Stop allowing multiple pickups. My order was picked up and 19 minutes later my driver was “waiting” for another order. I don’t want one hour old food by the time it gets to me

What I don't like about doordash is that when you apply it takes forever, everytime I go in there's nothing available because people already scheduled themselves for the day and it takes other people possibilities to make money away, I get constant notifications that doordash is available in far away place but by the time you get there, it's no longer available. False advertisement when others are being treated like priority then those who actually need and want to work. By allowing people to schedule instead of just going out and making money when they can, takes away the ability for others to make it to top doordasher and sometimes people make more money doordashing normally then top doordasher, we also don't receive all of the tips, one customer asked me to see the order upon arriving and she notified me that the tip she put on there was not the one she added, I felt disappointed. Doordash is taking advantage of others earnings to keep it for themselves, while everyone else is using gas, miles and broke down cars to actually make end meet. I understand that it can all be added to the Taxes but where not receiving the proper pay to even take care of our vehicles, it's a gamble. Catering makes more and that is if people are generous enough to actually tip in cash vs the app because people who doordash don't get all the earnings.

right now that door dash is asking to show you debit or credit card it is too much for a simple hamburger, don't order any more

Terrible! Order was 25mins late. They didn’t even deliver it to my address And they didn’t refund me the whole amount. They didn’t even give me half and they tried to give me credits instead of cash. I’m no longer a costumer.

I had to meet my driver, my order was wrong and in pieces. I'm not going to eat what they sent me and I only got a partial refund! They suck!

I’ve had DoorDash for quite sometime now, and at the beginning all was well. However soon thing slowly started to go downhill. Dashers would soon start to steal the food sending pictures with their hand covering the lens, then you’d spend your last money in your account leaving it negative or empty so you can eat, only to be told “we can send you a refund but it’ll take 5-10 business days to clear. Or take a credit which would end up going back to the company that just gave you horrible service. DoorDash should be audited and staff needs to be reviewed. The company is a good idea but start caring more about your consumers.

Horrible experience, I called customer service twice and they didn’t do anything to solve my problem. One of them transferred me to the FBI number when I asked him to transfer me to his manager. And then I was talking with another agent, he was acting like he was going to solve it but he was just making me waste my time. I don’t remember the name of the first one but the other was named Mohamed. DoorDash is terrible. The first time, my Dasher stole my order and when I reported it DoorDash said that they couldn’t refund or do anything about it. They are just stealing from their customers.

The most ridiculous customer service and delivery company ever! Constantly allowing drivers to pick up multiple orders to then deliver to the wrong addresses costing more money to their own company, the restaurant they picked up from and the people waiting on their meals if they can even reorder them. I see boycotting in their future with the amount of problems without resolution.

I ordered Taco Bell. I sat and waited. 50 minutes for cold cold food did not receive my drink contacted DoorDash and the store asked the driver to go get the drink because if you don’t know, drinks are the sales they make more money off the drinks than they do off the food Driver didn’t get the drink and DoorDash did not refund me. It’s sad the store they are unable to issue a refund. I’m sure because they have so much going through late night that they cannot keep up and I understand that but DoorDash liaison should’ve refunded or brought me my drink , this is happened more times than that

This company still owes me over $180 in refunds for orders that THEY cancelled. I have requested contact and I have been ignored. I have also had issues with delivery drivers stealing orders, ignoring clear instructions, abusing customers, and threatening me. None of these issues have been resolved. I do not recommend this company for ANYTHING.

Worst service ever. They take your money, but if something goes wrong. they only issue credits, you ask for help. but they help you. believe me.

The app is great with great deals. But god forbid you have an issue, the worst customer support I’ve even seen. I had a guy named Mamta and another named I forgot his name but started with N (Neftir or Nerif) or something like this. You’ll get no greeting and no help at all and after that they’ll just end the chat without resolving anything.

Ordered dinner and didn’t get either of the meals I ordered, but because the bag had my name on it, DoorDash refused to give a refund…..they need to hold restaurants responsible when they send the wrong food…

You always receive the wrong food. The company is not helpful at all. Always issues with dashers and your waiting hours and still don’t receive your food. Waste of time and money. Will never use them again.

I have had doordash for years. Last night I ordered a chicken sandwich around 7.00 and around 815 I got an email saying the order was cancelled. The said I'd get Mt money back but it hasn't happened yet. Soo I ordered a chicken sandwich from another restaurant and at 945 I got a call from doordas.saying I needed to go pick it up. I said that couldn't happen and by this time I was.hungry and tired and screamed at the poor employee. I cancelled my membership and got an email saying I would have serve until November. I guess they take your money and keep I. I'm writing this in hopes it won't happen to others Joan barrett

If I could give less than a star, I would I’ve had the worst experience with a gift card that didn’t work or the coupon they promised me I could use ! They assured me when I called back that it would be taken care of and guess what it wasn’t! Promised to give me the discount and they wouldn’t! Took me three hours of conversation with the staff and management and guess what they did NOTHING !! The worst experience I would never never use them ever again. I find them to be very very unethical. Liars DONT ORDER FROM DOORDASH!!

Ordered food $48 the store cancelled the order and doordash refused to refund my money on doordash credits so I can order food eles where. Instead the said they refunded back to my bank account which takes 3 days. So no food, and no money. After talking to DoorDash and a supervisor they just did not care!!! Ridiculous

Ordered some McDonald's through doordash from Milperra McDonalds. Mohammed the delivery guy delivered only the food but no drinks. Doesn’t even care to explain when we call. Rude and doesn’t care. Not the first time this happened. No refund was given last time. These people are scammers…don’t ever order through this

I have had two orders not to come through DoorDash, and customer service is trash. I don’t know who they hire to deliver but they never come through with the orders. Tonight I ordered from Crumbl cookie and my order was picked up twice by two different drivers, then a third came to pick up another order. I contacted DoorDash and of course they didn’t take any responsibility in any of it. It still says my order is 1 minute away and it’s been three hours.

Our order from door dash was missing a kids meal we ordered. We reported this to door dash and they said they would not compensate us for the missing item.
