Slowly starting to hate this app. Started a month ago being able to make $500 a week. Now I’ll be lucky if it even lets me dash in my area. Took away my ability to dash now in gray zones… Constantly getting assigned orders that other dashers took just for them to ask me on the phone “cAn YoU hAvE ThEm ReMaKe iT?” Or when I lose service and get forced to call in the middle of a shift because it won’t let me clear the order to do more. So many glitches on m their system and honestly… don’t rely on this for income. Untrustworthy platform

I made order and driver brought this order to different address. I tried to call the driver with no results and made complaints to doordash customer support to receive my money back. They promised to resolve this problem but they didn't return my money and my order.Very bad company!!

Door Dash does not respect,treat or pay the Dashers properly!! they don't want Dashers to provide the customer with a receipt because they are all being over charged!! but the Dashers are doing all the work!! the Dasher get upset with the customer when it's Door Dash who is charging them and giving the dasher 2.50 to pick up the order,confirm the items on the order,at times pay for the order,contact the customer for a substitute if the item is not available,handle the order with care and drive 25 minutes or more to deliver the order,get out of your vehicle to give the order to the customer and take pictures of the address. and when the customer's food is cold it's because DD has given the Dasher 3 different orders to pick up from 3 different places!!! they can care less about the customers or the Dasher's!!all they want to do is collect the money!!!

I ordered and then cancelled because they had the wrong address and order and they never refunded me and dont have a way to contact them!!!! I will never order from them again!!!!

When I put in my order, it said it would be two hours an hour and 15 minutes later said it was waiting for a Dasher. Then it said that my order was canceled so I called customer service and they gave me either an option for DoorDash credit, or for me to get my money returned by Wednesday and it was a Friday when I ordered. I got DoorDash credit and ordered somewhere else thinking that maybe it was a fluke. When my order came in I got one out of eight things. I called customer service again and was told I could have Dasher credit Refund or have it redelivered. by this time, it was already four hours after my initial order and I said I wanted it redelivered. So finally, my food came in at 10 o’clock at night when I put my first order in at five. Also when I did not get all of my food, I tried to call the Dasher and it went straight to voicemail. Never again when I do DoorDash. I will just go and get my food. It definitely was not worth the hassle and hungry kids.

The food was fine, and the order was accurate, but the drinks (the only part not protected by the bag) smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker, that's kind of gross.

their drivers are crooks! they stole my childrens cookies out of my bag and would not redeliver them. Just refunded. Kids were dissapointed ! this is the third time they messed up my order. Will not use them again and discourage anyone else who has had a problem to give their review so others won't have the same problem.

We bought a laptop through Best Buy, and they apparently decided to use DoorDash to deliver the package (we did not know that at the time) We get a call from our front gate security saying DoorDash is delivering a package. We are all wondering, we did not order food, so we were not sure what to do.. the shipper was not labeled Best Buy as they never indicate that due to security as we learned later..I guess we were on the phone too long with the security guard, the DoorDash driver became irate took the package out of the security guards hand, thru the package in the trunk and left, and said he is not delivering the package. The DoorDash driver than marked it delivered, with proof of delivery photo of the package in his front seat. Call DoorDash and they have no record of being hired by Best Buy to perform the delivery.. the driver got himself paid and a new laptop. With me jumping hoops to get this cleared up with Best Buy.

DoorDash continually overdream my account the web charges they couldn't even explain where they come from and then the shell double charge me and DoorDash proceeded to tell me that they could not dispute it so basically I'm just out of this money do not door dash do not become a dasher these people are crooks Don't fall into this trap

Door dash when it first started was fine at this point they are like every other money hungry company, over charging and places that are close don’t allow pick up so you are forced to dash to your location. Not only that but the fees are ridiculous. They want $10 in fees plus a dasher tip when it’s less than 2 miles away. Yea no. Overrated and majority of the time my food is wrong, cold, or extremely late

Door Dash Dasher and support are the absolute worst! While trying to give instructions to how to get into my bldg, they completely ignore me or cut off texting. Interestingly, there is a big sign on front of my bldg giving the very same info that they refuse to read and when I call support, they state address incorrect! It's not freaking rocket science. All other deliveries have no issue with instructions. Macy's lately has decided to use Dash to deliver my orders. I will stop ordering from Macy's as I definitely will not ever never ever use DoorDash Dasher. And btw, if I could give zero as a review I most certainly would.

Hi ,I had a horrible experience with doordash, yesterday night we ordered food from some restaurants and they delivered at arround 8 pm. we ordered vegetarian food and they delivered us to someone ordered (non vegetarian food) and after that we try to tell them it's not my order and they say now can't do any thing.we are totally socked and even they don't want refunds back. Seriously!!

Today I placed an order for delivery via Door Dash. I received my pizza very late as a result it was cold, dry and hard. The door dash person was unprofessional, did not convey any empathy and urgency. I called Hungry Howies and expressed what transpired and they referred me to Door Dash. Contacted Door Dash, they gave me a confirmation number for my refund and referred me back to Hungry Howies. Contacted Hungry Howies again with the confirmation number and they said they’re going to deny my request and I can have a free pizza if I want or send my complaint via Corporate Hungry Howies. Are you kidding me?!?! So no one wants to right the wrong?! I spent my money and did not get what I paid for - a hot, fresh pizza delivered on time. I am extremely disappointed with both companies, especially my local Hungry Howies. There was no empathy or compassion on their part at all!! I will never order from them again!!!

The have a policy that you waive your right to a refund when you sign up. They cancelled my order due to no drivers and then refused to refund me (didn't offer credit either). Seems like they have problems in every country they operate in! My country - NZ consumer protection say's they have a legal obligation to make it right, yet unless you have spent a certain amount it's not worth the fee's to try and follow up. Just awful, ordered food, got someone else’s order and it wasn’t even food that we liked, they gave us a refund but now everything has closed since all this happened and we are out of a dinner. I’m sorry but just a refund is not gonna cut it, we never even got our food, the customer service reps aren’t worth a damn in helping at all, just robots.

I double checked even spoke with customer support that my 30.00 + order would be hand delivered and they said YES.....so what happen she called me I said I will be right down and she left it outside.......... ;( they suck then they send me survey asking who my driver was??? could not tell ya she wasnt there

I had a membership with them and twice they deactivated my account for no reason. I had to call each time to have it reactivated. Now my payment methods have been wiped out, and it won’t let me add a new one. I am so beyond sick of this company when I have spent so much money with them in the past!!!!!!
