“My $38 order came late and cold...place it was picked up from is 2 minutes from my house...now I'm dealing with having to chat with someone who doesn't speak much english....and now Im even more upset....do yourself a favor and just pick up your order...you'll have hot food and no headache....I was able to get my tip removed but they should of paid for the food they let get cold by their negligence....”

“Food poisoning - no refund nor support. I called the restaurant to notify them as well as the health dept but when it comes to rectifying payment or even handling a claim that is with DoorDash and they refused a refund, asked for medical documentation and took zero responsibility.”

“I placed an order for BIG Ass Breakfast Burrito in WA. but my order was sent to Sandy UT. I called both the restaurant and Door Dash and they would refund because the order was already made. I will NOT use door dash again and if I'm in sandy UT i will not go to big ass breakfast burritos.”

“I made an order for a Safeway cake through Doordash for a friend's present. The cake was delivered but cracked. If the service is offered to deliver cakes, they have to be careful with the item to make sure it arrives in perfect shape as the bakery gave it to the person in charge for delivery. They just offered me a $5 dollars refund plus the tip I gave. This is a service I can't recomend at all. A really bad experience because it was a surprise for a friend!”

“Zero stars ordered food got charged for items that never showed uploaded a pic of my meal missing the items and they refused to refund my order in credit or back on my card door dash and the restaurants that use them rip people off”

“They randomly take funds from your bank account in tiny amounts like 3.30, 1.24 etc. Even when you haven't ordered from them in a month. Do not use.”

“It seems every time my order was incorrect or cold by the time I got it. I had to get refunds but one time I ask for refund they said no because of my prior issues. I was missing part of my order and they didn’t care. I sent pictures and they didn’t care. Horrible company and no customer service. All they want is your money. I will not use them anymore”

“Door dash will hire anyone most of the time we have to complain about orders being wrong and sometimes the bag smells like weed or cigarettes and thts nasty asf. Also dasher mite have a girl name and end up being a man dropping food off”

“been with for five months or more- now a Stalker is kicking out dashers so he can take my orders< true...filthy cars delivering, dasher shops are Frustrating, and nobody cares!. door dash pass is a waste of time and $. same service and fees. so Fraudulently selfishly! door dash tries to get you by raising delivery fees on the restaurants they know i chose saw that today! yes.. i know because the last orders were $1.99 delivery today was $5.99. restaurants are of poor review nothing really but fast food Uber can deliver free. sorry door dash not tipping if you are taking that tip away from dashers by charging 3x fees, and tax... it's a scam. SCAM DOOR DASH!. we're done now.... as is 14 of my closest allies.”

“I ordered long John’s silvers $60 order. The driver “delivered” my order. But the photo he sent was not my house, so I immediately called the driver and told them they didn’t drop it off at the right house. He replied “oh I’m sorry you will have to call customer service” and he refused to turn around and bring me my order. When I finally found the house he pictured there was no one home and no food on the porch. The driver stole our food after deliberately dropping it at the wrong house. To complete his order. And now door dash is refusing to refund me the $60 I spent for food I didn’t receive and was stolen by their driver. So the driver while my $60 food order. And doordash stole my $60. Great customer service and their drivers are nothing but theifs. Everytime we used doordash something is missing or we don’t get our food. Photo attached below shows where the long John’s silver was dropped compared to the KFC ORDER that did deliver to us the same evening. Clearly not the right house!!!”

