“This company is garbage, they take a higher percentage of taxes than what it actually is and they inflate prices to get that money.”

“Dasher delivered my order to the wrong address and not even close to where I live. Texted Doodash and dasher through their text app and no response. Tried to contact customer support online and of course the answer I got was no refunds and no re-order delivery. What a ripoff company. Unfortunately, people don't seem to care about this companies unprofessional conduct until they experience the same outcome. Good luck.”

“I have been doirdashing for years .Using a new car with signs and i even wear a complete doirdash uniform. But whenever i have a problem the idiot agents generally close chat. Door dash is a pathetic company to work for.The real wages are 10 to 15 dollars an hour and than yoy have to deduct gas and depreciation of vehicle not to mention maintenance. So the pay is 8 to 12 dollars an hour. Consider other companies”

“I received the wrong order. I contacted DoorDash right away. They would not resend correct order or refund what I paid their only solution was to give me a credit toward next order for a third of what I paid. When I voiced that a third of what I paid is not fixing the problem they said that all we ca do and hung up on me.”

“Horrible company marks up prices with hidden fees and refuses to refund a fair amount when your order is wrong. They can’t even refund a $10 milkshake delivered without a straw. Pathetic.”

“Order was over an hour and a half after order time. A full hour after estimated delivery time. I attempted to contact help desk an hour into the process. No offer of a discount. Told a refund was not possible regardless of the fact that my order had not yet been picked up. Very poor service.”

“Would never recommend. Cold food and drivers who speak zero English are the norm. They take several orders to the point you're not getting your food on time or hot! I paid $40 for a late cold pizza. And this was after I originally cancelled because the first delivery took way too long. I tried again because Pizza Hut couldn't figure out how to refund my card. Now that I've seen their rating I'm glad people are speaking up. I will never use Door Dash again even after they "change" to get better reviews.”

“This place they’re crooks they will steal from you. We ordered food and put the wrong address that was like four buildings up. The driver never called door Dash sent an email or anything it was a $41 purchase. We never received the food and all they did was give us a $10 credit on DoorDash. I spoke to the lady on the phone. She refused to help me. She was very ignorant and said that we will not be refunding our money. If you can do anything, please do not use DoorDash stay clear this place they have a 1.3 review for a reason keep your money go to another Uber eats or something do not use DoorDash they are crooks.”

“I ordered New Whey protein 60g/12g BCAAs. They delivered very cheap old version of it with 30g protein/6g BCAAs. I filed a wrong item delivered request, which was denied immediately. I spoked twice with a company representative. They told me that appeal was also denied, because original request was denied. This was my first and last time I used DoorDash. Never ever recommend it to somebody! As soon as they get your money, they do not care about you. They have my money and I stuck with a product I do not need! Please, look at the attached pictures.”

“Customer service cannot give you a contact or email address when your refund is denied. I ordered and paid for a drink. Door dash person did not deliver it. DoorDash will not refund any of their service fee or tip even though they did not complete service.”

“Doordash is TRASH. Yall hire these people who don't speak English, can't follow GPS It's ridiculous. By the time they UNDERSTAND your directions the food is cold . Then y'all have nerve to put all these ridiculous fees on top of the order. Will never order again. Only reason why I did is because we're moving and EVERYTHING is in storage. Garbage”

“They are obviously hiring non- English speaking drivers. Wine from where? They get the order right about 30% of time. The rest of the time something is missing or the wrong order entirely. They're going to lose money Hand over first. This service has gone to s#!^.”

“I just spoke with FON about an order I paid double for because the 1st dasher delivered my order to wrong address and took my over zealous tip and ran. Since I ordered through the store and a dasher got the order , I called the store and was advised to call DoorDash and make a report of theft by their dasher. After the run- around, I decided to cancel my “$9.99 No Delivery Fee” because I was scammed in other ways. No problem taking my money from my credit card and buy and eat the food I ordered. Not on my watch. You get an “F” for rude customer service and theft by a dasher which makes me a “VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER”. Good Evening. 🌇”
