I never received my order but Doordash is refusing to refund me. I will never use them again & will tell everyone I know to avoid them as well.

I used doordash alot, But i will never order from these absolute thieves ever again, i usually used it at work and rarely at home, i accidently sent my order to the wrong address, realized within a few minutes and cancelled the order to find out that i wouldn't be getting a refund, even after getting ahold of customer service, they said no and when i began complaining just spammed me with "i will record this for feedback" . They took $40 from my account, and i got No food, and a big F. U. From their customer service.. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?

An unlicensed, most likely uninsured driver crashed into my parked car during a delivery, DoorDash is sending me in circles and not giving me answers or solutions. They clearly poorly vet their drivers. Customer service does not help at all. They just “route your complaint up”. To who exactly?!??! They unnecessarily make you wait around on emails and calls from people who continue to make you wait more.

Had to cancel an order and was told my refund would go to my original payment method and when I checked their confirmation email, it said they were going to apply the refund as a credit to my DD account. Took me 20 minutes and 2 support agents to supposedly make the credit go to my credit card. They have the worst service, ridiculous fees and still they want you to come back. NOT THIS TIME.

the driver was very nice and professional but my order was incomplete and they didn't approve my refund. I will never use Doordash again.

I ordered from doordash and never received my food. I called twice to let them know both times I was told I'll get a refund but got denied by email both times. How???? If the customer is telling you they didn't get their food. And there is no picture of my food being delivered! And on top of that the driver didn't answer the call when I called him twice by the way and didn't answer the phone when doordash rep called... You definitely lost a customer! Something is wrong with this. Is this how yall gain by stealing?

Accepted and created a fraudulent account, allowed a fraudulent order to be placed. Refused to provide information regarding the order when contacted..claiming against their policy.therefore they protect criminals and allow fraudulent activity in their business.would avoid at all costs.

Brooklyn with DoorDash in Tulsa, OK stole $80 worth of food and then DoorDash offered me a refund less than what I paid.

Today, Wednesday, I filed a bank claim on DoorDash. Saturday I made a $73 order and received it. Complete. An hour later I get an email notify of $104 extra for substitutions! Which I never authorized nor received. Called DD at once. Offered $57 Dash credit. I demanded full refund and to method- my card- used to pay. They agreed to my appeal and said 3 days. Day 4 I call. Support keeps cutting my off. Email support fails. Finally I get one on Chat. She says I’m filing too late for any action. Meaning support was stalling. I started this claim the hour it showed up on the 2nd. Now I don’t have a penny from this and they fully cut me off.

I placed an order from doordash to which I had purchased food from IHOP, my food was delivered in containers with clear lids that I was able to see big black bugs crawling in the containers. It looked like something out of a horror movie, I had to throw over $60.00 worth of food in the trash on account of It. I also had several times that I made purchases anDoordash did not refund my money unless I called them. I refuse to use their so called service anymore because they are without a doubt crooks who steel your money.

Horrible experience. Reordered the food I usally ordeer and the system by the glitch what they say selected the address of the vendor. The delivery guy left it in a front of their door. They claim driver contacted me. When i checked my phone it shows the area code is in BC, and I live in Toronto ON. I didn't pick up the phone since it is BC area code. I contacted them to advise the wrong delivery and driver refused to bring it to my home address. Customer service is horrible. You don't know with whome you speak to. They say they will escalate the concern and automatically send you denial of refund regardless how many time you call. Customer service representative said "go ahead' when I told her i will leave the bad review. It is likei normal to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is not about money it is how they treat the customers. No explanation of denial. I just regret spending so much on this company.

I ordered 2 salads (Almost $40 total) from The Habit. Driver dropped off a cheeseburger, fries, a drink and a shake. Called him back and tried to hand me another order order from FIREHOUSE SUBS. Told him not my order, I ordered 2 salads from the Habit. I submitted a request for refund and was denied. Called to talk to a live agent and he could not tell me why. Such bad customer support!! He kept telling me that was their policy. I know it's convenient but I am never ordering using this 3rd party ever again. Ridiculous!

I ordered 2 pizzas (1 cheese and 1 pepperoni) and an order of breadsticks. I received 1 PINEAPPLE pizza (I'm allergic to pineapple haha) The dasher took a photo that he delivered the order and the photo was clearly 1 pizza box yet they still refused to refund me. I even screenshotted the conversation with the dasher where he said he delivered the wrong order (clearly). For 4 days I talked to 4 different customer service reps. Still have yet to receive a refund. I honestly just find it funny now.

Overcharge me $70 if I didn’t caught it it would’ve gone through unnoticed.try to get an explanation for the mistake,got a pathetic ,sorry ass excuse for a customer service department.the worst ever customer service,my advice to you people if you still want to continue using this company I suggest to check how much they’re charging you when you place an order it’s for own best interest,I’ve got nothing to gain by giving them this review,I’m just being honest!!!!!!

I have been a customer and a driver. As a customer, and even with a good tip to the driver it takes 40 min in my market to get my food and it is cold when I get it. As a driver, I am asked to drive 9 miles one way for less than $6.00 and then I need to drive 9 miles back to an area with orders, my acceptance rating went down to 29%... I am sure this is happening to other drivers in our area, hence the reason for long wait times and cold food. I have called Door Dash over 30 time, not only as a driver but also as a costumer. Will they ever fix this problem? I see them being bought out or just loosing in the end!

The dasher dropped my food at the wrong location & they only credited me 3.00 & some change from the amount I paid. I did not receive my food or my money back. I contacted their support & they told me that the driver could not reach me, I sent screenshots of the dasher & my text messages, where I clearly described the location. More than once. The driver still dropped it at the wrong location & sent me a picture, I text the driver back & let him know I did not receive my order & he said he would figure something out. Meanwhile customer service is still telling me they can only give me 3.44. I gave them my money & I got no food. I am beyond livid. The dashers are incompetent & the company is not delivering on the service they are advertising. I told them to contact their driver, they should have a way to make sure I get my order & contact their drivers. They told me all they could do was give me 3.44 back. How dare they keep my money and act like it’s paining them to refund me more than it’s paining me to give somebody my money for no service nor product. It’s now 1:48 Am and I am now wasting more of my time to give this review. I have also left a review with the better business bureau. I am so angry. They have my money, gave me no product, & wasted all of my time. They should be held accountable to deliver on the service they are advertising & if they can not give people their money back. No where on their policy does it state they don’t give refunds. How can you take someone’s money & give them nothing?? I’m ready to sue them over this. It’s really criminal.
