They send out emails for promotions that you can’t get. A waste of my time trying to order and at the end being told it’s not available

On 3=19=2024 door dash delivers me someone else's order I Notified Door dash support team they don't want to fix it and make it right I told the support team I'll even take the reordering of the food I didn't receive the lady said no. No food reordering and only 7.00 dollars back on my order SMH replace the whole amount PLEASE be careful everyone while using door dash and this isn't the first they didn't make things right. I would drop them asap but right it's my only way to get food etc a lot of people I know has has problems out of door dash

My delivery driver could not understand English or how to use GPS correctly and tried entering a closed/gated area on school property. It was nowhere near the parking lot or entrance to the school. Once we found him the delivery he handed me was not my order. Called Doordash customer service and was told they could only offer me a refund and not deliver the food I ordered. They patched the call over to the restaurant and had me work it out with them when I called them to start with. Ridiculous.

Waited 2 hours and still didn't have a delivery person so I cancelled and it takes 3 days for a refund .

If I could give zero stars I would. I downloaded the app and paid a monthly subscription because I thought it would be convenient. However, ended up spending way more money using the app to purchase items instead of just going myself to buy the items. Coupon codes never work on the app, the dashers never follow directions and customer service is just terrible in regards to helping to file a complaint. My last straw was an order I put in, the dasher delivered to the wrong house. I called him informed that I did not receive my items and explained that he delivered to the wrong house and asked him to go back and get it. He proceeded to tell me I had him f***ed, and disconnected the call. I called the cs line to put in a complaint and all I got was ok and I won’t hear anything back about the complaint but I’ll receive a refund. I cancelled my subscription and put a complaint against the dasher/review on the app. I’m not sure how much damage that would do though. The company is ghetto! They’ll hire anybody!

Multiple times I have ordered through Door Dash because I’m unable to drive, lately the app is saying it takes 45-60 minutes to prepare fast food and then it goes into searching for dashers and that takes another hour. So my order that probably was ready in about 5-10 minutes take around 2 hours to get to me. I know it’s not the restaurants or the dashers, it’s the horrible door dash app. I’ve cancelled orders and now deleted the app.

My grandson signed up to make deliveries, after one week, he got a call from one of your employees from his phone number and said that he had a transaction that was made and that he did he make it yes or no. Employee called the bank gave his social call from his phone number and his card number. He asked for a balance on his account and went to a machine and with Drew every dime this kid has. We’re filing a police report. We have a photo of the year employee at the ATM machine and we will be filing charges against your company . I hope everybody reads this and nobody signs up to work for you because they can loose everything they have. You may be the person the owner that’s stealing peoples identity but someone within your company is that is not right. You will be punished and pay the consequences.

I was just robbed by Door Dash. Their driver was given directions, parked in my parking lot and walked to a building next door. When he called he was given instructions. Came back, got in his car and left. Door Dash wants to refund only $5 on a $23 order. As I am the Manager of the apartments, I am now posting notices warning residents not to use the service.

So I was a dasher until my account was deactivated while in the middle of a delivery. I DONT Even know what happened besides a worker that don’t like me outside of doordashing and the crazy part is we didn’t even exchange words or anything I seen my customers name on the food and grabbed it and left then I looked down and I’m logged out couldn’t log back in just to be stuck with a order no address or phone number to contact the person

Ordered door dash because we were in a hotel. I did not get all of my order delivered. I called the restaurant and they said the driver did not take all of your order , he forget the pizza. The restaurant called door dash customer service number and told them the driver forget half the order. Door dash told the restaurant they would take care of it on there end. I sent door dash a message requesting a refund for the pizza only and they denied the refund, twice. Then they never responded to my email. Absolutely terrible service and unethical behavior as they are not doing the job they were paid to do. I will never use door dash again and I will let others know. The restaurant could not refund my money either because I ordered through door dash.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! First time user of Door Dash and the only thing I can say is RUN AWAY (no pun intended, but seriously "dash" away now). Ordered 6 items (3 were "sides" of cesar salad, fries and coleslaw) and only 4 arrived. Called them 4 times after patiently filling online dispute form out and received 4 emails stating they had "escalated" my complaint and determined I didn't get a refund. On the 4th and final call when I finally spoke with supervisor Vanessa, she said she believed me since I had called 4 times but the computer had already sent emails stating there would be no refund so she couldn't do anything. I said "you're kidding, right?" But, sadly, no she was not. She then told me to contact my bank. Crazy. Door dash is a scam of a company that has absolutely no shame to take your money (with huge upcharging) and not provide the items you paid them for. 1 star is too much. DASH AWAY NOW!!!

the hardest part about the job is the employee helpline the managment is no good for understanding or reasonable termination people are able to report a dasher employee without proof an get them terminated from employment strongly recommend a 9-5 at a more fair treated managment if you want me to remove my rating or make things right with me personal reactivate my dasher employment account once i see i am able to dash again this will be removed fair enough jerks .!

If you ever missing any items don't expect them to give you a refund they don't they keep your money when you pay high prices on there along with their fees I ordered a 10 piece nuggets from McDonald's and never got them and I called and texted door dash about it and they did absolutely nothing no wonder why door dash has a law suit out on them they steal your money

If I could give them negative stars I absolutely would. They literally have never gotten an order right. Then as an apology they sent me a coupon, that I stupidly gave them one more chance on, that now they're saying they can't honor the coupon they sent me. I'm deleting them off my phone and I would hope others will do the same. If not they're good to keep getting away with it.

I have ordered twice in 3 months. First time driver never delivered my food and no refund and no response. 2nd time all of my order was not received. Driver went back for rest of order, was told I had to called customer service to get it after I paid for everything. I will never use them again. If I see a company using them I will not order anything.

Honestly if you could avoid ordering though Doordash, do it! The customer staff pretends tl help you but what they tell you is that they will make you a refund within an hour, and that NEVER happens. I'm never buying through Doordash again after my dasher delivered my food and LITERALLY as soon as I see the minute that my order was delivered I go grab it but it's not there anymore. I don't know if a neighbor took it or the dasher did. But I'm really dissapointed since they did not helped me understand or help me out in anything just saying it could not be processed. I jsut wanted to calmly eat my food after paying for it, why does it dissapear when I come to get it as soon as I see the message? It's not DOORDASH fault but they could have handle it better. You never know if those dashers could be stealing your FOOD!

Door dash sucks, paid $100 dollars for food that refused to let driver take to correct address , when home was on route back to restaurant. DoorDash refuses to refund money or credit for food never received!!!! Order needed to be cancelled because the driver was told to take it back
