They say that they issue refunds but it’s a lie. I don’t see my refund on my bank statement. Be careful customers, don’t get scammed. The agent said that she can see my refund in my bank statement. I didn’t know door dash can see bank statement.

9/10 times I've ordered from here my food was a mess. They usually forget half the food, or throw it around that by the time it gets to you it's a big pile of mush. They even give a hard time with refunds because I've complained to many times! Well it's not my fault! It's there's! DONT USE DOORDASH

I’m extremely mad. I ordered boba for 25+ dollars for me and my baby siblings. Time was decent. However, the bag freaking smelt like weed and drugs? Like do you expect me to give that to a 4 year old and a 2 year old? I literally just got food poisoning and now they’re gonna door dash me some drugged up boba. Not ok lol. Might delete door dash forever cus wtf? Look out for this door dasher 👎🏻

Y’all take a look at this from DoorDash. I order from this place on Friday. Now remind you I’m in Madison ordering two juices and two gallon of milk for my grandson. DoorDash did not want to refund me all my money which was 78 and some change. Now how can it say out of stock and I have a pics of the order that I ask for 2 juices and 2 milk’s. How and the hell I was charged for 5 12 packs of Diet Coke and 9 bottles of some fair life milk that I don’t drink or buy cause I don’t drink diet soda or drink that type of milk. Do y’all know that DoorDash did not give me all my money back. How can they not see the receipt for what was stolen and done. They only credit me 47 dollars back. They charge me twice for one order and added that total to the 78 dollars that was 102. Two separate charges. Please y’all DoorDash is a fraudulent. To some people that’s not a lot of money to y’all but for me that was a lot especially when you been charge for products you didn’t ordered or received. Have full proof and still got messed over. I have cancel DoorDash. Might got me one time but best to believe that’s the only damn time from this company that will get my business. I totally believe in God and you better believe DoorDash will get what’s coming for them for doing customers this way. Close down or shut down for fraudulent and keeping customers money. I’m speaking from bad experience with DOORDASH.

Door Dash Warning. On Friday I Went to work and around 11am I received an item I ordered on line which was left by my front door. About two hours later, my neighbor who works from home and orders his food delivered by Door Dash had his order arrive around 1pm. When his food arrived he saw the Door Dasher drop off his food at his door, and he watched her as she began to leave….stopped…saw my package (an expensive back and shoulder brace fitted to my specs), walkedback, grabbed my package and stuck it under her shirt and continued to her car. My neighbor saw this and ran after her and told her he saw her steal the package, she denied it. It went back and forth till he said: “Okay, I got your license plate number, I'll just call the cops. She relented and pulled my package out from underneath her shirt and took off. With that information, I called Door dash to report the incident…then things got worse. When I called DD, I told the foreign customer service agent what happened. I figured it would be an easy fix…I give them the delivery address, approximate time, they can isolate the delivery person and fire her butt. But that was not the case…. She told me i should call 911. I tried to explain that 911 is for emergencies happening in real time,not an attempted theft 5 hours after the fact . She simply could not comprehend what I was feeling her! I asked don't you want to find out who it was by the delivery place or my neighbors number? She said no. She said she'd tell a supervisor. I again asked how are you going to give them the information if you don't get it from me? She told me someone will call me..and that's the last conversation we had, 4 days ago.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not use them. Waited over 2 hours for my food that never came and now I am getting the run around for a refund. (for the last 3 weeks) These people are nothing but thieves. Beware when using them.

Multiple bad experiences and rude terrible customer service. I was promised a refund for an order because it would take two hours, then they took back the refund offer and tried to hang up the chat because I took 10 seconds to get back to them. Worst delivery service ever. All the drivers get lost as the map moves to the wrong location EVERY time.

My pizza was cold and I did not get the pepperoni topping that I asked for either, not notified the guy was here to deliver and delivery guy literally left my pizza outside on the step no idea how long it was sitting out there and the one bite i had was absolutely disgusting and inedible had to throw out the pizza. Was not issued a refund or anything so tonight because I used the last of my money I will go a night without food. Never again will I order from door dash. I will go to Uber in future

Thr driver couldn't read numbers on mail box I waved down and had to call her so I wad wavering and saying I'm here she got offensive said she wasn't arguing with me wouldn't take my 9 $ tip fell to ground what the hell I work hard all day hungry and have to put up with mature behavior I font think so

I ordered a Two pizza order from Little Caesers only to have the driver deliver it to some other address. I contacted customer service right after talking to the driver. Customer Service said I would get a full refund in 7 days. After waiting 7 days I contacted door dash about the refund and I'm now getting the run around telling me to contact little caesers who had nothing to do with the delivery. Now I see why only 7% recommend door dash.

I placed an order from Papa John’s as pick up, I paid for this order then I arrived to the store and the cashier couldn’t find my order , never will used this app again to order food.

I ordered twice in the last week as my Dad had surgery and we couldnt leave him unattended. First night we ordered from Sonny's BBQ. We ordered 3 dinners and only received ONE! The driver said he would go back to the restaurant and make it right but he left never to return! I called customer service and they gave me a credit...however that credit is a joke! We decided to use the credit the following night and ordered from Carraba's. We ordered 4 dinners and only received TWO! The doordash driver could NOT speak english or even understand it. However he did go back to restaurant but this was a 3 hour ordeal! In regard to the credit they gave me....it was a wash! It appears on the reciept but all the prices are jacked up to compensate for even giving the credit! Had i ordered from Uber Eats i would have paid $117 for the four dinners and I still ended up paying OVER that with the supposed credit!! I will never use door dash again...I have deleted the app! They are so ridiculous to deal with and you never know if you'll even get what you ordered! BYE BYE DOOR DASH!!!

