company treat the drivers like slaves ...even they accept the cheap delivery or lose chance to get orders remember the mileage times two most of the time you back empty

I ordered Chick-fil-A for breakfast for my 3 kids. I used to deliver myself and never would have tampered with the food. Never would have even imagined that the seal would be broken and the driver helped themselves to my 5, 3 and 2 year olds food. He messaged when he was at the restaurant that he was still waiting and would deliver soon so I would leave good feedback. Anyway, the sticker that they put on the bag to seal it was broken the bag had a hole where the sticker was placed and the food was clearly touched and some hashbrowns were missing. Needless to say I threw the bag in the garage and contacted door dash to be refunded since I had to then drive to go get my kids breakfast which I will be doing from now on. It was disgusting! Deal broken and he folded the bag down like I wouldn’t notice. This mom of 3 is done trusting other people, like DoorDash to handle our food. When I asked about repercussions about the driver, they seem to not care much. Don’t trust people with your food!!

Had a horrible experience with DoorDash tonight. My husband and I order from them at least 3 to 4 times a week, including getting my family members DoorDash as well. We ordered from our go to spot and for some reason they had a very off night and we just simply asked to get the meal replaced. The representative named JO was extremely rude on the phone did nothing to help and our dog would not even eat the food. He asked me to send a picture which I did immediately and they offered a whopping five dollar credit in DoorDash credit BTW. I've been with them for over 10 years and I am seriously completely over it. Customer service!

My order never arrived. The door dasher named Stephen never showed. I called his number. He answered then hung up on me. I called again and got the voice mail. He stole from me. Yes I got doordash credit but what I really want is ny $47 refunded to ny card account. Not using door dash again ! This eas a pizza ordered from pizza hut redmond oregon

Cancelled my order and sent a text stating the store was unable to fulfill the order. Had to drive to the store and the store confirmed the Dasher picked up the order and DoorDash just stated they would refund my money in 3 business days. So no money and no food and a trip to the restaurant. Wowwwww. Zero accountability and no make whole. What do you do

Almost the entire order was wrong plus what was edible was disgusting. KFC. When I was a kid, this was the best chicken anywhere. It was addicting. Now it's a salty glutenous mess. I'm beginning to believe the rumors that the chicken comes from headless chickens.

Was a driver have 4.87 rating and 6000 deliveries and they still deactivated me for a 87 percent rating know I would get it back up that’s how you treated one the best dashers in my area shame on door dash

I don’t know why Macy’s used Doordash as a carrier deliver my package! This is the third time Doordash’s driver never fulfill the delivery and stole the Macy’s package! The driver lied it was delivered but actually they are never did! Called customer service reported the lost, they provided bad services and hung up my phone denied that their driver never stolen! This is the true! Please do not use the doordash like UPS or USPS! Their driver are very dishonest! Theft!

Somehow one of my kids used the DoorDash order platform and signed me up for a premium membership at 9.99/ mo. Plus gst. Despite giving DoorDash all the correct information they were unable to find my billing file and the charges kept coming each month. I finally had to cancel my card and get another one. That would have been great except all of my auto payments were in this car and it was a time consuming task to fix the error. BEWARE OF SIGNUP UP INADVERTENTLY.
