Horrible. Will tack on fees and argue with you and in a small town with zero other options they know their market. Junk. The drivers are nice though.

I placed an order and didn't get my food, only my drink. I got someone elses food that I didn't eat (also cost less), when I complained I got a $2.65 refund when my sandwich that I didn't get cost me $8.39. Now I have no lunch and I'm out the money! I will never order with these guys again, I'm going to use Skip the dishes instead!

Absolutely hate doordash, for a company that is supposed to make deliveries and make life easier CONSTANTLY makes deliveries more difficult. Whether I'm having a delivery done at home or work they always end up loosing the deliveries!!! Fed up with doordash!!!

They offer a spot to be specific about what you would like with your order but it’s obvious they don’t read or look at it. We ordered Cane’s and I’m not a fan of the sauce so I requested a different sauce and didn’t receive the sauce I requested after spending $80 for our meals. And the sad part is all you get is an un sincere apology because we all know they won’t offer a refund or credit you in any way because they made their money!!!

My drink was not delivered with my order and the door dasher said she would bring it back and it’s been ovet a hour. In the future I will deny my order if it’s not complete.

I don't know if it is incompetence, or a scam. Doordash offers a promo and doesnt fulfill that promo. I ordered a 2 for 1 pizza promo on their app. When I checked the cart, the two pizzas were full price. I called the pizza shop. They said they had nothing to do with the promo and didn't know anything about it. I called the door dash call center and the person said they said they would check on it, but never returned with the reason or a solution. I received a single pizza. They offered a discount on future orders. Sounds like a scam to me.

Worse company ever. I will never order through Door dash again. I placed an order an 11:10 am the store opened at 12:00 and my order was picked up but waited almost 2 hours for dasher to deliver my food. I could not even communicate with the dasher. He kept cutting my call and could not communicate in English.

The food arrives cold, their delivery estimated time is ALWAYS off, the order may or may not be delivered at the correct address, and their refund is about 25% of what you paid. Terrible service, hidden taxes, not worth it.

DoorDash is terrible. Food usually arrives cold and more than once they were over 1/2 an hour late. I cancelled my account after they were so late that I had to cancel my order because they didn’t deliver it before I had to leave.

This is unacceptable, I did NOT receive the items I paid for. I use that delivery service for convenience. The amount of money I spent using the service should be considered. It is not my fault the items were not included, not to mention the items I did get were like cardboard! I did supply proof of the meal and how it was hard as a rock to the doodash! I was not asking for a full refund but to be compensated for the inconvenience of not getting my complete meal!

Never again will I doordash. I was a driver as well as a customer, this past weekend we ordered I changed the site address on the app and when I completed the order it showed an address 3 hours from where I was. I immediately tried to change again doordash said I had to cancel which I did, all within about 3mins. Doordash instantly charged my card upon my cancelation of the order. They have stolen my money and have refused to refund. The order was over 75.00. They stated the merchant had already processed the order, I spoke with the merchant and their corporate, they never seen the order come through their system.

Door dash called after I placed a $90 order. They stated that the restaurant had no wings. They held money on my account which I severely needed. I have been watching their sevices decline and their driver's getting more and more tacky. Bags smelling like a dispensary, pizza looking like it hit the ground, and drivers that can't read simple delivery instructions. Will never support them again after 6 years and thousands of dollars spent

I would give zero stars if I could. My friend ordered a meal from port of subs. NEVER received the meal. Door dasher CEASER said it was “complete”. Never was. Then DoorDash REFUSED a refund… twice. Absolutely atrocious. Never use DoorDash. It’s not worth it. People can just take your food and never deliver it and there is nothing DoorDash will do for you.

Absolutely awful customer service. Our delivery driver delivered the wrong order- we spent $60 at Chipotle. I literally couldn’t eat anything because I have a food allergy. We never received our order. I called customer service several times and submitted a formal request for a refund. The supervisor told me the refund was declined and there is nothing they can do. We literally spent $60 and never received our order and we are not getting our money back. Horrible customer service, we will never order again.

I ordered from Panda Express a $23+ order delivered via Door Dash but never received. I called Panda Express & they said call Door Dash. I called Door Dash & someone took info & said they'd get back to me. Todate no further communication. I use Door Dash monthly for grocery delivery & am now consider going elsewhere for that monthly delivery since $23+ is not just small change. Poor customer service!

I have given DoorDash more than enough chances. I will never order from them again. Their customer service is the worst out there. One example, paid for a drink worth $4.92 and did not get it. Requested a refund and received $1.61 back. Complained for over 2 weeks and the person at customer service said can't give anymore back. So, they keep your money without refunding properly. That is actually a form of fraud!! Would give a 0 out of 5 if I could. And that is only 1 out of several problems I have had with them.

Our son in Bend Oregon ordered a BBQ dinner from Dickey's BBQ to be delivered to my husband for Father's Day. Apparently at around 1 PM the door dasher delivered the order. He or she walked past two different signs telling them NOT TO DELIVER TO THE FRONT DOOR! and instructions where to deliver. They left the big bag of food sitting in the sun on the porch and did not ring a doorbell or knock on the front door. Two hours later we were leaving for the evening and just happened to notice the big bag on the front porch in plain sight for Porch pirates. We were able to retrieve the order and put it in the refrigerator. Hopefully the food will not be ruined from sitting in the sun at 85 degrees for two hours. If we get sick someone will be in real trouble and it would be the door dasher who cannot read and Door Dash corp for hiring stupid delivery people who cannot read or follow orders.
