I’m trying to download the picture but I spoke with the representative who stated that they had up to 3 days to give you your money back for orders they messed up on but that’s a lie I literally went and read and basically it states they are being nice by refunding your money when they messed up your order one guy stated next time I call I may not be so lucky to get my money back door dash sucks. Not to mention I sent pictures the same day for the orders on my kids and they stated they never received the pictures If you do order door dash again please take a picture but still screenshot from your phone. Because they said they don’t have to do nothing if your order messed up basically they have a no refund policy

I placed an order early this morning via Outback Steakhouse's website. It was supposed to be delivered to a hospital that is literally two blocks from the restaurant where she is recovering from emergency surgery. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I called the restaurant and the lady there was very understanding and tried to help me. She suggested I contact door dash but in the meantime she would contact them as well. Contacting door dash was an absolute joke. Even with me supplying the email with all of the order info she still couldn't find it and basically told me to kick rocks. Door dash owes me $30.

I am actually on the phone with Door Dash right now, I ordered an hour ago, they apparently had another stop to make. I was watching on the map and my food sat in the car for over half an hour. Called door dash, they offered to compensate me $3.00. Asked to talk to management (Ivy) finally got back to me, she was not willing to compensate until finally she said a one time only! I miss skip the dishes but I live just outside where they deliver!! Beware when they have to drop off to “someone who lives close first to you” it ends up cold!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

They’re strict, low pay, accepting rates count (you have to take some of the lowest pay orders), the app messed up quite often, you can’t be late on pick up n drop off but restaurant can be late on you, too many to list

I ordered a pizza and it arrived as if they dropped it and put it back in the box. I called for a refund and they refused to credit me back because of my history.. when this was my first time ever using door dash. This is a horrible app or experience never use them .

I ordered a DVD movie player last night for my daughter who has anxiety and depression. She was going through a hard time last night so I decided to buy her the player to keep her calm an help her sleep I had let her know she could relax because I ordered something to help her. Well we waited for hours to get the Item . The DoorDash Guy never came at all so the Door Dash representative texted me to see if everything was ok because the Dasher had not responded to their call and he seen nobody had dropped off what we paid for. So the Door Dash representative said do you want to wait or cancel your Item I said I guess I could wait because the Map says he’s close by my home soon as the driver got close to my home he immediately cut his location off and made it seem like he had drop the item off. Also he used a fake number wear me or the representative could not call back. Then the representative made me stay waiting for like 30 minutes waiting to see what they was going to do about my refund or giving me Door Dash store credits which I would have gladly toke the door dash credit so I could rebuy it for my daughter because she really needed but then the Door Dash representative said I’m sorry we can not refund you your money because we gave you a store credit of $10 dollars I said no you said the $10 dollar credit is for me having to wait so long for the Door Dash driver and that if he didn’t show up I would get my full refund of $103.50 back . Then Door Dash representative said again they can not give me my money like wtf . Now look this time it’s going on 11:30 pm at night this is wrong it cause me stress and depression it caused my daughter more stress and anxiety she was waiting on that she had a medical issue of anxiety and depression so that was the hole point of me getting this item to keep her calm but for them Door Dash driver to actually stolen my item and for Door Dash to tell me their going to keep my hard earned money and not give it back I’m not going now I want to sue them for emotional distress on me and my daughter and for raising her anxiety unacceptable I have tried to reach out all night to them and this morning still the same situation I also want them to give me all the money back I ever spent with them because I’m a loyalty member with them and I been spending a lot of money with this company this is unacceptable.

How is it possible that if it says the arrival time is 12:10, then 12:15 comes and it says arriving on time. It doesn't arrive. New arrival time is 12:25, it comes around and it still says arriving on time.. andd it doesn't arrive again. And so on. You can't just keep pushing the arrival time back 10 times and still say it's arriving on time. It's extremely annoying while you're waiting on your food. It's clearly not on time, and it still says it is lol. This happens almost every time. Come on now Doordash, where's the common sense. And don't insult my intelligence! Just take the "arriving on time" out, if it's not! Thanks!

