ON the 14th of April I placed an order with Dairy Queen. I had 2 items missing from my order. Door Dash gave me a credit of $7.52, but both items total $22.70 before tax. I got no explanation why I did not receive the total credit and when I inquired as to why I am told the case is closed.
I do not understand why I cannot at least get an explanation why I only got a credit for only a third.
