Broken seal on pizza box. Pepperoni taken off pizza and a bite looks like or a piece broken off slice of pizza. I called and text dasher no response. When driver Cre'Dresha from Albany,Ga finally arrived after late delivery he gave me some lie.... First Time trying Door Dash smh and the Last Time trying Door Dash! People we are entrusting Strangers with our food....No No No....Bad Idea....

80% of orders are messed up. Tonight took three hours to for delivery. Poor customer service and communication

Driver was 30 min late, forgot 3 items and could not speak enough English to communicate. So I had to drive to the restaurant to get the rest of the order. Then I called door dash customer service. It was awful. Made an already bad experience worse. I was transferred 3 times before the last person said they could not transfer me to a supervisor immediately but if receive a call back within 1 to 2 DAYS. Unacceptable. I said I was willing to wait on the line to talk to one immediately and they said they can't because that is not doordash's policy. Then the last guy said he has other customers to take their calls and I said aren't I just as an important of a customer who you are supposed to be helping now? Doordash is awful. I will never use them again and would rather drive to get my food than to waste 2 hours of my life waiting either for my food or on hold for a supervisor.

Please do not send drivers that do not speak English with aggressive behavior thanks. Not being prejudice or biased. Just DONT!

My dasher went to pick up my order from Wing Stop. I guess she got tired of waiting even though she got there at 9:52 and left at 10:07. Not sure of the system they use but my order never even came up as ready for pick up so my assumption is she got there early. But instead of being honest that she didn't want to wait she told Door Dash that the restaurant was out of chicken. I found that surprising since it was 10 and the store didn't close til midnight. I went to the same Wing Stop to have the manager tell me that they had plenty of chicken she just didn't want to wait even though they were bagging my order as she was leaving. I was hung up on twice by door dash trying to get this resolved. Needless to say I will NEVER order with Door Dash again and based on this rating would advise others not to as well. Worst customer service ever...even worse than Popeyes!

I've both used and worked for them. Their customer service and dasher supports terrible. They will end dashes on you in the middle of a shift with zero reason why and then refuse to help or even acknowledge what they did.

My order was left about 50 feet from my door. It seems my dasher just opened a window and dropped my order on my driveway.

I ordered from Chick-fil-A and one item was missing. I provided DoorDash with documents from Chick-fil-A ( the text from Chick-fil-A for review shows only two items that I have received in it). Doordash declined my refund. The worse part was that I had to cook even I was sick that night because of missing item.

I have been ordering door dash for years. You accepted my order today and as I was waiting I realized it was never coming. I canceled my order and only got refunded for the tip and delivery fee. I should have gotten my full refund. I disputed this issue and you guys told me there’s nothing you can do. Thieves. Never ordering again and will tell everyone I know not to order here

They need to stop hiring people that can't speak any English. This is going to become the death of this company if they don't fix this issue, on top of their map in their app. It sends the delivery driver for my company to the wrong location 85% of the time. Its been an issue they have supposedly been working on for MONTHS. If I could choose to use Uber for this particular restaurant I would, but I am not given that option.

DoorDash is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with they cancel your order and when you call have zero assistance or accountability for Their drivers. Avoid them at all cost.

My dasher delivered to the wrong address. I understand anyone can make a mistake, so I immediately contacted DoorDash via their app to request a re-delivery. But before I could talk to anyone, their bot submitted for a refund, which will take up to 3 business days. So I tried to contact the dasher but she sent me to voicemail. So I called DoorDash and finally found a person, but she only responded like a robot, saying that the refund was submitted and the order was closed. I said I didn't need a refund. I wanted to send the item I ordered (it was a delivery for my son and daughter-in-law, who is recovering from surgery). She basically kept saying the exact same thing: There's nothing they can do; the order is closed. So I had to call the restaurant and re-order it, and send my son out to pick it up. I don't like that the only "reviews" you can leave ON DoorDash are for the Dasher(driver) and the restaurant or business you purchase from. WHY can't I leave a review for DoorDash???

Everything, and your customer service sucks!! MJ, RJ, Angel…Everyone we’ve talked too . It’s taken me a call or two every day for 5 days and still no call back from upper management. They will turn your every day person with patience into a KAREN! Our order arrived an hour and 1/2 late. Jimmy Johns wanted to refund and make things right, but since we used DoorDash to place the order they aren’t able to. Not to mention DoorDash took my nieces Dasspass payment out of my account without permission. We are also reporting them to the BBB.

They steal your money! I ordered from the grocery store. They charged me 91 bucks! But the receipt from the store was 57 bucks! I called and after adding the tip and fees it comes to 69 bucks. They will not refund my money!

I ordered $223 in food from a restaurant, I never received it and DoorDash will not refund my money. Please do not use DoorDash. These questions below does not apply since I never received my food or a refund.

The drivers do a lot of stalling if they don´t like the tip or they take things from the bags. It is an awful service, awful, the lowest of the lowest. Just low lives.

Doordash has very poor customer service, I placed an order and monitored it online, driver was ready to pcik up order and suddenly after 1 1/2 hour we received message from doordash that order has been cancelled. In the mean time I had received missed call from driver, so I called him and he said that he went to pick up the order but Doordash cancelled the order for unknown reason. I even talked to the store owner and she confirmed that order was ready but doordash cancelled the order. I called doordash and the girls said that store owner cancelled the order as they were out of ingredients, which was a plain lie as i knew order was ready to go but doordash was not ready to accept their mistake. She tried to pacify me with $5 credit for future use which i declined as I am never going to use doordash again. Be warned.

I ordered a half and half tea to go with a burger but the tea was missing from the order. Reported it online with Doordash and was told the below: ""Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any support or compensation with this issue due to our credit and refund policies. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but DoorDash bases this decision on an analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history."" Not right! If I paid for an item and it isnt' there, I expect to be compensated for it. I did an online chat and was told that the refund was denied. I was told it would be "reviewed". What is wrong with this company? If I go to Chic Fil A and order a tea through the drive through and it's not there i'm going to go back and they will give me the tea....never would any other company deny that. Never encountered anything like this.