Horrible company!!! SCAMMERS !!! I cancelled the horrible subscription, these ppl are scammers and will take your money every month and than the customer service telling you "maybe you accidently click on recurring" which i never did. they do it to an OLD people that are not notice, steal money from them every month. Of course I got my money back, but it's not worth the energy and time. Beware of them!!!

Most of their drivers DO NOT speak English. When they text you, it’s in Spanish. DD should at the very least use drivers that can communicate at least a little in English. Because of this problem, my orders are often left at the WRONG address. Grade: C-

I ordered my food on Wednesday march 20, 2024 form first watch. The dasher went to the store and picked up a wrong order and bring dropped it off at the front desk, when I check it, it didn’t have my name on the tag, I called the dasher he answered and I told him he left the wrong food, he was aware and reported it to DoorDash so I get a call from them saying i should submit the receipt and pictures of the food I get so I went ahead and did so, only to my surprise this was the response I get back from them (Hello JACQUELINE, You recently reported an issue with your DoorDash order. I always order through doordash. In February and March this year, items were missing. The February transaction was okay as Doordash refunded me a little over 4 dollars but the March missing item, they said "they refunded me" but nothing came into my visa debit account. I contacted them again and was advised that the refund was processed on their end and to contact my bank. I did what they told me and the bank told me there wasnt pending. (I used to work a bank, so if deposits like this usually takes about 3-7 business or more depending if there is an issue from.the .sender. So, I contacted Doordash again and was told the refund was processed on the same date mentioned when I contacted them the first time. I REEXPLAINED BUT THE CHAT AGENT DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANYTHING I SAID. Instead, chat agent advised me the issue was wacalarwz to a special team and I will receive an email from that team in 1-2 business days. I was not surprised that no email was received conaidering I checked my junk and spam folders as well. There was one email I received from Doordash about 7 days after that advice by the chat agent, but it was a survey of how they did. They needed to refund 16 somethig dollars. I gave them 2 stars could given them 1 because some couriers werw awesome! I refrain from using Doordash after that experience. If its integrity the reason why dis not refund me because I complained maybe 2-3 times foe missing items, what more Doordash system.twlling their agents and me as a customer that refund was processed even if it was not. I even told the chat agent I can sens my bank statement as proof .but then again I got ignored. Competitors are even better with Doordash fees are not cheap too. Good luck Doordash!

I will never shop with DoorDash ever again this company is scammers and they could care less about customers. I’ve had to call and report a Dasher, also missing items . They never got back with me on that issue. My food has been missing twice. They declined my refund request making me pay for food that was not even there on top of it customer service representatives use fake names with fake reference numbers and tell you they will contact you in a few hours. It has been going on week number 3!! still no contact! I spoke with no one! I’ve been asking to speak with a supervisor since day 1 , I am so over DoorDash and the stress they have caused me! I will shop with Uber eats or anywhere else besides DoorDash!!! everyone beware of this company. !!!

Be careful everyone they still your food and never give you refunds too . The dasher never delivered my order worth of $64 and they refused to refund me the money. This is the second time the dasher took the food for themselves. It’s so sad , they are Mexican or Indians . I will never use door dash again in my life . They are horrible. This happened in Ohio . I will posts this on social media as well .

Beware! If you have credits, the website says you can use those credits for your next purchase. But when I purchased a gift card for a friend in need, it used my credit card instead. I complained to customer service. Too bad so sad.

I will never use DoorDash for service again ever ever ever. I am 73 years old, disabled and needed assistance getting food delivered to me and they failed twice. They have a language barrier both on the Delivery side and on the service side and frankly I don’t expect to receive a refund.

Doordash is the worst. Stole almost $82 from me. There driver is a scammer and a thief. That fine you won't refund money for order not received. I'm posting this in social media to let everyone know so they won't suffer the same experience.
