Saw a cockroach in delivery driver's disgusting dirty car. How gross for a customer to receive food delivered in a unsanitary vehicle.

The customer service chat is awful. The reps are only authorized to give $5 refunds. My most recent meal was completely ruined, it took almost an hour to get a refund. The reps need the authority to give more than $5.

Your dash does not give refunds. If you're missing items they don't care. I will not be ordering from door dash anymore along with my friends.

So I ordered from two places, one order was correct but the other was the breakfast for my family. A sole cup of green juice was delivered to me instead. So I went to the app and I was declined a refund. The Dasher took the drink back but I never got our meal; which was Way more than the drink. So I call customer service and am told it will take 1-5 hrs to resolve. What kind of customer service is this; no meal, no refund and delay the resolution! Seriously, I will cancel my Door Dash and never use them again.

DoorDash consistently has false advertising. If I order a coffee that will be delivered in 20 min DoorDash changes the delivery time and it turns into a 44-60 min delivery and the coffee is cold. Why would I pay for that?! It’s not what I agreed to and is a classic bait and switch! Oh! And the driver canceled the order for me after I messaged him to ask where it was at. So I don’t even get to rate the drivers incompetence and he drives to ruin other orders. My food was never delivers and it takes 5 days to get my money back. What?! I officially deleted the app and will never use DoorDash again. This happens too often for me to continue to give them my money.

I was delivered someone else’s food from a totally different restaurant. I reached out immediately since the dasher did not come to the door or call. They just dropped the food at the main entrance and left. The dasher never responded. I chatted customer support and they denied my request for a refund with no reason. I tried again and denied again. I really am upset because it’s not what I ordered, it’s not even from the store I ordered from and they are basically acting like it’s my fault and I should just be okay with eating someone’s else’s food. Poor customer service, poor problem resolution. I’m canceling dash pash and deleting the app.

Absolutely disappointed with door dash. As in I will never use there service again. I placed an order and received a completely inedible order from Carls jr in Marysville CA (tasted like burnt plastic). I called Doordarshan and requested a full refund as my dinner could not safely be consumed. They refused. So I canceled my account and disputed the order with my bank. Very disappointing.

DoorDash cannot seem to deliver an order either at all, or at least to the correct address. (We have a street front house with easily visible number markings, so I’m sure that’s not the problem.) On two separate occasions we have been out of food and also having to wait 5-7 days to receive a refund. The last order that I will EVER place with DoorDash ended with a picture from our dasher 3 doors down from ours, taken from the road. I asked this neighbor if they had seen our food and they said no, and that they haven’t had anyone even pull into their driveway. Once again out of the food and stuck waiting 5-7 days for a refund. Very frustrating especially after trying to deal with their non helpful customer service, and their drivers, which seem to be impossible to get ahold of. Just save yourself the headache and stay away from DoorDash.

Terrible Scam. Put order through without me clicking any approval, filled in a default $15 tip. Refused to cancel when I contacted customer service, and very rude.

My order was supposed to be bundled but when I checked out it wasn't and they refused to do anything about it. So I had to pay separate fees and tip for each order.

I ordered my food to be delivered to my job. It clearly said hand it to me. The food never made it to me. The driver claimed they dropped it outside and their camera wasn't working(conveniently)lastly the driver didn't speak English so the communication was terrible.

The drivers do not follow instructions, groceries they choose not good quality and customer service do not help as they don't care much of the customers. Hidden fees and fraudulent fees are charged without you knowing.

Order never deliver driver named Rin delivered to the wrong address, he called me and I gave him my address and he never showed up with it I called door dash cs and spoke with ass hole who pretty much said I couldn’t have a refund. Rin marked the order as delivered although bye knew it was not!

We ordered from Burger King and received someone else’s order! I sent them the receipt and pics of the food that was in the bag and they denied my refund! Their drivers mistake and I am out the money and food since it is so late! I contacted the driver.. no response! I contacted the customer service several times. I’m very frustrated! This has happened so many times along with my order being up the street or completely wrong!

Was using this service more after Covid. It was okay except the fees are high. The biggest problem is not being able to contact the driver sometimes. Today I needed to change the address and the driver could not be contacted. Eventually he called me but did not speak enough English to receive changed address so he hung up on me and delivered to the wrong address.

Horrible service they just cancel your order out of no where like 10 min before delivery. Dasher Adriana G is horrible so if you’re in the Oxnard area be careful with her She makes lies and cancelled orders and says the restaurant is closing when they damn close super late and my order was at 7pm so not near closing time. And trying to keep the tip ha I called doordash to report her and because the order was cancelled there’s nothing they can do to report her How does that work so I’m putting her out here ADRIANA G FROM OXNARD DOOR DASH IN VENTURA COUNTY BE CAREFUL WITH HER!!!!!

Although the app showed my order was delivered, it was not. There waa no picture of the order either. I reached out to DD and one of the options was redelivery, which I chose. The Dasher reached out to let me know there was no order. She cancelled the "redelivery." I reached out to DD and they offered credits toward the next order. Customers should not be forced to accept credits for cancellation of "redeliveries" due to no fault of their own. After having my chat sessions ended twice, I called customer service and was able to get a refund. Two hours spent, waiting for food-I never got and having to debate about "credits" is too much of a hassle.
