Wanted to try them since I haven't since covid... downloaded a gift card I got. Three attempts to sign on to my account and it says error each time after I already entered my gift card. Each time they say it's fix but it's not. Last time I was told I can't use my phone to sign on and have to use a different device! Guess what, still didn't work!!! I am not giving up on getting my money back but I will be giving it to someone else and not using their services after.

So last week On June 23rd, I got charged on Doordash pass because of how it's automatic charges. I cancelled the subscription the same day since I didn't want to be charged again in July. I come to find out today my dash pass has ended. I was like ok wtf? It should have been done on July 23rd since I had already paid for the month. I talked to a rep and they claimed they didn't see any payments. I sent them the screenshot and they were like, oh. That was an error on our end, but because you already used two orders we can't refund you back the money. Since that's in our policy. We also can't extend the dashpass because once it's inactive, we can't reactive it. Sorry, we'll do better next time. I was like, so you're telling me your system messed up and I can't get a refund nor can I get my dashpass to extend for the month, when I already paid for it? So basically I paid $9.99 for one week? Screw them.

I ordered almost $60 of food from wingstop. My drivers tells me she gave my order to someone else which means she didn’t follow DoorDash’s policy to get the PIN number from the customer to make sure it’s the right customer nor did she follow my instructions to call me upon delivery. She never even came in front of my house. (I know this because I have a ring doorbell camera). Now DoorDash denies my request for refund due to a DoorDash policy. On my 3rd call to a representative, I was hung up on because she had already exhausted “all forms of resolution”. I guarantee after I get my money back I’m also closing my account.

Just had a delivery from DoorDash from McDonald’s one of the ice creams was missing and two had melted when I told DoorDash about this they were not prepared to refund

poor customer service. they don't do anything to resolve your issue other than offering you a small compensation for your order. and whenever you get credit compensation they will add extra fees on And nothing done to fix issues for the future. barely pay the drivers and unless you live in a big city you can expect cold meals from restaurants and limited customer service for grocery orders If I didn't work so much I wouldn't be using them for groceries/meal orders long live exploitation

I live in nyc there are times your order is right there's time they follow instructions but the times I have a problem with my order or following instructions there a problem I always talk to someone from another country they expect for me to eat my food that was place on the floor like im some animal or something then tell you they can do anything because to many issues with my account but the dont have an issue when im paying for the monthly plan they really need to improve this delivery service because us as customers we getting the short end for the stick

Wish I could give zero stars. Door Dash Refused to reschedule my order but also refused to take off the delivery fee+tip. Since this happened, the restaurant said I had to pick up my order instead. The restaurant says they can't refund because Door Dash delivers yet when I call Door Dash, the claim is they can't refund the delivery+tip because they "don't have the payment information". Talked to two reps and one hung up on me after I agreed to have the driver deliver early. Talked to the driver after and turns out Door Dash unassigned the driver from the job and took my order off of the que. They pretty much stole my money and held up a driver for at least an hour. So now I've wasted money again on this service. NEVER AGAIN.

Dashers should NOT be allowed to pick up 3 separate orders before dropping off mine. They always do this and my food is ALWAYS cold.

I have used door dash for years. I just deleted it. Brought me the wrong the product and made it impossible to fix. Waste of money and a waste of a service, I tried to call and I could not get ahold of anyone.

They started off pretty good but lately every time I order from them it says free express delivery for the last mistake they made and they go and deliver to everybody but me so when I get my food it's either cold or all mush don't waste your money it's a scam the customer service people are nice but there is something definitely wrong with upper management find a different way to get your food

Placed an order that was picked up and stolen by the driver. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and confirming the order was stolen by the driver the restaurant was closed and could not make the order again. DoorDash then had the audacity to tell me it would be 5 days for a refund. Will never use the service again.

I ordered food and alcohol from Safeway not realizing they use Doordash. I don't drive so I have a state ID. A legal ID! The driver had to call customer service because his phone app refused my ID. And so did so-called customer service at Doordash! WTF? I've used this ID for 12 years and never had a problem. Amazon Fresh drivers accept it. I then had to waste 20 minutes on the phone with Safeway customer service to get all my money and coupons back. Doordash's behavior is inexcusable!

I would like to give this review because I ordered last past week from South Block and DoorDash never bring my delivery. They canceled my order and kept the food. I am very disappointed with this because no refund was given to me. Nancy Brown.

Door Dash is a joke. People need to stop using them. The dasher brought my order from Target. I ordered Containers with Lids. My order looked ok when it got here but I didn't have a chance to pull the containers apart. When I was able to check the containers 3 were missing lids. Doordash customer service said sorry, you're out of luck. Now I have 3 containers that are useless. I will not use them anymore.

The service was fine until the app no longer could verify any credit card we used. I called customer support a couple times and there were quite friendly but the door dash operators could do nothing for us. Our case was "expedited" both times but there was never a call back from their management. It's too bad but we will just need to drive out to get our food the old fashioned way. I'd now get too attached to their service as it could simply stop working without notice.

This service is a joke. With a capital F in the front. You'll pay for an order. They'll give you a time and confirmation without the restaurant actually confirming the order. Then they'll put you through all sorts of hoops just to try and get a refund. Beware. If you order using this service. Be prepared to waste your time and be ripped off.

The driver did not pick up the full order. For what I am paying, they should AT LEAST be able to pick up the full order. There was NOBODY to call to correct this. Completely unacceptable.

I waited almost an hour for an order that usually comes in 30 minutes.Makes me wonder if my food was messed with.The burger was cool and flat.Unfortunately,the driver gets the blame.
