“My order is at a Starbucks in Cincinnati and I live in Kentucky. It was a $23.00 order and nobody wants to pick it up. Why not use a store in my area?”

“I ordered New Whey protein 60g/12g BCAAs. They delivered very cheap old version of it with 30g protein/6g BCAAs. I filed a wrong item delivered request, which was denied immediately. I spoked twice with a company representative. They told me that appeal was also denied, because original request was denied. This was my first and last time I used DoorDash. Never ever recommend it to somebody! As soon as they get your money, they do not care about you. They have my money and I stuck with a product I do not need! Please, look at the attached pictures.”

“Customer service cannot give you a contact or email address when your refund is denied. I ordered and paid for a drink. Door dash person did not deliver it. DoorDash will not refund any of their service fee or tip even though they did not complete service.”

“I ordered $54 worth of food from Chili’s and I got somebody else’s order from Wingstop. They will not give me my food or a refund. I will never use DoorDash again.”

“Doordash is TRASH. Yall hire these people who don't speak English, can't follow GPS It's ridiculous. By the time they UNDERSTAND your directions the food is cold . Then y'all have nerve to put all these ridiculous fees on top of the order. Will never order again. Only reason why I did is because we're moving and EVERYTHING is in storage. Garbage”

“They are obviously hiring non- English speaking drivers. Wine from where? They get the order right about 30% of time. The rest of the time something is missing or the wrong order entirely. They're going to lose money Hand over first. This service has gone to s#!^.”

“I just spoke with FON about an order I paid double for because the 1st dasher delivered my order to wrong address and took my over zealous tip and ran. Since I ordered through the store and a dasher got the order , I called the store and was advised to call DoorDash and make a report of theft by their dasher. After the run- around, I decided to cancel my “$9.99 No Delivery Fee” because I was scammed in other ways. No problem taking my money from my credit card and buy and eat the food I ordered. Not on my watch. You get an “F” for rude customer service and theft by a dasher which makes me a “VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER”. Good Evening. 🌇”

“The driver canceled my order at the beginning of March. They said that they would give me a refund now it is the end of the month and I still have not received a refund. They keep saying they wanna help but aren’t doing anything about it and most of the time when I’m on the phone with them they like to give me an attitude for no reason like I did something wrong when I’m trying to get my money back, I’m spending money and not receiving my order.”

“El repartidor robo mi comida 😡 yo llame al restaurante y efectivamente ya se la habían entregado mi comida al repartidor .. luego el repartidor cancelo la orden yo ya había esperado una hora por mi comida tenia mucha ambre Y llame al servicio al cliente y me dijeron que me regresaran mi dinero en 5 días 🙄 .. el dinero que tenía para comer ya no existía tenia que esperar 5 días 🥺.. me sentí triste.. ... “I ordered food at a restaurant realizing I ordered from the wrong location. I immediately called and cancelled explaining what happened and the restaurant said it wasn't a problem because they didn't start the order. I was charged by door dash anyway. They are so hard to deal with even the restaurant couldn't get through to them. My credit card disputed this charge and door dash dug their heels in and refuses to refund my $45.22. I will never order through a restaurant that goes through door dash ever again.”

“Too many times they don't deliver the items at all then, when contacting the dasher they claim to not speak English. The should not be in business playi g with people money and food.”

“I had been a loyal customer for years. As of late just receiving terrible service order after order. Doordash would cancel my order without contacting me. I had an order show delivered and not arrive. The estimated would show 35 minutes and show up 2 hours later. I highly do not recommend Doordash.”

“No other delivery service has made more mistakes than doordash, it seems as though the restaurants are making the mistake but dashers need to be trying to make sure everything's there. It would help if they had English speaking door dashers they don't even understand what they're doing. I've had enough I canceled.”

“Restaurant did not provide the correct size item and since I called DoorDash longer than three days after I received my food, they won’t do anything about it. I’m going to GrubHub not happy with DoorDash! They should support the customer, especially when the customer has photo documentation of the problem, but they won’t. I use the app and I called customer service. Same response. thumbs down👎”

“You pay a monthly fee, a fee with orders, higher prices, put up with poorly followed instructions, etc. if your order never arrives they will refund your money but how about a credit or other form of making up for there mistakes. Some really need this service so they need to step up their game as other delivery services are becoming more popular.”
