Have not used doordash from my account in several years, but have had deliveries made for merchants. That said I tried to place an order and found that my account had been deactivated and that I should contact customer service. NO CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED. Upon calling customer service i was passed on to 4 different people who each asked me the same verification questions, the 4th one could not confirm my email address (the other 3 could?) could not reinstate my account. I gave up and hung up. I will use Skip the Dishes or Uber for orders

Worst delivery service. They literally triple charged me and refused my money back. Difficult to cancel and they don't listen to delivery instructions

I never received my order. I never got the opportunity to provide proof that it wasn’t my house that the picture showed upon delivery. I am so disgusted by the lack of care and that I had to pay for food I never received. This is why I canceled DoorDash to begin with, gave the benefit of the doubt again, but will now no longer use your services or recommend to anyone who asks. I’ll be honest with them about my experience with you, which is disheartening.

DoorDash is amazing way better than uber eats! I’ve had some problems a few times and can say every time you guys have resolved the issues with refund after refund and I’m very grateful I always get my moneys worth when there are issues! Thank you

My daughter ordered from Mc Donald's waited for over an hour while watching the dasher walk from the store. She never received her food, and she sent Doordash a video of the dasher walking pass the house and they will not refund her money. I have called several time and they stated they can not find a supervisor to talk to me. We will not be using door dash ever again.

Bro. So we ordered Taco Bell on their app which the 3rd party is DoorDash. So the order gets delivered and somehow we got someone else’s order from DAIRY QUEEN. So then we call DoorDash customer service, the lady has them redo the whole order. Wait an hour with no updates so call back, apparently it wasn’t processed even though the call prior she said it had been. Kept getting DoorDash updates pushing out delivery time. And hour and a half goes by with the driver not moving. So we get back on the phone with the same lady and she cancels the whole order because apparently Taco Bell didn’t get an order ticket 🤦🏻‍♀️ so we wasted 4 hrs tryna get this damn food just to have it get canceled at the last min with them not fully saying if we’d get a refund or not

I've had my food stolen from me a total of 5 times now. I'm living on minimum wage and I can't afford to order take out often so when my hard earned money disappears without getting what I paid for in return, it pisses me off.

We have had a lot of terrible experiences with DoorDash for the past year or so, but living out in the country, they are the only delivery service. After last night, though, we will never use Doordash again. I placed a $70 order at one restaurant only for the order to be voided after it was picked up, which tells me that their dasher got my family's dinner for free and now I have to wait a week for a refund! Then I placed an order with another restaurant (both ordered through the restaurant apps, not through doordash because of the INSANE delivery fees, but doordash delivers the orders) and waited 20 minutes for a dasher to accept it before I called customer service to have my order switched to pick up. She told me they couldn't do that, but that they could cancel my order if I wanted, but I "would not be eligible for a refund". Not eligible for a refund for food i never received?! Rob someone else, because this momma is too broke for something ridiculous like that. I hung up and went to pick up my own order, and when asked dasher finally accepted it, I was already in line. I told him to park and complete the order once I got it to let him keep the tip. Customer service lady tried to call me back while I was in line and i hung up on her because I didn't want my order canceled. I went home to my family with cold food after 10pm when my first order was placed at 7pm. I will NEVER order delivery again until Uber Eats finally makes it out here.

They didn't bring dinner for my kids -- only the milk and a couple samosas I ordered along with dinner -- and still charged me their exorbitant delivery fees. They never told me they weren't bringing my dinner. I only found out when they dropped off the milk. My kids are hungry and I can't just give them milk for dinner. One of mine has severe anxiety and can't handle a restaurant tonight -- which is why I was willing to pay their crazy fees. Customer service refused to refund any fees, and then hung up on me. I spent over $1000 on their service last year and am never ordering from them again.

They have a delivery driver in Alsip named Kaprii, I ordered a big beef Italian sandwich from portillos. The bag came ripped, open, no receipt and worst of all I know she switched the orders. This looks like she ate out of the bag. DoorDash is the absolute worst!!

I wish I could give no stars. I've been fighting with this company for over a year trying to get into my account. No one seems to be able to help I just keep getting the you'll get a call back within 24hrs. Wouldn't recommend wasting any money with this company because they don't really care about customers.

Both times that I have used DoorDash, the products have ever been delivered to the completely wrong address and then I have to spend time chasing it all up and I still don’t get what I paid for, or I paid for the first delivery and they didn’t honour it and then when I Questioned it, they just said that it had been delivered within the timeframe. The drivers don’t care either. They’ll obviously get paid in no matter where they drop it off.

Absolutely awful. Placed order that said 25 minutes, after paying it switched to an hour. I cancelled order. Hour later $29 pizza shows up, I laughed... Tipped the guy for his trouble. STILL got charged! Customer service refused refund. I deleted account

Horrible. Will tack on fees and argue with you and in a small town with zero other options they know their market. Junk. The drivers are nice though.