I took an order in the blizzard last night 45 minutes away. I completed the order and had a 91% rating before I took the trip. I had to drive 45 minutes back to town. on my way to town door dash purposely sent me about 5 dashes I had to refuse because I had been good enough to drive their customer their dinner in a blizzard so I was so far away from town. I don't mind and was happy to take some not so great orders along with the fast easy orders, but they took my score down for missing the orders because I was good enough to take their customers food further away in dangerous blizzard conditions and refused to fix it. there is no point in being nice to customers and trying for their stupid points if they're just going to rip their employees off of their good scores for being good drivers for their customers. it makes their point system obsolete if they're just going to rip you off out of your points for driving far for them in a blizzard, which if you ask me your points should go up for doing a far away order for them, not down. and they allow people that have credentials to go onto post the chance to clock in for a few hours at a time but the people that don't have base credentials can only clock in for 30 minutes to an hour at a time. the app takes 10 minutes to recognize that a driver is available again after it clocks them out of their shift which they're only allowing 30 min to an hour clock ins so that's 10 minutes out of every 30 minutes to an hour that if in town, I have to sit with my car idling wasting gas and time to wait for the stupid app to recognize I'm available. that's a whole hour out of every five hours WASTED of gas and time which is also an ecological issue. it is discrimination to do this only to people that don't have credentials to get onto the military post. then after I called them and told them this is unacceptable, they sent me on a run 45 minutes away to a pizza store that was closed 2 hours previous, and when I called to tell them the pizza store was closed and ask them how to proceed they refused to even reimburse me for the time and gas. they have a good driver. I had a score of 91 and was always early with my deliveries but they are treating me very badly. I tried to speak to them for two days about all this but they refuse to put a manager on the phone. I don't know how to reach a manager anymore other than to put the problems right here and hope someone sees them.

Door dash has taken down my account for no reason. All I did was switch my payment method because DOORDADH decided my original payment method doesn’t work anymore even though it did and has more than enough money. Anyways I still changed the card and my account was taken down for that? That’s no fair I wanted food and now I can’t have it cause your stupid app can’t work properly

Mine is basically being a driver. DoorDash deactivated my account saying I didn't update my information on my w9 form or 1099 tax information. I did one and sent it through the mail I waited a few weeks and called to see if they got it. The person I talked to said they got it. But two days later after the call they deactivated it. So now it's tax season and still no 1099 so I can get my taxes done. I called and they asked me when I last worked. I said I can't look it up because of them deactivating my account. How can I get my 1099 tax statement from them?

The lack of accountability is mind blowing here. They hang up on you during valid complaints that are literally their fault & their rebuttals do not work & they run out of excuses. They take no accountability even when they "Claim their calls are recorded for your protection & will immediately dismiss they have any access to them"! Noone seems to understand a thing you're explaining, nor the chain of command to handle issues! The friction, lack of knowledge and understanding of the banking system where we are actually fined for their mistakes is incredible and unbelievable! This is what cheap labor gets you and I would advise everyone to not attach any of your bank information to this company. It seems to me they would much Rather make money off of disinformation and lack of education than true accountability and actual orders!

Yikkkkkes. Half the time your driver will cancel 30 minutes after you’re supposed to receive your order. By that time it’s too late to order something new. What does door dash do? NOTHING. Your order could be 50 min late (every now and then is acceptable, he accidents hope right? But for DoorDash it’s EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Whatever time they quote you, add at least 60 minutes. You may receive your order. 6 times out of 10, you won’t get it at all, but hey, that’s door dashes policy, mess up more than not). If you order with DoorDash accept either: you will wait 2 hours and simply not get your order at all, your order will arrive late, your order will be wrong, and on the slight occasion, on the very highest of occasion, you MIGHT get your order on time and it may even be correct. Do not get out hopes up. DoorDashs policy is to disappoint customers, I think they may get scolded when they deliver what they promise since it’s so rare. Save your money, order from another service. I truly believe door dash corporate will be excited when the my read this review, they must be preaching to disappoint customers and lose money and have a vow to not want to make money based on the incredibly poor service they have. Yikes, I have saved so much money by going to something that rhymes with schlub-bub. Even if not there, dear god, don’t waste youre money on this hole of an excuse of a delivery service.

My husband and I ordered Chipotle off his door dash account. Upon the arrival of our food we discovered the dasher gave us taco bell instead. We both tried calling multiple times to find her number not in service. I then messaged her through the app letting her know she delivered the wrong food, all for her to end the chat. I then tried to get a refund through the door dash app and it was immediately declined. I have called the door dash customer service and keep getting told it is under review and I will hear something within 24 hours and it's now bee almost a week. We paid for dollars to have food brought to us. We paid for a service. I get accidents happen but at this point I am beyond upset that door dash isn't trying to rectify this situation. Like no refund, credit, discount. This is anbsolutely unacceptable and terrible service. I seriously hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I and my husband will no longer be customers of doordash as we have already deleted our accounts.

I had a order of over 45.00 from tacobell that never arrived, Door Dash said I wasn't eligible for a refund or credit or replacement. DONT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE
