Two nights. Two deliveries. First delivery was an HOUR late. The driver claimed his battery was low. Urm, don't accept deliveries then! Second delivery never came, though I received a text saying it had been delivered. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. It's a SCAM.

The customer service is beyond horrible!! I'm still speechless. The driver didn't want to wait for the order and left the restaurant. Apparently, that's the end of it. Doordash won't send a new driver. They also won't issue a refund!!! I don't even understand how this is possible. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told that there is no manager. WHAT?!?!?! They said they would cancel the order but they won't issue a refund. We're just sitting here trying to understand how insane all of this is. NEVER, NEVER use Doordash. Ever.

Horrible experience. My daughter ordered from Jack in The Box and Taco Bell was delivered. After we called to advise the order was wrong, provided receipts as well as photos they declined a refund and advised that they can only refund so many orders. The order was clearly wrong and we provided proof of that. So we can receive an incorrect order 10 times on your companies behalf but you will only honor refunding two of them because you have a limit. If your company messed up its your responsibility to right your wrong. Horrible business and we will no longer be using your service.

This is not a review of doordash but a review of the customers who travel to Las Vegas and stay in a hotel on The Strip. If you order food from doordash or any other delivery service and want it delivered to your hotel room, please remember that parking in NOT free at the hotels for ANYONE, including food delivery drivers. Most hotels charge $20 or more to park and then it's a very long walk from the garage. BE PREPARED to meet the driver in the valet or rideshare area and also REMEMBER to tip very big because the construction and traffic on the strip takes forever to get through and that knocks your driver out of getting any other orders until they finish with you! YOU are costing your driver a bunch of money to deliver to you on the strip. ALSO, STOP ORDERING FROM RESTAURANTS HALFWAY ACROSS THE CITY TO DELIVER ON THE STRIP!!! There are tons of restaurants near and in your hotel! If you order from across the entire valley to have something delivered to one of the strip hotels, be prepared to have your order declined by nearly every single delivery driver out there because it's simply not worth the hassle!

One of the worst experiences ever. Half the time this company will take your money and never send the order to the restaurant. It takes 3-7 days to get your money back. One of the worst to exist. If you’re debating don’t waste your time, they don’t help you.

Dear DoorDash if y’all are broke just say that. don’t go stealing from me. I can donate a dollar or something but I’ma need my whole $31.49 back expeditiously. You best believe I will be disputing this with my bank tomorrow. Every time I call someone from India answers the phone. Y’all trusting those people with our accounts who be calling me a me scam likely telling me I was approved for a loan I did not apply for?? Yeah I need all my money back

First time with #doordash and it was a rip off and scam. The first delivery is supposed to be free, then I had a coupon code also but didn't get to use either and got charged $10 for my first delivery I will never use this app again

It's a double edged sword. There is the romantic idea that you make a shopping list and what you ordered arrives without you having to spend two hours shopping and driving for groceries. The reality is that sometimes substitutions are made without your approval and dashers try to "help" by asking you if you want something else that's "better" not realizing you have four kids and need 4 burger patties, not two oversized albeit nice patties, for example. So, unless you want your grocery shopping screwed up, you have to spend time talking or chatting with the dasher in order to ensure they understand what you need and want. Also, the app has preselected substitutions that you may hate, be allergic to etc. if you happen to be going abot your business (the whole point of using an app) while a substitute is selected, you get an unpleasant surprise and still don't have what you need. If you can afford a personal shopper you'd waste less using that method cause you'd have a real person managing the situation, not an app and there would be less mix ups. This is supposed to save TIME, and if I have to spend time hassling with mix ups it's a problem. I have also had drivers leave our food we ordered for guests we were entering at the wrong address and all they can say is "sorry". Imagine having a part planned and having nothing prepared for your guests and having to figure out plan b. To door dash's credit, you can be reimbursed for mistakes, and I have been. It would be nice if they can prevent these issues though as the app is supposed to add convenience to one's life. Also, please always tip your dasher if you can afford to. They can't possibly be paid well if you compare value of the order to time they spend.

When u don’t receive items or something is wrong they decline a refund and they charge more than a tip for drivers this is a scam

I ordered from McDonald’s on kirkwood to be door dash to my job Luis said he drop it off to me but never did bad service and I will not be using this company

Ordered a cake. Driver picked it up, was almost at the destination and vanished. Customer service rep was absolutely useless, told me nothing to be done. Not even an apology.

The driver delivered the incorrect order to me and then came back. I gave her the order back but never received my order and doordash refused to refund my own money back when clearly their driver did the wrong thing! I will never order from doordash ever again!

JOMAR IS THE BIGGEST THEIF EVER HE STOLE MY FOOD WHEN HE AS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD STAYED IN FRONT OF FRONT OF MY GATE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE AND HE STOLE MY FOOOOOOD!!!!!! AND DOORDASH LIKES TO HIRE PEOPLE WITHOUT BACKGROUND CHECKS FIRST DOORDASH IS FULL OF THEIVES I WANT MY MONEY AND DOORDASH WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY I SPENT $62.95 ON CHECKERS AND FOOD NEVER CAME AND IT TOOK LONG AND I PAID EXPRESS FOR A FASTER DELIVERY " JOMAR SAY TO DOOR DASH THAT HE DELIVERED THE FOOD BUT HE DID NOT BUT DOORDASH BELIEVE IN JOMAR AND NOT THE CUSTOMER THAT IS PAYING, AND HE KEPT THE TIP THAT WAS ADDED IN THE ORDER I PAY FOR EXPRESS AND NEVER DID EXPRESS, I PAID FOR MY MEAL AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE MEAL AND PLUS I WAS BEING NICE AND GAVE THE MOTHER F A TIP IN CONCLUSION DONT USE DOORDASH AND JOMAR IS A STEALER HERE IS YOUR FIVE STAR REVIEW , IN CASE THIS HAPPENED IN ORLANDO FL

DO NOT USE DOOR DASH! This delivery guy was either new and had no clue what to do or just does not care .... He sat in his car never came out while I was standing outside in a bright red shirt looking all around.....He then canceled my order. I then te ordered and he canceled that order as well. Door Dash must have no clue as to what happens after the order is placed. I blame them for hiring people that have no clue what to do. If you want to waste your time and get no order and then wait for your refund then use Door Dash.

I’m trying to download the picture but I spoke with the representative who stated that they had up to 3 days to give you your money back for orders they messed up on but that’s a lie I literally went and read and basically it states they are being nice by refunding your money when they messed up your order one guy stated next time I call I may not be so lucky to get my money back door dash sucks. Not to mention I sent pictures the same day for the orders on my kids and they stated they never received the pictures If you do order door dash again please take a picture but still screenshot from your phone. Because they said they don’t have to do nothing if your order messed up basically they have a no refund policy
