I am disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. The store was closed, and I had to travel more than 6 miles only to find out I couldn't get my order. Now I have to wait 3 to 7 days to get my money back, and that's being called compensation? It's ridiculous. This is why people prefer Uber over DoorDash - because of the customer support. The employee I spoke to was rude and arrogant, not even offering an apology for the inconvenience. Now I'm left hungry, stranded on the road, miles away from home, with gas prices at $5.50. It's really disappointing. Shame on DoorDash for this experience.
