They didn’t deliver all my fire came very late, I’ve cold and I called for a refund and they ignored my request and tried to give me a 5$ credit. Sound to costumer service Ava they were rude, they stole my money, actual theft. Such a terrible terrible company

I placed an order and the merchant canceled the order because it was out of stock. I did not receive the item. I paid 18.59 and received a refund for 1.34. I was told because the dasher Shamar was in route and I could not get my full refund. The dasher never had the item to begin with. I found out the issue when I placed the order again and the second dasher informed me of what was going on. It’s crazy they can just take your money. They have gotten worse over the years especially customer service. I was told someone would email me concerning my issue and they never did. No item and no refund. Very unethical.

The last 2 times i placed an order, the first dasher that i got both times stole my order BOTH TIMES. Then the next dasher said “the store said another dasher picked up your order already” when i ordered from Sonic and McDonalds. I do not recommend door dash any more. Never will again.

I got dash pass back in March. Came with a $35 credit promo if I placed 4 orders and had dash pass for 60 days. I did my 4 orders and the 60 days came and went and I didn’t get my credit, then the offer mysteriously disappeared. Reached out to support twice to get it resolved and they asked for a screenshot of the promo. They said they couldn’t honor it without the screenshot. I find it hugely convenient for them to ask for that as if it’s the customers responsibility to take screenshots of their promos and then ask for a screenshot of it AFTER it’s disappeared knowing normal businesses don’t ask for screenshots of promos when it’s their responsibility as a company to keep track of they’re offering their customers. The customer service people were also rude and impatient. Cancelled my dash pass and deleted the app. I’ll use UberEats, Grubhub or Postmates.

From Toronto, Canada. they delivered to somebody else's address AGAIN and refused to redeliver or refund. The proof is there, the photo taken is not my house. Deliveries from past photos are different. Told me to wait 12 hours after escalation and denied refund. There is photo evidence, so this is basically ROBBERY and shows how they don't care about retraining employees who screwed up. They rather just punish the customer and leave the driver continually making mistakes, no wonder it keeps happening.

Again and again, missing part of the delivery order, and the only solution is reinvest 15% of the value of the order (not even close of the value of the product missing). Many time same problem, never offer a real solution, almost a scam, they take my money and deliver wherever they want with no responsibility. Last order from a regular client and suggest to other... find another company.

They're okay but there are a few times that I ordered things from the grocery store and not one Dasher as made a effort to go pick it up. Most of the time they're good but sometimes there are disappointment especially for emergencies.

DoorDash is absolute garbage. The delivery driver didn't deliver our food and then when I took it up with them to get a refund the agent: Ravi legit ended the chat. Lost business with me.

People will hate you even if you trying to help them and out, but they want you to be so perfect with there order. If I’m trying to help a person out and they still give me a bad rating it not even worth it just get your food yourself waste a time…smh‼️ 💯

Dasher said order was delivered, it wasn't even picked up from the restaurant. When tried reordering it gave me an hours wait time to have it delivered. Won't service I've ever received.

I ordered over $120 worth of food and supplies from DashMart and received another customer's order filled with almost all food I can't eat (mostly junk food). DoorDash refused to issue a refund or deliver the correct order. When I sent an email reply, I was notified that "this email is no longer being monitored as this case has been marked resolved." Resolved? Not by a long shot, suckers. I called their support phone number and was speaking with a live agent very quickly. Throughout this conversation I remained calm, professional, and courteous as I explained the situation by essentially reading highlights from my (ignored) email to him. This email is reproduced here: . Matt C. *email redacted* 12:20 AM (47 minutes ago) to DoorDash Hi, So I have three bags of food most of which I absolutely cannot eat rather than my actual order, and I'm expected to just say, "Okey dokey, thanks!" I just want my actual order. I don't want a refund. Also, you state that one of the "relevant factors" is overall account history. How is it my fault when an order I placed and paid for is filled incorrectly? In what business on what planet does that fly? This resolution is entirely unacceptable and I do not consider it resolved in any way. This case needs to be re-opened and escalated immediately, as this is akin to consumer fraud. I am not hesitant to: * dispute the charge with my bank, * publicly document this incident across social media, as is my right under the Consumer Review Fairness Act * file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the office of Indiana State Attorney General, and * engage my attorney if necessary. This really could be worked out much more simply: deliver my correct order and we're square, case closed. I'm a very busy person and I don't relish the idea of spending any of my limited time dealing with all this. Plus, it creates unnecessary headaches for your staff. I will expect a phone call between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM ET on Friday, June 14, from no less than a director- or management-level representative to reach a mutually agreeable solution. They have no idea what is about to hit them. DO NOT BLINDLY AND HELPLESSLY ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE BULLIED BY CORPORATIONS. Within your rights and the limits of the law, there are always resources to fight back. Know your rights and use them. All I wanted was my fruit and whatnot. I'm not looking to get anything for free, just what I actually paid for. Now look where we are. It's a shame a company like DoorDash is so callous, deceptive and borderline fraudulent in their billing and support practices. Of course they're light years from being the first and only offenders which they see as a license to abuse customers, but that doesn't make it right. It's your money, not theirs. For a company that--while revenue is trending positively for the moment--in six years of reporting they still operated at a net loss of $558M as of 2023. The year 2022 was even worse, with a net operating loss of almost $1.4B. (Fun fact: Doordash does not allow Yelp or Google reviews. Hooray for transparency by a publicly traded company.) Combine those financials with the growing revolt of local/mom-and-pop establishments who are angered about the significant and ever-increasing fees charged to them for utilizing the Doordash platform, and I know founder Tony Xu is laughing all the way to the bank without a care in the world. (cue Black Flag's "Rise Above" or Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It" for the epic ending to this epic tale of first world problems)

The drivers are stopping at an address before me and my orders are tampered with. I am very familiar with the restaurants I order from and I know how it should look and taste. I can see on the map where the driver is and that he stops for 10 min before delivering to me...???

Worst customer service ever!! Do your drivers not follow GPS? Why is this the only delivery service I have issues with?! It doesn't matter that I put notes into delivery directions. When I called because the driver of door dash didn't deliver to the correct address I was told to call customer service of the restaurant. The driver works for door dash and can't read directions and delivered to the wrong address and didnt speak english. Make that make sense. Never again!!
