They let drives go because DoorDash app locked up and they missed the orders. They didn’t want to hear from driver who risked his life going out at 1am. So many customers don’t tip and you sometimes only make $8.00 per hour. So to make $100 or more per day you must start early or go late into morning. They don’t respect the works who are out driving around in there car saying and promoting DoorDash. This one driver was always communicating with customers and delivery was on time. DoorDash app locked up and they fired the driver. Go to Uber eats they treat people with respect

They have a track record of delivering food that is cold, unless it's supposed to be frozen, then it isn't. I've had orders that never showed up. They always have a lame excuse why they won't issue a refund. In short, they kept my money yet I got nothing. Do not order from these thieves.

I have only ordered from Doordash for delivery for the past 6 years. This year food is delivered more than double the stated delivery time, meaning, ITS COLD. They don't show up, cannot speak English or communicate in anyway, and their delivery fees have become expensive. I'm going to try Uber Eats; it cannot be any worse!

Issue had been reported almost 10hrs ago about the incorrect items I received. I was told I'd receive some type of update within an hour and nothing has been done or said all day and now you guys are acting as if nothing can be done which is unacceptable! I paid for food and dint get it! If something isn't done and everything I've sent in today isn't reviewed I'll be disputing EVERY Transaction I've ever had!

Ordered pizza and drinks. Wrong pizza and no drink arrived. Driver Darnell was a jerk. Totally unprofessional, he said he didn't care and left. I'm done with Pizza Hut if they're not going to use their own drivers, because door dash sucks.

Doordash took out $129 from my account in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. I woke up at 1am to find an absurd amount of money had been taken from my account for "McDonald's doordash " early in the week, leaving me in negative funds. I live on my own, trying to treat myself with a few deliveries, but there is no way I ordered $129 worth of food from McDonald's at 1am for one person. After finally getting in touch with someone on the phone (email is useless they take so long to reply and then just ask you to repeat yourself) she said "oh yeah this has happened before" google pay glitch apparently. The woman on the phone told me i had infact been charged for only a select amount of all of my doordash orders in one go. So I call the bank, waited almost an entire week being over a hundred dollars out of pocket as someone who already lives paycheck to paycheck and struggles to make ends meet sometimes(as we all do). As a result of this I was in great financial distress for almost an ENTIRE WEEK...( I guess once you get rich you forget how budgeting works :( poor doordash ceo) The processing time on this payment took so long I have only just gotten my money back. So while I did end up getting my funds replaced, I just want to say how messed up it is that a big corporation can just take someone's money (which they don't have), hold you in financial distress, just for a little rich man's game of bank "maintenance"(?? Literally what the guy from my bank said). I have used door dash plenty of times in the past, have known people to use it regularly, and nothing like this has ever happened before. To conclude, doordash takes advantage of its customers and provides little customer support. Safe to say, I deleted door dash, awful customer experience, never again :)

Their app is horrible. Been a computer teacher. Did not complete order. Called restraunt to tell them not to use their service. Customer service individuals, I would rate as ZERO!!!

DoorDash is an awful service and their customer service is even more awful.It will not help you with the problem or give you your money back... The driver's do not speak english.A park in the street and Block traffic while they're walking up your driveway to delivering food... And I also had a f Felon knock on my door one time.It was somebody I knew that shook my whole world... Do not use this company.

They are scammers. I order buy 1 get 1 free. So instead of giving me discount they put full price and we checked it twice same thing. But after talking with customer service guy it shows with discount when we tried again. But all this is of no use now as we paid full price. No discount and no buy 1 get 1 free. We ended basically in loss. Never going back to Doordash. UBER Eats guys are far more better. Customer service guy was rude and hang up the phone even without explaining. Trying to scam people with false information.

2 times I downloaded the app and entered my card for payment and both times they reported me for fraud. My bank says they do this to many people. Do not use Door dash unless you want your card shut down by your bank.

I bought 13 food items. The driver brought only two. I said where is the rest of our order? He tries to hand me the bag with two items in it. I tell him to return to the restaurant and get the rest of my order. He then sends a text that he hand delivered the food to me. I called the restaurant. They said he left with only a partial order. The food is here. Come and get it. I did after about 15 minutes or so. The driver never went back. He stole the sandwiches. They replaced the stolen food & gave me the complete order. I telephoned DoorDash. They began to make excuses for their hired employee. Refused the delivery refund. However, I was refunded the “tip” for the driver. So…all done & said it only cost ME approximately $10.00 to go pick up our dinner.

The door dasher did such a good job yesterday when delivering my order !! He ensure I got my order and was very pleasant to talk to. I will keep using the app just because of him! His name was Soheib 💚

I live in SW Florida and your company hires dashers that are stupid and most can’t speak English. Are they legal??? Doubt it. Hello Uber eats.

I accidentally hit the place order while I was placing items in my cart. Canceled the order right away I am only going to receive only 9.95 refund the order was for almost $50. $40 loss. Goodbye DoorDash.

Food was never received.Door Dash attempted to call the driver that did not even answer for them. She lied stating she knocked on the door and put it in front of my door when she never even came in the building. Not only do I not have my breakfast.I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back.. How does that solve my hunger on my birthday?When I ordered myself breakfast with my last... There has to be some accountability or compensation provided or DoorDash.Will wind up with a lot of lawsuits of breach

Called JAI to report safety issues and she hung up on me 3 times!!!! THREE TIMES! Did not want to hear about issue… Just wanted to get off the phone. Horrible service and she needs to be fired!! This company is awful

I just deleted my DoorDash app. I think a lot of the advertising is false and I feel ripped off paying so much money for a teeny bottle of Prosecco. It was very deceiving a total rip off. I’m done with this site.
