“Spent 25.00 on an order and was tracking it. The tracking said 20 minutes until delivery. Well it was stuck on that for over an hour. Finally Dasher showed up and gave me someone else's order. By the time I realized it he was gone. Tried to contact him but never answered. Contacted Door dash by phone and they denied my appeal for a refund. As far I'm concerned they can go straight to hell and kiss my white a##!!!! I'll never order from these crooks again. They are a half ass company and totally a scam. It's better just to order something by their app and go pick it up. Cheaper that way and you can make sure the order is right before you leave the store. Nothing pisses me off worse than stupid ass people and nowadays that's most people it seems. I have contacted the BBB and the US District Attorneys office along with the Consumer Protection Agency. I'm not done yet. They messed with the right one this time. Rest assured I will be compensated by the time I'm done.”

“I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered shop rite from home delivery, and my order was canceled from door dash after they picked up the order from the store. A rep named Ben from Door dash told me that the driver never picked up the order and was denying it even when I went to to Shop Rite and they told me they have someone on camera. I called Door dash back and they said they have no way to connect me the person I was speaking to before which I do not beleive. Shop rite said this happens alot. They really should cancel their contract with them.”

“I had ordered food today (4/14/2024) I have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered 3 items from the local rallys/checkers and every single item was as cold as ice! I contacted the merchant and they said to contact doordash so I did and they told me their system would only allow them to refund me back a total of $9.00!!! How appalling is this my order before tax delivery fee and tip was a total of $17.77 and that would screw me out of $8.77!!!! I'm livid!!! While my delivery was 14 minutes early there is no reason as to why my food was ice cold! Literally the local rallys/checkers is about 5 miles down the road from the destination literally a straight shot up the road! I'm not pleased at all and will no longer be using doordash while I'm working to get food delivered to me! Period end of story!”

“Not only did we spend 60+$$ but the whole order was wrong! The dasher wouldn’t answer the phone or message. I called they won’t refund got 24 hrs. I AM NOT RICH……. I work 12hr days with two kids after working 13 hours 2day I ordered 60$$ for food and they brought back NOTHING that I had ordered they won’t refund for 24hrs and they won’t reorder my food. What am I suppose to do. The store won’t fix it they say it’s on door dash n door dash says it’s the store mean while WE ARE HUNGRY. I can’t afford to pay another 60$$. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF A SERVICE THEY CAN’T FOR FILL!!!!!”

“Driver couldn't find my house. After trying to tell him repeatedly over the phone how to get here unsuccessfully I told him I don't want it now because it's going to be cold. Customer service said I can cancel BUT NO REFUND. I was forced to pay for and except cold food!!! Never using DoorDash again!!”

“The dashers steal drinks and DoorDash says since I’m having so many issues they would have to review my account to see if I’m eligible for a refund/credit. How is it my fault that I ordered meals and the dasher didn’t give me my drink. This has happened plenty of times. The last time after my order was delivered i immediately messaged the dasher asking them where my drink was and he said that the order didn’t mention a drink lol. I even sent him a screenshot of my receipt and he didn’t respond I’m sure he was busy trying to get to his next order. Then when you finally do get refunded they make you feel like you didn’t deserve to get your money back or you are hassling them.”

“😂 I don't understand how you can order food with a 20 min delivery time, then, 20 mins later, they push that time back 15 mins yet it still says "on time". Joke of a company. No responsibility or ownership is being found in this company at all. It's hard to even get a refund from this company even if you DONT receive your food. They try to bicker around with you. It's like they want to make it seem like it's your fault for ordering the food. 😂.”

“DoorDash was very unprofessional with my order. My order was clearly not delivered it was stolen by the DoorDash driver. They do not seem to want to believe that The doordasher didn’t take a picture or anything and nobody seen anyone come up to the door. They do not want to issue me a remake , refund or any type of compensation. Do NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH they do not know how to do their jobs. This is absolutely ridiculous”

“We placed an order 2 hours and 5 minutes ago and the latest estimate is that we will get the food in 19 more minutes. Don’t run a business if you can’t provide the service. I’ve never tried DoorDash and will be very hesitant to try again”

“Two nights in a row door dash disappoints. Last dasher drops order, puts everything thing back in bag places on door without knocking. Oh yah $10 milkshake all over driveway. Tonight I use my free delivery I got from last night's nightmare and order hot chicken platter and a resse cup cheese cake milkshake wash it down. No milkshake Horrible”

“Worst service ever they are stealing customers money. They say you'll receive a refund but you NEVER DO GET A REFUND. I'm still waiting since February 2nd 2024 for a full refund because order was canceled and now today April 13, 2024 refund for missing items I ordered. DOOR DASH ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS and having problems with writing reviews I'm contacting the BBB”

“Door Dash is a Scam. I have numerous fraud charges from Door Dash and can’t get a single person from Door Dash to assist me. I have been trying to call for the 4 hours and keep hung up on. The definitely DO NOT have a customer service department. Who can help from Door Dadh; that’s the big question.”

“I placed an order today. I receive door dash deliveries on a regular basis. The driver today said he delivered my food. He DID NOT. He tried calling me several times but I could not answer. All he had to do is to walk in the building and leave the food at the front desk. He did not do that (we have cameras). He drove off and said he delivered the food. That one incident has caused me to no longer use DoorDash. I called and they will not refund my money. Their loss.”

“Had two Starbucks orders this morning and afternoon. 1st one this morning was a venti with extra paid 40$ in total for it and got banana loafs and a bagel. It came - my coffee was a small instead of venti and half was full. Ordered coffee again about an hour ago because I needed the boost for the day. You betcha I got my venti after the dasher dropped it on the concrete sent door dash all the pictures of coffee all over my table and all over my floor on the ground out side where it was placed but because they refunded me my 11$ from this morning there is nothing they can do about my 24$ venti with tip and paying for delivery service. 😂 I’m done with them. I made that clear but y’all be careful. Here’s my video and pictures yea I know I’m mopping and cleaning. Yes I know I have the option to go pick it up but I don’t have a vehicle. I spend hundreds with y’all. And because of issues I proved I was correct on. Your people told me there are no higher ups and they were not refunding me even after all the pictures I sent. Do better I’m done and disputing the charges with my bank.”

“Disgusting service and Customer Assistance by DoorDash. Our order didn’t come we contacted Lovepreet who said he was going to fix it. Then Vladimir cut off our customer service chat. Goodbye to nearly $70 only $30ish credited to my flatmate. Beware. Not usually an issue to get our orders”

“Agreed to a 30 day trial. Tried to order 19.97 in McDonald's box food card got denied because they charged me(door dash) 96.00 membership fee that I didn't agree too. How did a 30 trial for 9.99 turn into 96.00?? Telling me they can't refund me within 15 mins of trying to do a 19.97 order from McDonald's as I'm now out of 100.00$”
