“I placed my promotional order through the door dash as I arrived at the restaurant the restaurant was closed so I had to cancel the order the door Dash only refunded the amount that was charged my credit card but my promotional discount was not reinstated back to my Dash account talk to support and live agent they are like a robot I wasted hours driving back and forward who is compensate for my time I trust the door dash thats why I order through the app but she problem occur thru are NOT supporting the customers”

“Doordash has been fraudulently charging my card. They are supposed to notify me if there is a login from another device, but, they never did. I am going to delete my account and start using Uber eats. Their customer service is worthless.”

“Had quality issue. Developed food poisoning 35 to 45 min after consuming salmon.shouldnt have needed photo but knowing they would insist on one. I st ill need to wait 72 hours for them to consider Refund. They asked why i didn't go to Hospital if it was truly food poisoning. Unable to load the photo on this review.”

“I won 6 months of doordash dash pass...today I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account and removed the app. I will no longer be a customer. You call customer service and they are ao unknowledgable it's ridiculous. I told them to cancel my doordash subscription and the guy gave me several excuses about why he could not cancel it. Then upon asking for a manager...he informed me the manager could not and would not help me. My orders have always come messed up and doordash was the answer from the restaurants i ordered from and doordash customer service were always extremely rude if they could even speak proper English.”

“This site is a complete SCAM I will be getting an attorney and filing a lawsuit against them you can’t keep taking peoples money when they have not received their food or anything!!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY AND HAVE REMOVED MY ACCOUNT AND THIS WILL NOT BE THE LADT TIME YALL HEAR FROM ME!!!!”

“I wouldn’t even give them any stars if that was an option. I used to use doordash often. This is the second time this has happened to me. I placed an order at greenleaf in costa mesa. The doordasher gave me someone else's order and then when I wanted it to get resolved there was absolutely no solution from customer service. The agent didn’t even sound like they worked in a building. I could clearly hear that they were outside doing something while “helping” me.”

“Victor the DoorDash driver stole my food and my money. I called him multiple times went to voicemail I text him and he said well I left the at store someone else will pick up you. Funny enough it said my food was delivered and it was not. This is disgraceful and disgusting. And I’m concerned about who gets job to steal people and money. I spent over $40 and saw nor had nothing”

“We ordered lunch from TAO on NY Ave in Huntington. Georgi our delivery guy was fast to deliver and on time, hot delicious food and with a smile to boot! Georgi is great and an asset to Door Dash. Be like Georgi!!!!!😊”

“I would not even give 1 star for the pathetic customer service doordash provides. On 24th May 2024, i ordered lunch (2 bowls specifically) from veggie grill in pasadena which costed me 50 dollars. My house is 1 mile away and my husband and I were busy with our office work and we have an infant too so did not have time to pick. I left 1 dollar tip to dasher since it was barely a mile away. Apparently the ordered never got delivered and dasher left the order outside Veggie grill and posted a picture too. Inspite of doing 20 calls to customer care, the issue never got resolved even after a month. Every customer agent could see that the dasher was unprofessional and I should get my refund but they couldn't do anything except to push it to escalation team or specialized team that would just decline my request! It was so ridiculous because the source address and destination address of the order were the same and I have my default home address integrated but the specialized team has no brains to see and infer that!!”

“I use to love DoorDash but times have changed. All they do is give you a $5 credit for a missing item. They don't offer to redo the delivery. They don't offer to reimburse you. Times have definitely changed. There customer service has gone downhill. I can't work with them anymore. I just can't. Let me know if there is another delivery app I can try. Tried to upload the photo but it wouldn't let me.”

“Horrible company I ordered some gear months ago… never got the products… asked for a refund and they told me to make a second order while waiting for the refund! I made the second order, it came in the mail yet I’m still waiting for my refund from the first order I never recieved! I message them everyday with no progress! “I want to share some feedback about a company that could improve its customer service. In my experience, they seem resistant to issuing refunds and tend to offer credit instead. Additionally, I have encountered issues with the delivery of my orders. Enhancing their customer service and delivery processes could significantly improve the overall customer experience. “I spoke to Faisal who’s clearly has no customer service skills. I was charged double by door dash and they won’t fix it. They are blaming the bank but it’s door dash that charged me double. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they ended there chat rudely. It’s a wonder they have only 1.3 stars. I won’t recommend DoorDash to anyone and I will make sure we stop using the service at all of our office branches. For the sake of $60 you have now created a loss of multiple clients. Hope it’s worth it for you.”

“I just placed a White Castle order through Doordash and got nothing that I order. I contacted them through chat and they tried to refund me a fraction of my cost. Then ended the chat because I said it was unacceptable.”
