“Ordered doordash went to pick up food and waited half an hour they said that the dasher picked it up when I had put I was picking it up would not refund my money and doordash said they would make it right and never refunded me my Money and when I received my food it wasn't even the correct order very dissatisfied with door dash”

“Horrible customer service- I was given a $50 gift card. I ordered food and reconsidered my order since it was more than double the price than if I would just order and pick it up myself. Plus delivery time was 1 hour (I live in a rural area). I cancelled the order but was out the $50 gift card. It took me hours of fighting on the phone with customer service in India to get the money back. So they gave me a $50 credit but charged my credit card for the balance of the order, around $40. So I have no food delivery and Door Dash stole $40 from me. If I can get this resolved, I am deleting the app and never using it again. It's robbery.”

“DOOR DASH HASN'T ANY DIGNITY Door Dash sends you in circles only to take 'Your Money' then lose their customers 'one by one' they'll leave -As Door Dash begins losing profits for scamming people They will take more and more from the population as their "reputation" goes down hill -Someone will eventually sue them & Their Spoils WILL BE Taken Away. - WISE UP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE -”

“DoorDash gives deals but takes it's customers for granted,They will gyp you to recover some of Their losses IF you don't spend enough money with them, AND They'll blame it on the business you attempted purchasing from But, We Know Better Than That.”

“Ordered through Freddy's website. Door dash driver delivered the wrong order. Door dash blames the store and says we have to contact the store. The store doesn't answer the phone. Door dash is to blame, as their driver is at fault, but they will not accept responsibility. They scammed us out of $50. Buyer beware!”

“This is getting ridiculous door dashers stealing orders and I be tipping them and they don't like to listen to the customer period yeah pay people to deliver food and you get stuff stolen but the driver is still making money I hope door dash goes out of business Uber eats customer service is way better time to stick with Uber eats”

“First time using this company. I received a text saying my driver had handed my order to me, but nothing had arrived. They delivered to the wrong address, so I called and they refused to go back and deliver it to the correct address. Never using DoorDash again. Hate that it prompted me to tip the driver before completing my order and receiving my food.”

“They owe me almost $100 in refunds because my orders wouldn't be assigned Dashers for days on end. It's been 11 days since my first cancellation and my bank still has no pending transactions from Door Dash. Customer service refuses to do anything because they say that the refunds have already been issued. Not only was in unable to get my groceries delivered living out in the country with no transportation but my bank account went negative because I still haven't received my refund.”

“Doordash Doesn’t like to give people money back for orders the customer never received or canceled due to a restaurant issue. The customer service is awful and the managers are very rude and disrespectful. I still haven’t received a refund or gotten this issue resolved.”

“DoorDash is the worst delivery company in the United States. Some of their DoorDashers pretend from time to time they can’t find the delivery address so they can eat the food. DoorDash should be shutdown. This company needs to be sued.”

“Worst policies ever! We bought an expensive item from Best Buy through DoorDash but had to return it in a few days. Money went to DoorDash card and DoorDash declined to return our money back. So we returned the item and lost our money too. This is DoorDash. Never use DoorDash”

“Worst experience ever. I order my food at 6:15 PM. The app tells me that my food will be here by 7:10 PM. I get a call from DoorDash at 7:07 PM telling me that a driver picked up my order and then clocked out. I guess another driver was dispatched there to pick up my food, but the place I ordered from would not remake it since it was already picked up by their other driver. DoorDash did nothing to make the situation right. I will never ever use DoorDash again Or recommend DoorDash to anyone that I care about. DoorDash is horrible”

“2 times I ordered & never received my order!!! Then Door dash had the nerve to issue a refund of 5 or 6 dollars knowingly I paid way more than that! They refuse to gibe me back what I actually paid I will not use them ever again!!!”

“Unfortunately not even one start! My card was compromised and I have a pending charge for an order I never made. When I called to dispute it the first costumer service representative hung up on me because I couldnt understand why theu couldnt help me, and the second was soooo rude. I've only ordered door dash once recently and I assure you never again! Keep your bank info safe people.”