“A very incompetent company!! 1. Allows orders well outside of the area for their drivers and rates them on delivery time that can not be met unless you break the law by speeding... 2. If your late due to Traffic in a well populated area and a tourist site you can still get a strike for being late on stuff and other drivers you can't control.. 3. The company does not even have their own drivers from the owners of the company to understand how some places you go to as a driver to pick up does not start working on your delivery that someone paid for online till you reach their store and whoever was in front of you even if purchase time was before that person you still have to wait on them!!.. (Are we starting to see a theme?) 4. If any of the above happens to you and you get a strike they don't take care of it as fast as they should. I have one strike due to The second thing I posted above and it's been 3 weeks and has not been resolved.. DoorDash do we not understand pigeon forge or any of Sevier county in Tennessee is a high populated place and a tourist trap... Delivery drivers will be late sometimes!! Do not strike them for it in that area!!.. 5. DoorDash if you are going to assign areas that is inside a tourist trap or you have to hop onto the interstate to go somewhere else out of the area that you are dashing in double the amount of time that it takes for the delivery... (You're not always going to be able to go somewhere in 30 minutes) Especially if it's out of the way!! Thanks. [LET THIS BE A WARNING FOR ANYONE WANTING TO START DOING DOORDASH]”

“The last several orders that I have booked through DoorDash were done early enough in the morning for me to select the time I needed my order delivered. However all of those orders have been an hour late. This is stressful as sometimes I have back to back meetings and have a VERY narrow window to eat. I'm not sure if this is the restaurant, driver or the company's fault but have a hard time blaming the restaurant when they confirmed my order would be ready on time. I get being short-staffed but have issue when I place my order at 8:30am with a 12:00pm delivery time that the order is still delivered an hour late. Not to mention, DoorDash took down their own review process which tells me they don't want feedback on how to improve their serve. I get not liking bad reviews but how does one improve without any feedback opportunities. I have since switched over to a competitor who so far has delivered my orders within the selected window.”

“I ordered Chipotle through door dash app. 2 burritos with no onions because I am allergic. I got my order and one of the burritos was fill with onions. I reach out to support. My refund was declined. I order from door dash all the time. I have spend plenty of money with them. You can't return to store. If you spending money for something you didn't order is worthless. I will never order through this app again. BE AWARE OF USING THIS APP. they stated I was decline because of the review I gave smh. I even sent pictures. This is not customer service. I don't have to spend my hard earning money with poor support.”

“Pizza ordered for set time an hour earlier. Arrived an hour after it had been cooked. Was cold and stodgy. Over $40 for a delivered pizza wasted because Door Dash running so late with pick up and delivery.”

“Your door dash drivers need to know what products they want. They rudely approach sales staff, cannot communicate and point to objects on their phone and dont want to take the time to look for their items. They yell out that the order is timed and we need to find their items. Some dont speak english and grute at us as if we are dogs. If you dont know what the product is, doordashing is not for them. They call the police when we refuse to do their shopping. They are their to service their door dash customers. We have trespassed some drivers and will continue to do so. This means they can't come back in the store again. Luiz amorim is one of the biggest problems. We don't want him in our store. Please train your drivers respect and to stop calling us racist because we speak english.”

“Ordered food from McDonald’s a $53 order said would arrive by 9:05, 9:48 rolls around and still no order. No communication from dasher so we text said someone took our order. So we ask are they remaking it they said no why not tell us that now we have to wait for a refund which hopefully we will get cause their customer service sucks do not recommend I will pay extra for Uber eats this company does not care about you as a customer. RUN!!!”

“I have placed order from tim hortans and and the door dash delivery guy delivered it at wrong address this is stupid delivering someone order at different place and the delivery boy asked me to call door dash when i call them they said they will call the march ent but they didn't pick their call and then he asked me to call and they didn't pick i called back door dash and the lady put me on the hold for almost 30 minutes even i was on my work this is seriously a stupid thing Please don't include any sensitive information”

“Dasher brought my order, food was great, item was missing, apparently it's doordash's policy now not to refund for missing items, this equates to theft by a corporate entity of a private person. Followed up with their support agent "Durgesh" who then proceeded to end the chat and failed to listen to my concerns, every time I would reopen the chat, he would then reclose it before I could type out the remaining issues. Very rude.”

“They say that they issue refunds but it’s a lie. I don’t see my refund on my bank statement. Be careful customers, don’t get scammed. The agent said that she can see my refund in my bank statement. I didn’t know door dash can see bank statement.”
