The driver canceled my order at the beginning of March. They said that they would give me a refund now it is the end of the month and I still have not received a refund. They keep saying they wanna help but aren’t doing anything about it and most of the time when I’m on the phone with them they like to give me an attitude for no reason like I did something wrong when I’m trying to get my money back, I’m spending money and not receiving my order.

El repartidor robo mi comida 😡 yo llame al restaurante y efectivamente ya se la habían entregado mi comida al repartidor .. luego el repartidor cancelo la orden yo ya había esperado una hora por mi comida tenia mucha ambre Y llame al servicio al cliente y me dijeron que me regresaran mi dinero en 5 días 🙄 .. el dinero que tenía para comer ya no existía tenia que esperar 5 días 🥺.. me sentí triste.. ... REPARTIDORES MAÑOSOS QUE LO DEJAN A UNO SIN COMER Ojalá corrar a ese repartidor mañoso

I ordered food at a restaurant realizing I ordered from the wrong location. I immediately called and cancelled explaining what happened and the restaurant said it wasn't a problem because they didn't start the order. I was charged by door dash anyway. They are so hard to deal with even the restaurant couldn't get through to them. My credit card disputed this charge and door dash dug their heels in and refuses to refund my $45.22. I will never order through a restaurant that goes through door dash ever again.

Too many times they don't deliver the items at all then, when contacting the dasher they claim to not speak English. The should not be in business playi g with people money and food.

I had been a loyal customer for years. As of late just receiving terrible service order after order. Doordash would cancel my order without contacting me. I had an order show delivered and not arrive. The estimated would show 35 minutes and show up 2 hours later. I highly do not recommend Doordash.

No other delivery service has made more mistakes than doordash, it seems as though the restaurants are making the mistake but dashers need to be trying to make sure everything's there. It would help if they had English speaking door dashers they don't even understand what they're doing. I've had enough I canceled.

Restaurant did not provide the correct size item and since I called DoorDash longer than three days after I received my food, they won’t do anything about it. I’m going to GrubHub not happy with DoorDash! They should support the customer, especially when the customer has photo documentation of the problem, but they won’t. I use the app and I called customer service. Same response. thumbs down👎

This is the second time I have ordered that the could not get what I needed. Then they hold the money for almost a week. No one understands English clearly and it makes it very difficult to communicate.

You pay a monthly fee, a fee with orders, higher prices, put up with poorly followed instructions, etc. if your order never arrives they will refund your money but how about a credit or other form of making up for there mistakes. Some really need this service so they need to step up their game as other delivery services are becoming more popular.

As a driver, doordash is one of the worst websites out there that has no respect for the driver who earns money with his car, gas and power. Whenever they want to disable a driver's account for no reason, they have also hired a group of incompetent people who have no experience or solution to a driver's question on the phone. However, in the end, in the customer's opinion, from the company's lack of performance to the problem of cooking, restaurants and food, it is all the driver's fault.

Doordash will prevent you from working they still after 4 years of not done away with their scheduling and acceptance rate which is ridiculous they will send you to Dollar orders $2 orders $3 orders nobody tips on anything under five bucks why would you take it they send ridiculous orders all the time they show no respect it doesn't matter how long you work for him you can have catering bags bags 90% of the idiots I see don't even need bring a bag with them but they apparently don't care the only thing that matters your customer rating is high and your completion rate everything else is meaningless Uber and GrubHub will let you work anytime anywhere doordash won't so my advice is don't do it and don't order

If I can get this app a -.50 I would it this is so unacceptable and so uncalled for I had ordered Taco Bell for my kids and the DoorDash name dawn said that my food was delivered. I walked to the back door and the front door entrance and it wasn’t nothing there I then contact the DoorDash and explain to him what was going on. He told me that the food will be on the way I responded if the food said it’s delivered then why would it be on the way so I proceeded to say I was gonna report him and that it’s on acceptable for people who drive for DoorDash and take people food remind you I also have kids once again. Call customer service and they tried to give me DoorDash credit. I deny that and told them that I wanted my refund they didn’t tell me I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund. I am very upset with DoorDash. I would never be using this again uncalled for very unsatisfied very upset, oh not to mention I did ask for a supervisor to speak with to talk to them about DoorDash and they hung the phone up in my face. Very rude customer service. Oh yeah, not to mention I don’t have DoorDash for a very long time. This never happened.

Does not refund even though food not delivered. Contacted customer service multiple times, but agents were rude over the phone, no one was helpful, kept denying my refund. ABSOLUTE JOKE.

Not delivered to my house. Left on the ground outside the neighborhood gate. After I saw the email with the photo from the driver, I couldn’t believe it. I have driven for this company, and rarely used them when I need food. I will never consider them again for business either way. They said they would credit to my accounts. I need a refund to my credit card!

Doordash is a joke. I wonder at times if the drivers are spitting in the food or drink. They are constantly late and when the food is cold they want to offer you $3.00 per item. No more Doordash for me. Also, think about it would you let any stranger off the street handle your food. My point exactly. strangers handling your food, who haven't cooked it and have access to it.

Normally door dash is pretty good when you have issues, however tonight my food was burnt. I paid $18 for the entree and sides and they only credited me back $5.. they could at least given me half of my money back because the other items were fine.

Yes, I order the food but it shows 1 hour to reach at my house. So I cancelled the order and simply ask for my money refund they did not listen to and just keep telling we will deliver soon, it's just look like that they are forcing me to take this order by hook or by crook. Overall, my experience was very bad and In my life time I would never order from your side plus I would also tell my time friends never to order anything from your website it is just trash not able to solve a customer problem why you make this app then.

They put our order as a double dash, had the driver drive right past our street to deliver the other order first, 10 minutes away. Our order was not only on the way to this house but ours is a no contact order so leave it on the porch take your picture leave. The other order was 10 minutes away and a hand to me order who did not come to the door or answer for 10 minutes. Our order was pushed back by a half hour and came cold of course because it’s been in a car for 35 minutes. Dasher support didn’t care and credited us $5 for a $45 order.

Ordered a delivery from Jersey Mike's and it never arrived. Tried calling the driver spoke Spanish only and then hung up. Got notification that they delivered but not to me. On instructions I gave them instructions to go to Building 7, the Women and Newborn Center but got a picture of a parking lot across the street. Called customer service and the first time got the run around, said it was Jersey Mike's issue because I used their app to order. He connected me with the store and then hung up and Jersey Mike's said it was Door Dash's problem. Finally the second phone call the girl actually was able to get it resolved. But Door Dash needs to hire drivers that can speak and read ENGLISH!!!!

I would give. 0 if I could. My dasher did not speak English and delivered to the wrong building. I tried to call and he said no English and hung up I was texting him through the door dash app. The last message was “I gave it to a co worker.” I asked who and where and never got a reply. The system refunded $11 automatically. I spent over $40. I chatted in and 2 different people said they would escalate and to wait 24 hours, it’s been 72 hours. I chatted in today and the rep said it’s still being looked into and the wait for the email then ended the chat before I could say or ask anything else. I am going to try the customer service phone number. But be aware when ordering if the driver does not deliver your food to the right place, you as the customer are punished for it.
