Doordash has very poor customer service, I placed an order and monitored it online, driver was ready to pcik up order and suddenly after 1 1/2 hour we received message from doordash that order has been cancelled. In the mean time I had received missed call from driver, so I called him and he said that he went to pick up the order but Doordash cancelled the order for unknown reason. I even talked to the store owner and she confirmed that order was ready but doordash cancelled the order. I called doordash and the girls said that store owner cancelled the order as they were out of ingredients, which was a plain lie as i knew order was ready to go but doordash was not ready to accept their mistake. She tried to pacify me with $5 credit for future use which i declined as I am never going to use doordash again. Be warned.

I ordered a half and half tea to go with a burger but the tea was missing from the order. Reported it online with Doordash and was told the below: ""Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any support or compensation with this issue due to our credit and refund policies. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but DoorDash bases this decision on an analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history."" Not right! If I paid for an item and it isnt' there, I expect to be compensated for it. I did an online chat and was told that the refund was denied. I was told it would be "reviewed". What is wrong with this company? If I go to Chic Fil A and order a tea through the drive through and it's not there i'm going to go back and they will give me the tea....never would any other company deny that. Never encountered anything like this.

My food is always cold bc the dashers either do too much and take too long or legit take the food.

Doordash is THE WORST! On top of ridiculous fees, they do nothing to hold restaurants accountable for putting out bad food. I’ve received several terrible orders, some so bad the at the food actually made me ill. DoorDash refuses to refund and will only offer credits sometimes, and even those cover only a small portion of what you pay. The other issue I have is they also do nothing to help customers when drivers are inappropriate. I’ve had three drivers sexually harass me, texting my phone! I reported this to DoorDash and only after the first time was told the driver would not be contacting me again. Not true! I had to block him. Fortunately I was not getting that delivery at home. I’ve deleted the app. DoorDash is just robbing people.

Door dash sucks when u order something and then when the dasher leaves it off u don’t get anything back I don’t recommend them

I was a customer for many years! I honestly would spend from $300-$600 a month with them! Such a loyal customer that whenever I had an issue I didn't have any problems they would issue refund! Which for the first few years was none to rarely I had any issues with my orders! Fast forward to like beginning of this year! Several times I had issues with my order! Which again all of the money I've spent and my account could show I didn't report many issues! Sadly there were multiple issues from different restaurants to the point it was frequently! Doordash started to treat ME like they were getting frustrated with ME! Even was told by a rep "you keep having issues with your orders"! So I left them alone and started using Uber! The money I outright started spending through them, the few issues I have had were taking care of without any issues, and I was just a recent customer! Well, certain stores don't have delivery from or too far that Doordash has better convenience! So I started back using Doordash! Been doing so for a few weeks now! Just placed an order and went to pick up, to find out they sent my order to a further location than was on screen when I placed it! I didn't think to screenshot the order upon placing it! I saw it and know for a fact it was made for restaurant near my house but they changed it! I kept trying to call their direct customer service number and had me on hold for almost 10 minutes! Then answered and told me a supervisor was about to call me right back! That was 45 minutes ago! All the years I dealt with Doordash they always were prompt in answering or contacting me back! It showed me they have gotten sorry and don't care! It's okay! As customers and especially long standing loyal ones, we should not be treated like this! Hit them in their pockets! I'm completely done, not giving a 2 second chance cuz they're playing in my face! I know they won't miss my hundreds spent monthly but if enough people stop dealing with them, they WILL feel it! It's a shame cuz they had good customer service for so many years!

I had a delivery today and the driver called me and told me (not asked) to come to the street to get my order. I thought it was door dash not street dash Also, I live in a house and the path from the street to the door is about 30 feet long

I received my food. The salad had old brown lettuce on it. My food was cold. I called in to get a credit or a refund or even another order and they denied me and only gave me $9.27 and I pay $35 for my meal Just highway robbery and my Dasher showed up it was supposed to be a guy, but a female deliver my order with a car full of bad kids

I ordered food..the dasher never arrived and it say complete as if he delivered .camera said shows no one came..then I call and they review and then decides to refund instead of giving me an option for store credit which I could redeliver..but now I have to wait from 24 hrs up to 7 days before refund..

I’ve been a customer with DoorDash for some months now my first time trying to get a refund for an order I was denied. I tried to purchase three packs of chicken that Totaled to $46 The driver bought me one pack of chicken that costed $14 so I was charged an additional $14 on top of the $46 and only received one pack of chicken. DoorDash refuses to refund me and denied my request three times. I have closed my account. I no longer use DoorDash and I will tell everyone else to stay away.

I ordered some groceries using DoorDash. Mainly cold items, milk, chocolate milk, things like that for my daughter as I was at work and she was with a babysitter. A 1/2 hour after it said the items were delivered the babysitter contacted me and said she’d check every door and been standing outside and could not find the items, I contacted DoorDash which is useless. They said it wasn’t eligible for a refund two days later I find the items on my elderly neighbors front porch, which he doesn’t use at all obviously everything is trash because it was all cold items. Contacted Doordash told them what happened They refused to give me a refund or replace the items. I will no longer use DoorDash This isn’t the first time this has happened. I have ordered from them multiple times and this is only the second time I have ever said something was missing so it’s not like it’s an ongoing issue.

I am a long time customer and over time the service has just gotten worse and worse. I understand that the dashers need to "boost" their income, but while this is allowed to happen, I get poor service and cold food. I have tracked dashers delivering several orders at one time in opposite directions of my home. We, as customers, are all paying the same amount for the same service, but unless you are lucky enough to live closest to wherever you have ordered from, then the rest of us suffer. Based on the current 1.3 star rating, I think it's time for management to overhaul their process. I'm, frankly, sick of it.

This company is Aweful. For some reason they sent the driver to Target and Not my home. I was charged for the food that went to a Target store and Not my home address, which was given to them. I will NEVER use this company EVER!!!

Bad customer service and refund policy. I bought an item that was returned in perfect condition in less than 48 hours. They refunded the money to the dasher's credit card, and now DoorDash refused to return my money.

Waited an hour after spending $50 on Taco Bell that should have cost $25 and never got it. They tried to give me a credit versus my money back on cash app. I will never use this app again. Only used it three times and what a joke.

Door dash has zero respect for dashers they simply deactivate you with hearing your side whatever happens to innocent until proven guilty well goodbye door dash and welcome another one luckily I filled out weeks ago did my 1st delivery hours ago so one door closed another one open immediately so DOOR DASH SUCKS!!!
