“I worked for DoorDash as a part time employee, my experience with their team has been absolutely negative. I simply tried to update my email address and they deactivated my drivers account? I spoke to no less than 11 people that stated everything was fixed and still nothing! Don’t do business with them because of my two experiences as a driver! One occasion a delivery was called in and I accepted it, the young man was using a second party app (Bo, $&&ngles) and DoorDash took his money and didn’t process his order, driver service is a JOKE! I spoke with this young man and that was all the money he had in his chime account for himself and his little sister, I paid out of my pocket to feed these kids and never a word back from drivers resources. Another was a young lady with her child and they screwed something up in the app and I left the order at a different address ( after pursuing this address) they switched it! I did my delivery and dropped a photo, however they had the address wrong and I spoke with the young woman and went and bought her family dinner out of my pocket! I’m not letting people go with a hungry stomach, however DOORDASH could care less if your hungry or not, and could care less if they take your money!”

“I ordered from DoorDash March 1, 2024 $50.49 worth of food the dasher never arrived now they refuse to give my money back or credit me. This is a bunch of bull to just take people money then lie in say the dasher tried to get in touch with me in they didn’t I will never order again it’s a scam just to take people money.”

“Having used DoorDash for a long time this past year has been the worst experience and customer service I have ever dealt with! The drivers do not care about the customers nor does DoorDash care about the customer on any other complaints all they wanna do is give back a little bit of a refund, which doesn’t compare to the cost and prices that you pay for this service. My opinion, DoorDash should be not allowed to do any food pick up for anyone. I will be getting my own food from now on as the cost of me going to pick it up and getting it home the huge pricing that DoorDash offers. If you want to eat cold food and DoorDash should be something that you should go through because you would get exactly that.”

“I ordered from Papa John's today my food came delivered upside down the cheese was stuck to the top of the box very disappointed the driver needs to be fired. Thank goodness this is my Papa John's that I frequently visit I called the store back and they sent a Domino's driver with two new pies for me thank you Domino's on East Tremont Avenue and Southern Boulevard as far as the driver from doordash you need to be fired”

“Placed an order that meet the minimum requirements for free delivery. The store was out of an item so the min order requirement was not met so they added the delivery fee and a service charge!! When I reached out for help, was out and out lied to, not just once but twice by two different people stating that in order to receive the discounts you have to use the same card that you pay for your subscription. Both agents abruptly ended my chat so I requested a manager. The manager then called me the next day, provided me with a $5 credit and again, abruptly ended our conversation. What happened to customer service and care? Done with you!”

“DoorDash, it's not worth the value that it claims. DoorDash had two drivers pick up from the same restaurant--what a ball of confusion, so they wound up canceling my delivery, because another driver had picked up the order, but I never received anything from DoorDash. Had I known the restaurant used DoorDash, I would have explored other options. They didn't deserve the tip, as they never delivered the order--crooks!”

“***WARNING!!!! I will NEVER order from another restaurant that uses Door Dash!!! Today is the 2nd time Door Dash was going to deliver my food order and the other order was just last month. Just like my 1st order it was not delivered even though I received confirmation that “someone” has delivered it! Door Dash would not talk to me when I called them. When the text came in it stated “your order was handed over to you”. The driver put “his” phone number in this text too in case I had any questions. When I called the drivers phone number it immediately dropped my phone call. I also sent two texts to this same phone number and I didn’t receive any texts back from “Ryan”.”

“I did not receive my complete order and DoorDash and their analytical research decided to make me the fault for my order missing. They told me that they would not refund my money. I didn't say my full order was gone so I'm out of money and food and I will no longer support this company.”
