“they literally have thief's working for them. probably no background checks at all. I’ve had so many people steal the orders i make and cash out on my tips. It’s soooo ridiculous”

“We had DoorDash for our pizza place, what a mistake. We phoned for help over ordering not coming through our clover system and tonight they actually yelled and called us liers. Never again will we use them for our deliveries”

“TOTALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY Doordash charges me hidden fees AFTER I confirm my order. Customer service refuses to refund and hangs up on me after forcing me to accept a credit instead when I said I no longer had confidence in doing business with them.”

“My order was from inexpensive Mexican restaurant. Received my food short 99 cent dressing and 2.99 relish. I told DD and they refused to refund my money. My ticket from the actual restaurant did not list these items. So I realize that DD charged me for the items and did not call them in when they placed my order but charged me. I know it’s only $4 but when DD does this to a lot of people, it adds up. After the $8 tip, $3.95 fee, and $4 missing food, never again. I don’t trust DD.”

“Promos that show up in my account online aren't eligible through the app and vice versa. Also was given $5 in DoorDash credit which shows up in my online acct. but not in the app. Also, promos will show up and when I go to use them I'm told my account isn't eligible.”

“They overcharge from the menu..The sandwich is 11.00 at the restaurant but DoorDorks jacks the price to 13.75..ALL items are jacked we ended up paying more than 20.00 for the food than the restaurant charges...NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM DOORDASH. The restaurant was out of chicken salad and we got charged for something we didnt get too. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND LAST...GOING ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO LAMBAST”

“I placed a Door dash order at 3:40 PM. The ETA was 4:13. The restaurant was 1 mile from my house. The Tracker showed the dasher picking up my order driving past my house and then stopping 3 miles from my house. The dasher stayed at that stop an hour. The screenshot of the tracker says the dasher was waiting on the food. I called the restaurant & the had dasher picked up the food at 4:08. My food ETA kept being pushed later and later. Eventually, the tracker updated the dasher location even further away from my house. I called Door Dash customer service. After 10 minutes on the phone , DD finally cancelled my order and issued a refund. Which I won't see for 7 to 10 days! Someone somewhere is eating free food this afternoon and I'm short $40 for over a week!”

“I fell into the trap the door dash pass which I was billed $11.49 every month on my visa. When I realized this was a monthly fee whether or not you use Door Dash I cancelled by canceling my subscription but today I see they are still charging 2 months later. I spoke to an agent today and was told they couldn’t find my cancellation. How convenient for them. I said I canceled my subscription again and they said that should be the end of it. I took a screen shot of our dialogue. Do I have to change credit cards to-get rid of them! .”

“Doordash driver could not speak / understand english in order to recieve direction to customer. Order was over 1 hour late and cold, left at back of building on stoop. Contacted support and was only refunded the amount of the cold pizza not the delivery charge or my tip. Needless to say I'm canceling Doordash and relaying this review on social media.”

“My order was never delivered to me, but shows delivered. Never got a refund. Other times Some dash Workers keep leaving my previous purchases at wrong place and sent pics of the ordered delivered at wrong door. I clearly stated in the direction to hand it to me knock on my door. I guess they just don’t follow orders.”

“I worked for DoorDash consistently since I moved from Texas to Arizona back in 2023. It was my full time job and I kept all my stats up to top dasher and I valued my customers and delivered the best care and communication I could to the best of my ability. Then one day just recently they just dumped off the app and gave me no reason why. My current only lifeline just gone. And they were very rude in their response email to my appeal as to why I got my account deactivated. Terrible company. Don’t waste your time on them. TERRIBLE!!!!”

“Y’all need to have 2 pictures took when you deliver anything I was charged and didn’t receive my food $45.25 1 picture taken by the delivery driver and 1 picture taken by the customer and then you will stop all the fraud and the customer paying for the food will get the food”

“Doordash sucks so bad. Consistently not accurate with orders. Times vary on a regular basis. Lack of communication from drivers even when they can't find items, they are not even smart enough to substitute accurately. Items Consistently missing based on food orders or just drinks from a store. I don't know if they are hiring illegals or retards but this is idiocracy. Will not be using doordash anymore. They overcharge and are not Consistent. Plus it's the dumbest thing ever to demand a minimum tip before providing any service especially when the service sucks.”

“We were trying to open an account and waited for more than a month. When we called to ask what was happening, they did not give us any solution more than we needed to keep waiting! Is good that there are other options like Uber eats and they are very efficient and fast in the process to get an account.”

“HORRIBLE. I TRIED WORKING AS IN DASHING FOOD FOR THEM AND THEY LIED AND KEPT MY MONEY WHEN I WORKD 4HOURS AND NEVER RECEIEVED ANY MONEY!! ALSO U HAD 2 $5 PROMOTIONAL OFFERS IN MY ACCOUNT THAT TOOK $5 OFF A MEAL $10 OR MORE. U TRIED ORDERING AND USING THE OFFERS AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM WORKED. AT ALL!! AS I SIT IN THE HOSPITAL BED WANTING REAL FOOD AND HERE I AM HAVING TO WAIT 24HRS FOR SOME TO RETURN MY CALL! IM SO DONE WITH THEM. UTS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. UVE HAD TOO MANY ISSUES WITH DOOR DASH AND U CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A REAL AMERICAN OR SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH SO THEY DGAF.. THEY HANG UP ON YOU. IM DONE!! ID RATHER FLEE THE HOSPITAL AND WALK. “I won’t be ordering through this app ever again, and I advise you not to either. If the order is wrong, DoorDash will try their best to steal your money regardless to who’s at fault. Their reps are rude and ineffective, and the restaurants are terrible. Uber EATS is significantly better and the choices are phenomenal. I ordered from DD for the last time TODAY!!! You won’t serve me someone else’s order and make me pay for it with these nasty runny eggs and cold sides.”

“Dasher ran over my trash can and all they gave me was 8$ in door dash credit and then when I asked for a life agent the agent told me the issue was resolved and closed the chat. $8 won’t pay for a new garbage can. Not even saying they’ll review the drivers status or anything else. Extremely poor customer service.”

“It’s my birthday today and I was wondering extremely hungry after working all day and getting a sunburn the worst day ever so I wanted to treat myself by buying me a nice chili dinner and what happened was chili gave another DoorDash or that wasn’t supposed to pick up my order then they got lost because they never get here on time so my food ended up never showing up and I had to get a refund so here I sit starving to death still too late to re-order on my birthday, so I just wanted to let you know I never write reviews, but I am extremely extremely disappointed out of all the days today you guys need to tighten up”

“Complete Joke ! Years ago in the pandemic it was great ..now you may feel like a chicken sandwich? You go through all the motions until you get to the checkout ..after I have put in my cc number etc know you have to scan the card ! Obviously they have been robbed 🙄 Absolutely mind boggling process..the app doesn't work to scan anything !! And I am DONE with being ripped off with dashers or whatever not even reading delivery instruction s Bye Doordash 👋 👋”
