I've purchased a DoorDash membership 11 months ago and order through them a couple times a week. Out of those 100 or so orders, I recall 3 problems and I received a credit each time. This past weekend I ordered breakfast and received texts stating the driver was waiting for the food, on the way, and the food was delivered. The last text is normally accompanied by a photo of where the ood was left, but this driver didn't attach it. My food was nowhere to be found. DD said to text the driver but it did not reply. I honestly believe the driver stole my food. I eventually got my food after reordering (at no cost to me) but I had problems with my next 2 orders, as well. So I'm done with DoorDash.

I placed an order and the time kept getting pushed back for when I should expect my delivery. I finally decided to cancel the order because it was taking way too long long. DoorDash charged me the full amount and said no refunds or credit could be issued. So apparently they can just tell you your order will be here whenever they decide and that’s it.

Many times you can’t understand the drivers because they don’t speak good English. Terrible trying to understand them on the phone.

I have recently joined doordash, and I could not be more satisfied with them. The orders arrive promptly, and the doordash delivery people are so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I am glad I made the decision to enroll in doordash!

So now every time I place an order and my food gets wrong they never want to fix it just because I've had food and stuff messed up so many times that they will not refund my money back. I just ordered from Wendy's and they messed up my son's food and my boyfriend's food and they don't want to refund it

Horrible customer service. Went back and forth over a duplicate order which I didn't initiate. Was answerd with disdain when i called and just got a snotty attitude didn't care attitude. I asked to speak to her supervisor. Said he would call and of course never did. Wish I could give negative stars

Doordash is a rip-off. They charge you higher prices and act they give you a discount. Just a rip-off.

I have called the last two times since I have ordered and they haven’t been able to refund me my money back from my orders and it has been from Jack-in-the-Box and McDonald’s. This last time was from McDonald’s and I feel like that is not correct when it’s the restaurants fault that does the mistake. Not the customers fault

I ordered a meal the burger was cold and the patties was burnt and the burger was horrible and DoorDash just said they could do nothing that it didn’t fit in the guidelines to get a refund

Doordash will blame everything on the driver. Even if I get to the restaurant early and still mark you late when the restaurant was late handing the order. And then, they will freeze or deactivate your account because you're late. How does this backward company even operate is beyond me.

Wanted a delivery ..instead door dash had me order through them.. charged more than the restaraunt would have and I had to pick up. First and Last experience ... NEVER EVER AGAIN...

Wasted over an hour of my time passing me around, then said they couldn't fulfill the order because they'd taken so long the restaurant finally closed, and refunded as credits instead of to the card I used for payment. No apology, no anything. Horrible service.

Had a food order and they ran over 1 hour late. This is the worst business model I have ever seen! Having your food come over 1 hour late. The company knows its a poor model because the always credit you back. They suck!

First, door dash help is hard to access! Second, delivery drivers get three delivery orders at once so food gets cold/melted. Third, they don’t like giving back refunds. Yes I have a history or refunds but I also have a history of getting messed up orders!!! They judge on ur refunding history.

Place an almost $30 order and never got it. My dasher refused to go back and get it after delivering to the wrong house. Kept saying the house number was right, however the street was absolutely wrong. Told me to go walk over and get it. I actually could not walk at the time due to multiple medical problems.

The driver forgot half of my order, they didn't pick up the second bag. when I contacted them they refused to go back and get it. When I contacted doordash they refused to refused me the tip I gave to the driver, the delivery charge and told me to contact the restaurant for a refund on food. Never using again

Door Dash stole $77.00 from me. I placed an order to Baskin Robbins. Chose the express delivery. After 20 minutes I checked the order. It did not state that my order was started nor that a Dasher was waiting for my order, so I canceled the order. They let me cancel the order and stated a credit would be issued. Well, after days of waiting I called door dash only for them to tell me this business doesn't allow refunds, therefore they won't refund me and they basically told me too bad!!! Doordash has proven to be unethical and I canceled my dash pass, my door dash account and called my bank to dispute this charge!. People, be careful ordering thru Doordash. They are not trustworthy!!
