Didn't get one of my meals, that cost $14.70. It was a combo. They would only credit me $4.00 since I received part of the order (I only got the coke!!). Furious and I don't get furious.

I have been working on the Dasher App for several weeks. Each week the earnings are decreasing, delivery distances are excessive, and the “Corporate delivery sell rate” (tip) of $2.00 used by Pizza Hut, Papa John, and Chick-fil-A leaves no profit to the driver after expenses. Tips less than the cost of one gallon of fuel? Rejecting these “offers” brings the wrath of scorn from the extremely rude and unprofessional “Platinum Support” regarding the “Platinum benefits”. Dasher Rip off! Drivers BEWARE!

Terrible, their entire system is set up to make their drivers fail. I feel bad leaving bad reviews on drivers because they are working for pennies while unaware of the ever changing challenges that the plethora of restaurants face. They don't know if the restaurant will be out of something plus they are handling multiple orders to make more money and can't help if a restaurant is behind. Doordash customer service is complete trash. They seem so unaware of these kind of circumstances and don't really care how much time you've spent trying to resolve it when in the first place you were trying to save time with their service that is so unaware of their own market.

Never helpful never answers the right answers and directs. The questions never comes through with their food. If it wasn’t just a few times that it is happened. I would understand but when you’re getting ripped off $200 it gets to be a big deal that’s only one instance another was $20, no big deal but they will not refund your money immediately like any other company but decides to hold it for 7 to 10 days. If you don’t get a product you pay for or your DoorDash or still it. I think DoorDash is responsible. They have done nothing for me in the past. I highly recommend not using this company or Uber Eats they seem to do a lot better. They have all my files And email and just got done talking with them. I highly suggest not using DoorDash into GrubHub or Uber eats or anything else. At this point they won’t screw you over your money and your food. They just can’t seem to pull this together

Worst company EVER! Placed an order and they sent to wrong address, have a screen shot of order to the correct address. Tried calling a d was basically called a liar. Placed second order, much to my dismay, but my kid was hungry. Got that order wrong too, missing items. Called again and told a second time I was lying. Placed third order, having to pay for all 3 and finally got correct order. When I called for refund I was basically told I was lying and refunds denied.WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS???

Dasher sat at the bar, "while waiting for my order" order arrived cold. DD did absolutely nothing to help make the issue right. They offered me $3 in credits 🤦🏼‍♀️

I hate doordash. They do the most unprofessional things when it comes to refunds. They usually offer a dash credit refund transfer or an original payment method refund transfer. They didn’t give me those options this time and now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back rather than having it in my credits where I can just order something else. Not happy. And I’m still hungry >:(

First time ordering, gave explicit instructions on the delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address. Company only wanted to refund me the tip portion! Will never ever order through them again. First and last time.

I hate I had to give a star to even say this! CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE!!! Michelle and jasmine both terrible reps! No patience! Just terrible exactly why I support Uber eats!

If I could give negative stars I would. Door dash steals your money. Only part of my order picked up and delivered. After 5 phone calls, many emails and appeals to why they denied to refund me. No way to get ahold of anyone willing to help. This was my one and only time ever using this terrible company!

My past 2 orders neve arrived and i still gave it a chance hoping that it was just a mistake. This time wrong items arrived, I contacted customer service 5 times and no one provided me a refund

I only gave one star because I could leave it at zero. Not like this is going to make a difference but door dash has gone to the lowest of the lows with who they allow to work and drive for them. It's only people with nothing better to do so they can get tipped regardless of how they handle your food.. I had a driver bring me a delivery of over $100.00 worth of food and half the order was missing and the other half was smashed and spilled all over the bag.. when I demanded a refund the lady I spoke to said they would give me the full refund but only gave me 20.00. when I called to argue with them all they did u as given me the run around. Don't bother spending your hard earned money on this app.. cut the middle man and got pick up you own food or make sure the restaurant does direct deliveries because you will only be disappointed ordering with door dash

Ordered groceries for dinner with a 32 minute delivery time. That extended to 1 hr. Then I received a message that they had an issue checking out. They assigned it to another driver after 75 minutes with an estimate delivery 2 hours after expected. They refused to cancel and refund. So I was charged a $$ penalty for cancellation and a credit for future purchase. I have canceled my dash pass and they still won’t refund.

I’m finding out about door dash more and more items missing dashers won’t go back and make right when reporting to Dd there sure to take off next order but don’t I’m going to start ordering from grub hub c if there’s r better truck driver u often

I order frequently and usually have no issues with my orders. If an item is missed or not in stock, I am refunded the money right away. Recently, they had a promotion available when I went to create my next order, up to a $20 value. I left my cart sit over night and the next day when I went to place it, the promo just was gone.. disappeared! It was a Father's day promotion and Father's Day still hadn't happened yet so I would have thought it would still be there the next day to apply to the order. I brought it to customer service's attention who are the least bit of helpful and they needed a screenshot as proof of the promotion, which I didn't have. In the end, they ended up saying the promotion had reached its max limit and they were unable to compensate me for it.. I placed the order without the promotion. The next day, I go back onto the Doordash app and the promotion was there again!! I definitely feel that I got intentionally scammed out of a promotion just from leaving the items in my cart sit too long. Be careful if you are not planning to place your order right away and take screenshots when you are applying the promo at the time in case it just vanishes like it did for me and you miss out on savings for no apparent reason!
