Recently the Door Dash driver took a picture of my order delivered to the wrong address, I live in an apartment building and this was clearly someone else's house porch with a big white pottery vase, and a sign, Welcome To Ukrane! I spoke to customer service and I asked is my correct address on my account because I see it there but maybe something's wrong with your web site. She said no she sees my correct address on my account and she said it was the driver's mistake and that it could be a GPS problem.The driver actually texted me saying that they made a mistake and then said it was my fault! I told customer service that I don't want that driver ever again so she said she was blocking him from me. About two days later I had a very good Door Dash delivery driver from a Dairy Queen and he followed the right instructions that are on my account to call me when they are about to deliver my order, he arrived pretty much on time and was nice and friendly so I gave him a 5 star rating. Well unbelievably just a few days after the first driver delivered my order to the wrong address, another delivery driver delivered my order from a totally different take out place to that exact same wrong house porch and took the picture! This other driver sent me a text message saying that they were here but that they couldn't find my apartment and they took a picture far away from one of the buildings, I had gone up and down the stairs from my third floor looking outside my front and back building doors but nobody was there. When I went back up stairs the second time I looked on my account to see if he had delivered my order because he didn't even call me and in addition to that being my instructions on my account, I sent him text messages asking him to please deliver to my correct address and to please call me at my phone number when he was ready to deliver my order, he said OK, and then said he speaks Spanish. I saw a picture of my order outside of what looked like my building, he then left me a nasty message saying he left it there because he wasted time delivering my order! I called customer service and rightfully complained again and they said they were giving me a refund but I'm not certain that they really did. I removed every app on my phone and tablet for any take out places that deliver using Door Dash and I will never use anyone who uses them ever again. So far I have used Grubhub more than a few times including recently and they delivered my orders to the wrong addresses.

I order food for my staff and put in the delivery comments my staff name and phone number. Door dash rarely delivers but drops off to some Random place. I was told by door dash customer service, drivers don’t see or read delivery instructions. Never use them again

This is the third time I have ordered from door dash and there is missing food yet again I have sent email every time never got money back or my food

After doing a little bit of research due to the fact that I was charged 96 dollars from doordash, I figured that doordash does auto payments. but not the ones that you consent to. They automatically took 96 dollars from my account that was apparently for dash pass but I never paid for any dash pass. I was only trying to purchase a couple snacks but reflected in my account, there was 96 dollars that had been taken. After doing further research, a lot of other customers had run into the same problem. Doordash is trying to take advantage of people who are not experienced in making payments like young kids. Be careful and make sure to check for any auto payments from doordash.

Do not even consider using them. They charged me for some kind of subscription without my knowing & now are saying they didn't. And it's a monthly charge.

They SUCK, if I could give them less I would. They cancelled my order within 8 to 10 seconds of the order, then lied and said they tried to send the order 3 times. Didn't happen but they sure as hell to my money. Said I would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. Will NEVER order using this shit-hole company .

Horrible customer service, I never received my food, and I talked to five representatives. But no one was helpful, nor did they attempt to resolve my situation. No food and no refund, never again.

Completely unsatisfied…… I have spent a lot of money with this company for years. I’ve been a loyal member today. My DoorDash dropped off two orders before mine. Food was ice cold! Then they cancel my DoorDash pass Because their driver brought me cold food! Didn’t even refund me all the money! What a joke

Worst customer service ever! will never use them again. Accidently placed and order and a few seconds later talked to chat. they wouldn't refund my order. the Person i talked to hung up on the chat.

I ordered food Andrew delivered me an order that he kept and ate off at 5pm and let it on my Porch at midnight and he kept my food

I'm from Bend Oregon. Door Dash is good until it's not. My order was completely messed up and they declined a refund even showing them pictures. My daughter has an allergy and can't have sauces on her burger. After checking the no sauces option, it clearly had a sauce on the burger. No more Door Dash for us.

Papa Johns in Beaver Falls Pa is using door dash, they suck! They left our food on our porch on the floor instead of the chairs or table that was out there. Whoever the driver was didn't even knock on the door to let us know it was there. And it's not like I didn't put a tip in the order either. This is the 2nd time this has happened, once in The middle of winter. I only found the food by accident when opened the door to go outside. I will no longer order from this Papa Johns. If i could I would dispute the damn order and take back the tip they most certainly did not deserve!!!!!

I will never order from door dash again. I have had issues the 3 times I ordered from them! They can never find where I am even though on the notes I specifically put where to go. Either they can't read or just don't care. I even had e yell at me because he delivered it to the wrong spot. 1 star is way too much for them. So infuriated!

These guys are super cold and do not care about how much inconvenience do they cause to you. You have paid for the order, you didn't receive your order etc they will not help you out. It's better to use Skip the dishes or Uber eats then these guys, at least they listen to your request and help you out. But these guys all they do is sit there and tell you that they can do nothing about it. I don't suggest to use these guys at all. These guys are frauds and won't help you with anything. I NEVER GOT MY ORDER AND NOT EVEN COMPENSATED FOR THAT.

I have tried on 2-3 occasions to order food and have it delivered thru door dash. One time they left half of my food at the store. Currently I am waiting over 30 minutes for my food to be delivered for a 10 minute drive. Cold food!

I would give them zero if I could because that's what they gave me back I got absolutely no food spent 40 bucks and now they're telling me that oh it's our policy not to give you your money back. I will never use this service again.

A couple of weeks ago I told door dash that I no longer want to be a doordash customer and they have tried to charge my card four times today. They told me my card would not be charged and they tried two more times. They are like bulldogs and will not give refunds. One customer had a roach in the bag. I no longer want to use their service. There is always something wrong. I am presently on hold and have bee for an hour and a half. Be aware they are truly scammer.

I ordered wine yesterday for 32.06 and the Dasher got to my home my I had left my purse with my license in it on the car which my husband had just left in the dasher took the wine back and said that I'll. a refund. Yesterday door dash customer service told me to wait 24 hrs get my refund and today I get email saying my refund request was denied. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HORRIBLE AND NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS DOOR DASH NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT ME ANYONE I KNOW DEALING WITH THEM!!!!!!
