After my withdrawal request was denied, I couldn’t access my trading account. I felt frustrated and anxious, afraid I might lose my investment. Sadly, I know many others face similar issues, which can seriously damage trust in trading platforms. Thankfully, Mrs. Mercy and her team stepped in and guided me through the process. With their help, I was able to recover my funds.

Today there was yet another issue with the food we ordered. I ordered 2 burgers with just pickles and ketchup, and a fish fry plain. I got 2 burgers with onions, my daughter is allergic to onions, and a fish fry with tarter sauce. I sent in a complaint with pictures, and for $18 worth of food, they gave me $5 refund. They will get no more money from me. This company has no customer service, they are terrible

doordash is one of the most disappointing apps ever. i use it simply because I am lazy at times and i regret using it EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL. batching someone food with 2 other orders is insane. it’s literally food! by the time i get my food it’s freezing cold. putting it with another order maybe on the same block or one block over wouldn’t be bad, but batching 3 orders 10 minutes apart is actually so crazy. customer service sucks. they always try to get over when there is an issue with your order and make it so difficult to give you YOUR money back. & pls don’t get me started on the drivers. they seriously need to vet these people more. some very sketchy characters have delivered my food. the app shows me a female dasher & a big stocky strange man shows up at my door to deliver my food is very unsettling to say the least. overall, they just need to revamp and make it better.

Drivers are extremely incompetent and do not reply back to texts about missing orders. This is my FOURTH time this year where I did not receive my full order. I called the food places and they can't do anything about it.

4 times now we have been delivered food we did not order. Worse it is delivered at 11 pm or 12:30 am waking us up. Twice I talked to the drivers who spoke little or no English. One driver turned around in our drive running into the grass and damaging decorative lighting. Customer Service took a report but made no offer to repair the damage.

Don’t do door dash…. They will with hold your pay for up to 5 days and even your challenge bonus even tho you have completed the challenge. You will have to be on phone for hours for my example 12 hours and 3 supervisors and still nothing resolved. They do not care.. Do not waste your time..

Dear DoorDash Support, One of the 300g Tim Hortons coffee containers I received arrived with a broken lid. A portion of the lid was missing. Receiving a product in this condition is unacceptable. I contacted customer service, but I was told that this kind of damage is not sufficient for a refund. However, what truly matters is that the item should be delivered in good condition. This product is no longer intact and poses a problem in terms of usability. DoorDash should not make this decision unilaterally. In fact, if the delivery photo is carefully reviewed, it is clearly visible that the lid is broken and part of it is missing. I kindly request a fair reassessment of this issue and an appropriate resolution. Sincerely,

i placed a pick up order through door dash. The App notified me the order was ready, but when arriving minutes later the restaurant, the order was still 15 minutes out from being made. I wasn't able to wait any longer so asked they cancel the order. Door dash charged me for the order, refused to compensate me. Each time (4) i called they stated they'd email me in 24 hours and never did. I will never use this service again.

We waited over an hour and a half before our food was delivered due to getting assigned 5 different dashers. Our food was cold and the fries weee inedible. Contacted customer service asking for full refund and was told I could only get a credit of $7.71 as per their customer guidelines for the issue! Will never order on the APP again.

Stop hiring drivers who can't read an address. Someone delivered food to my apartment door last night. I'm out of town. I can see food all over the ground in front of my door on my ring camera. Same thing happened to the empty apartment across from me last week. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! THANKS FOR LEAVING ME A MESS I HAVE TO CLEAN WHEN I GET HOME!!

When my Dasher took a picture of my food in front of the door and proceeded to seal it, I called DoorDash customer service and they told me I didn’t qualify for a refund. Two other occasions, the restaurant forgot some thing that I paid for and they didn’t give me a refund as well won’t be ordering from there anymore.

Horrible service. Ordered beer, got charged, got the delivery but since the drivers phone was acting up, couldn't scan my ID. Didn't get my Ordered, got charged and didn't get a refund. Called customer service & was told I will not be getting refunded

Only once was the delivery excellent. Otherwise a DISASTER!!! The drivers couldn't care less. Maybe there's just not enough caring Gen-Z for DOORDASH drivers to choose from. Very scary when it comes to food products. VERY!

I placed a double order but was unable to get one of them, they will not refund me. That is stealing and I would advise people don’t use them!!!!!!

0 ZERO STARS. Placed an order for online pick at a restaurant. DoorDash Canada charges additional $ per item in the basket. They claim it to be the convenience fee for placing online order but do not explicitly mention that a "Convenience rate" is applied on the items. They claim they are providing ease of placing online order (over calling the restaurant). This is unethical and a hidden charge. This is irrational inflation on prices of food items. There is no way to reach customer support via email and the customer phone call team is only for delivery orders. The support team is rash on call and not prepared to assist customers. Doordash should shut its operations in Canada.

we ordered from door dash the driver cancelled the order and when I called to get my refund they did not refund the tip .they want to give back the tip as credit. that fraud according to me 4 times I called and they didn't fix the problem .
