I ordered food with door dash. When the items arrived the Dasher told me the restaurant didn't have parts of my order and she couldn't call me. I never received a call from the Dasher and when I called the restaurant to see why they charged me for items they didn't have..they responded they gave the Dasher all of my order. I called door dash and told them what happened and they told me their not refunding my money. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING WITH DOOR DASH AGAIN. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I GUESS THEY JUST HIRE THEIVES. I WILL BE DISPUTING THAT CHARGE WITH MY BANK. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING THEM AT ALL.

My doordasher, Dera, although I gave her detailed instructions on how to get to my house, after an hour of supposedly looking, I had to cancel because she never found it. I called customer service and I was issued a refund, within five to seven business days. They're drivers are incompetent, and can't follow simple instructions. They don't know how to use a callbox to get in a building. I've never dealt with a more worthless company. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I texted the delivery driver everytime and have asked REPEATEDLY to stop leaving my orders outside. That's not where it says on the app or in my instructions.

There's always delivery issues and they will give you a little credit to your account but it will not cover re-delivery or cost to even order it to begin with.

Had had 2 delivery with DoorDash. Both time the food was not delivered and I had to report it to Red Lobster and Outlook. I had to request my money back which took about 10 days. Both amount where high and this is very bad customer service. I do understand not every driver does speak English, but it was very hard to get someone from DoorDash on the phone. I will not use them again.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars . Twice my items didn’t get delivered, drivers cancelled my orders for some odd reasons. They are rude and nasty… their mediocrity is astonishing.. will never use them again…

I purchased a Doordash gift card for my son for Christmas and when he went to use it, he was told that it was invalid. After contacting customer service 4 times and being promised that they would rectify and get back to me, I still have a worthless gift card. A terrible customer experience. As if the fees aren't ridiculous enough, now they have grabbed another $25 from me.

I ordered a white castle cravebox ,I then turned around and canceled my order because it came up to 48 sumthang, that was too much that was almost 50 bucks ,do you know they said they can't refund my money because of some type of policy ,so I didn't get no food or my money back I will not be using doordash ever taking people money

I had two unauthorized charges on my card and it wasn't resolved because I feel that door dash avoids having human customer service to get away with rip offs

The driver not only didn't deliver my food to me they left at an entirely different hotel all together. $25 including $3.50 tip and all dumb dash says is "Oh Well "

I ordered 4 items with a 20% tip. Two items were not delivered, but I was charged for them. When I asked for them to be delivered I was told they couldn't do a second delivery for one order and they refunded the cost of the items, but kept the tip. I will never use Doordash again. Terrible service!

It’s unfortunate I can’t give DoorDash negative reviews. We have cancelled our account with them and now use GrubHub or Uber Eats. We have spent major $ with DoorDash because I travel for work and eat in my hotel room a lot of the time. However, I placed an order for a family member in the hospital and the DoorDash driver decided to just leave it in a random room and refused to answer myself or my family members who were at the hospital. Because of this, DoorDash had to deliver the food with a second driver (who somehow got it right!). After this incident DoorDash made me sign for any order placed. Like I’m some sort of criminal? It’s easier to deal with companies who don’t treat an issue within their organization as something the person who ordered the food did wrong. It’s insulting. Why would I do business with a company like this? Maybe, just maybe, you should have YOUR delivery drivers snap a picture when it’s delivered, like any other delivery business?? Just a thought. Either way, we will NEVER do business with this company again.

I ordered groceries and they never arrived. The driver, who doesn’t speak English or respond to texts or calls, returned our order for unknown reasons. DoorDash customer service gave me the run around and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do nothing for customer retention. Horrible!!!! Don’t use them!!!!!

Would not even give them a one star. This company needs to go away. They accept employees that steal other's Identity and will to nothing to assist. There is no one in the United States to talk with as they are in China and the Philippines. This company is making China even richer. Stop using them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

multiple times i have ordered from door dash and multiple times they have FAILED to deliver items. i don't understand how...how hard is it to go from point a to point b. thats the only job required and they can't get it right. if you can't do that then how do you still have a job??? its literally the only thing you do. go from here to there and you still manage to fail at it.

I call it fraud when Door Dash signs you up for monthly services you don't ask for. This happened twice when I ordered something and was signed up for a $9.99 monthly charge. I of course did not catch this charge on my credit card so both times lost money. They would not refund. The service is good, but stealing money is not!!!

My order was delivered to a different address than the address listed on my account. I contacted DoorDash customer support 4 separate times and each time I was denied a refund or even just that the item I ordered just be delivered. The photo the dasher left of the package at a front door is not my front door and even on the app the gps shows the package was left blocks from my home. I’m a disabled war veteran and I’m on a fixed income. I’m he way I’ve been treated hby these customer service workers and how little value my income has to them has made me decide to seek legal counsel. I plan on putting everything I have into gathering others that this has happened to and forming a class action lawsuit. I’m appalled at how they’ve treated me.

If i cold give them 0 stars i would . I got nass deactivated after 4 years . And I'm glad cause driving all three shifts for 150 sucks and thats a good day . Thank you for deactovating me lol . And screw you door dash .
