“The service was fine until the app no longer could verify any credit card we used. I called customer support a couple times and there were quite friendly but the door dash operators could do nothing for us. Our case was "expedited" both times but there was never a call back from their management. It's too bad but we will just need to drive out to get our food the old fashioned way. I'd now get too attached to their service as it could simply stop working without notice.”

“This service is a joke. With a capital F in the front. You'll pay for an order. They'll give you a time and confirmation without the restaurant actually confirming the order. Then they'll put you through all sorts of hoops just to try and get a refund. Beware. If you order using this service. Be prepared to waste your time and be ripped off.”

“The driver did not pick up the full order. For what I am paying, they should AT LEAST be able to pick up the full order. There was NOBODY to call to correct this. Completely unacceptable.”

“I recently ordered from door dash. By the time my food came it was cold and my drink was missing. The dasher didn’t speak English and when I went on the app to request another drink they told me they couldn’t and to request a refund. Then they denied my refund. DoorDash clearly doesn’t care about customer service. Terrible experience. I recommend using any other delivery service such as grub hub, waiter, favor, or postmates.”

“Doordash is the worst. They don’t deliver but charge you anyway. The often screw up the order and don’t follow your substitute suggestions. They ding you every chance you get. I just had to walk a block to get my order since the dasher can’t read door number signs”

“DoorDash screwed up my order. It never arrived. It was confirmed by email from DoorDash and when it was late I confirmed it directly from the restaurant. DoorDash provided no notices that it was late and blamed the store when it was too late. Their phone agent said they would refund the price. Ok, but we were left 1 1/2 hours late with no dinner, screwing up our evening. DOORDASH SERVICE HERE WAS PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE. I WONT USE THEM THE NEXT TIME.”

“Took an hour and some minutes to get a pizza 5 mins from where is was picked up. We're literally 5 mins from Casey's gas station where it was picked up and still took forever. Worst experience ever. I'll never order from these scammers again.”

“A cautionary tale.... I ordered a meal from Recovery Sports Grill via DoorDash. The chicken on the Buffalo Mac 'n Cheese ($17.00) was ultra dry and inedible, so I called the restaurant. Greg, a manager, said I had to contact DoorDash, which I did. I sent pictures and said I was requesting a refund. The DD representative said they now will contact Recovery and I should be receiving my $5.00 refund in 7-12 days. I was stunned! I questioned why I would not be receiving a refund for what I paid, $17. He gave me the pat answer of 'it's our policy.' I said, 'you mean the policy of stealing money from the customer?' I asked to speak to a supervisor. He came back twice and said we have no supervisors in the call center. How convenient. I will contact my bank tomorrow to see what they can do, if anything. Regardless, I will wait 7-12 days for whatever refund and I will NEVER use any food delivery service again.”

“I will never use DoorDash again! Their drivers steal food and when you report it. DoorDash will claim to give you refund, but you will never get it. I will just stick with UBereats at least if you have an issue they will make it right!”

“Ordered 3 platters from a local restaurant, the dasher delivered 2, after speaking with the restaurant manager he stated he prepared and packed himself which I believe because we order from there frequently. He stated the dasher stole it and he is blocking him from his store. Door dash refunded the cost of the sandwich however we had to share 2 amongst 3 adults after paying 77.00 with deliver AND distance fee. DoorDash refused to make it right by compensate us for the inconvenience.”
