Ordered some food never received it and they kept on saying they have no drivers been waiting for three hours. They said Drivers available And they had to cancel my order and they never gave me my money back

i ordered my food at 6:32 am it’s currently 3:20 pm and still not here. after i added my card it kept charging and charging my card and emptied my bank account. i do not recommend .

had a terrible time talking with 800 number and it's going to take 10 days to get my money back from a cancelled order. that the store cancelled! They were very rude and would not help me in any way. plus.. always takes like an hour to get food and is always cold.

They don’t have a refund policy. If your order ends up going to the wrong location for pickup, your money is gone . Can’t wait to delete my account.

I will never use door dash again. I canceled an order well before they would even start to make it and I was only refunded 28 dollars from a 100 dollar order. Basically they stole my money.

I have a few bad experiences and DoorDash simply does nothing. I feel they should hold the restaurants and drivers responsible if we as paying customers don’t receive what we are paying for. I will be using another company like Uber eats & will NOT use DoorDash again.I encourage others to do the same….then maybe things will change.

Today is Fathers Day. I ordered $50 of food and had it allegedly delivered only to have the dasher “Briana” place the food on my porch then take it with her. This is stealing. I called the representative only to be hung up on once ( I was not rude at all ) then the other representative told me nothing could be done because they were issuing a refund ( in 3-5 business days ) and never even gave me the option of a replacement order on such and important day. I have had minor issues with DoorDash but today literally took the cake. And they stood by the thief with no supervisor support available. I may be nobody in this corporation but a customer but we live in a sad world when this behavior is acceptable and customer support only supports their thieving employees.

Horrible business that has non English speaking drivers who have no idea how to use the app. They consistently deliver items to the wrong place with the wrong items and often never deliver at all. This is a horrible business.

I ordered 54 dollars worth of food and did not receive any of my food I received a omelet I didn’t even order and was allergic too and when I requested a refund they denied it I called to solve it and they only gave me 17 dollars of credit off of a 54 dollar order. 17 dollars and 54 dollars is a big difference for food I never received.

Have been in contact with Doordash trying to get a refund for an order that was cancelled by Doordash themselves. The initial sale/transaction was nearly a month ago. Have had to start a Visa transaction dispute via my bank for an order that I never received, paid for, Doordash themselves cancelled and they refuse to refund. I would advise to use UberEats. Less likely to have a problem, and when you do, they actually process a refund. Poor customer service and flat out lying about processing said refund

I made an order with DoorDash and was told that my food will be almost an hour before it arrived. Once I received my food it was obvious that my food had been sitting up forever. My food was ICE COLD. Not warm at all!!! Was cold like it had been in the refrigerator. I called and talked to someone and they told me that my refund will only be $3.00 after I paid almost 17.00 for my food. They were concerned at all. I will NEVER USE them again. They are a ripoff and they steal your money and give you poor quality service

DoorDash doesn’t have the proper menu for the restaurants! Therefore you get charged extra for things that are already included in the menu of the restaurant And when you try to contact them, they are absolutely no help whatsoever! Useless company if you can avoid them, don’t use them!

Doordash didn't make me happy or the restaurant did not make me happy I ordered three things and and the restaurant gave them the wrong address so it looked like somebody else was getting my food free I reordered and the second time the restaurant gave doordash the wrong address I just happened to talk to the driver and gave her the right address when she delivered the order on my table outside the door was my other order they had just left it outside in hot sun so I was angry at both of them the restaurant and doordash first of all you don't leave the order outside you give it to the people who ordered it just didn't make any sense to me I will not use either one of them ever again

Poor customer service, orders constantly wrong, cold or soggy. Drivers are apparently unable to read the instructions because it always gets delivered to the wrong house even though I have a BRIGHT BLUE MAILBOX that is in the instructions. Door dash will no longer refund me for the orders being wrong or delivered to the wrong house because I have complained so many times. It’s not my fault you can’t do your job properly! I’d rather walk 50 miles to get food before I pay them another penny!

2 nights in a row the drivers either delivered to the wrong apartment or failed to come into the apartment complex and left our order somewhere near the rental office. Drivers have options getting into the complex. Call us; call us on the call box; or follow someone in. This is a busy complex and you don’t have to wait 2 minutes before someone is coming in thru the gate. As a driver you have one job. How hard can it be!?

I am a GREAT customer. I order often and tip very well. I ordered from a place that apparently delivers their own orders (weird). The food hadn't shown up after 1.5 hour so I asked for a refund. Nope. Credit? No. Well, the food finally arrived about 40 minutes later and they had DOUSED it in salt and garlic. But Doordash didn't care and refused any kind of credit or refund. They lost a great customer.

I paid over nine dollars for two fountain drinks to go with the chicken wings we ordered. They were not delivered and when I notified them they offered me a credit not a refund. In order to re-order the drinks and use the credit I would've had to have paid additional Delivery fee. This is the second issue of not bringing my full order I've had with this company and I will not be using them anymore. It almost seems like a scam to offer you a credit for something they are doing wrong so that you have to order more things and pay another fee to use the money.

They treat their drivers terribly. My husband was a platinum driver his license expired, and it took them three weeks to verify him and the platinum status was taken away. it’s not his problem that they could not verify his license. Then he starts DoorDashing again finally and now they are threatening to his status again because someone said they didn’t get their order. He had an outstanding record. Why don’t they check the picture he sent before assuming a no delivery. This company is poorly run and the management does not respond to anything every time you talk to somebody. It’s under review. DoorDash needs an overhaul poor management poor customer service.

I will never use DoorDash again. I ordered water and one other item, and the driver never brought them to me and just flat-out lied. They took money off my card and claimed I would receive it in 3 business days. It did not take that long to snatch it off.
