I received a notice that my order was complete, but no one ever even came up my street and no order was in sight. I immediately called my driver, but he would not pick up. I sent a text that was also ignored. And, of course, it is impossible to reach anyone at DoorDash. Very, very frustrating, especially after waiting over an hour for my order. I ended up having it re delivered which meant I ended up eating dinner at 10:00 (I originally ordered at 6:30). I was able to chat with DoorDash but they refused to offer me a refund or credit of any kind. Very, Very frustrating!

I was in an accident in the month of March while delivering with DoorDash, I called to report the incident and the only thing the representative ask me was if I was able to deliver the food, no remorse in asking if I was ok, or what happened. I called once again to report the incident and spoke with Belita (the representative’s name ) and she had no sympathy or understanding of me explaining what happened to me , when I was trying to explained myself she hung up on me . Bad communication and work environment if DoorDash doesn’t seems to care about the wellbeing of their employee’s life while in the job.

This app used to be a pleasure to use. However, over recent months, I have had so many issues with this platform. The most recent issue is an order that was placed and the hours of the restaurant said they were operating and open. After placing the order, I called to check on my order directly with the restaurant and they said they closed 30 minutes early that particular night. Therefore, I was never going to get my order and I would’ve sat and waited all night. Mind you, I’ve sat and waited all night on two more DoorDash orders just to much later be told that they had no Dashers available to deliver my order. Therefore, this time, after placing my order, I called just to make sure they’re going to deliver my order. The restaurant said they closed 30 minutes early and they apologized but they said I would need to cancel my order with DoorDash, which I did. I called the DoorDash representative and explained the situation and the representative said that they would refund my money. I’m looking back through my bank statements now, about a month later, and I realize I never received my refund! After contacting DoorDash support today, they said you won’t be getting a refund now because it’s too late. They said there is nothing they can do for me. So I never got my order and DoorDash will not refund my $30! Avoid doing business with DoorDash at all cost!

I had ordered something from Petco , who had door dash deliver it to my house. The guy who delivered my order had brought me the wrong order. He had just left so I quickly called him and told him that he just delivered the wrong order to me. He said sorry and there was nothing he could do about it because he was in a hurry to make it to his next delivery. When I put in my order which was a small one I included a $10.00 tip. So I called door dash and the customer service guy I talked to was borderline rude and in a big hurry to get me off the phone. When I asked about the $10.00 tip I had left, because there was no way the driver deserved it he told me he sent my tip back to Petco. I don’t believe Petco did the tipping but I did. So sure enough I was not credited back my tip. I will NEVER deal with door dash again! Yes I got to talk to someone about my problem immediately when I called but their customer service sucked!

Took way to long first order driver said forgot card or something so they wanted us to wait 30 min for food. Cancelled re orderd and took way to long very disappointing

My niece ordered 2 pizzas. She spent over $100.00. The pizza was disgusting and not edible. DoorDash was sent a photo that showed that less than 1/4 of each pizza was eaten. DoorDash would only refund $5.00. What a joke. Pizza place wouldn’t refund anything to us.

Waited an hour and a half for a delivery from a place that I could see from the hotel. App kept saying driver was there waiting for order. I went and got it myself and driver never showed up. Door Dash kept saying 3 minutes till delivery, for an hour. Currently eating cold food . aThanks for a miserable experience Door dash.

I ordered food from Damascus House in London, ON, for $75 to be delivered by Doordash between 7-7:30 pm. The food never arrived. The delivery guy claimed that he delivered the food and there was a boy in front of the house and he took the food and went in. I do not have a son and my husband was studying at his desk facing the front window. If he came he would have seen. I will never use Doordash and never order from Damascus House. They didn't care much about it.

Other than destroying my property. The person on the delivery app was Wanda but A man was the delivery person. STOP 🛑 using DD this people are not vetted and I'm sure they are criminals. And dd will not pay for any damages to your property.

I have used door dash way longer than I'm proud off for sure. But out of the last 4 yrs I've uaes it, I've never ever had so many complaints. And it's nit my dashers it the stores. Crappy Crappy products ALWAYS ALWAYS wrong, cold or takes for ever so well it's cold. Customer support is always Luke here's $5 for the $40 or $60 you spent ( I have a big family) . How is doordaah still in business? The companies they represent are garbage. Which in turn makes them garbage, but yet it's seems to be acceptable 🤔

I was uncertain about the identity of my Dasher because he arrived with a friend, and both of them delivered my food together. This situation raised concerns about my privacy and security, and the interaction felt awkward and uncomfortable. Additionally, it appeared that the two individuals might be undocumented migrant workers. Due to this experience, I will be deleting my account and no longer ordering through DoorDash.

Very dissapointed of my order today. Dasher was not following instructions and rude. Before he picked up the food, i texted him where to go becoz sometimes the GPS Apps is wrong. But He delivered it to a wrong address and he insisted to me that it was my address and if he will deliver it where it supposed to be he wanted more money. And He said Doordash instructed him to leave the food in that wrong address. Dasher, ZERO star for you. Good thing CS listened to my complaint, but refund will takes 5-7 days, i have to wait.

I don’t even want to rate at 1 star! I will not be ordering from DoorDash again anytime soon if ever again. My orders are continuously messed up and I get they aren’t the ones that make the food but they have very poor customer service! You ask for a refund on an order that is completely messed up that you can’t eat ANYTHING you ordered and they want to give you only a few dollars back. I have had orders of $40 and gotten MAYBE $10 back. Tonight I ordered Sheetz and everything was messed up missing items etc I had to throw away my whole order. When I asked DoorDash for a refund they wanted to give me only $9. This is also after having to call because the app only wanted to give me $2. My issue is I spent $24 on my food order and they BARELY would give me the $9 back. The only EXCUSE they came up with was the system generates the amount to refund. I’m sorry the amount of people and the amount of money that is spent with them and on orders this is not an excuse! This is unacceptable to have such a lack in customer care!
