“I simply cannot believe how bad the service from DPD has been. My phone from EE was due on Monday 16th May. It was sent to the incorrect address, sent back and resent. It was supposed to arrive yesterday 21st May, but still no sign and no communication from DPD. I called up to complain, and was told there was nobody to take a complaint... I cannot understand why EE use them for deliveries. Terrible service and STILL NO PHONE!!!!”

“Absolutely awful service. DPD said I was not home at the scheduled delivery time. This is totally untrue. Indeed, I was sitting waiting behind a glass door for the delivery for an hour. There was no attempt to deliver my package. Reviews indicate that this is not unusual for DPD. Such contempt for customers is completely unacceptable and I will not make a future purchase from any supplier that uses DPD.”

“What a joke of a company safe the planet by using less Co2 yip so true as you don't deliver to the correct address 6 months on and your office still has problem reading the address label close down your PPoor app and deliver to people's address I don't use your app I had it once after I had to claim against seller for using you and your useless company as per all my reviews regarding your company any supplier using DPD I will cancel order and buy else where”

“The worst delivery company in the uk!!! the drivers are not coming at home but they say that the have missed you uploading random pictures pretending that is your house!! I was tracking the driver on the map and when I have received the email that he has missed me he was in a completely different zone!! that is the second time already shame on you!!!”

“Financial Conduct Authority is using this awful service to collect out of service laptops. This is the second day in a row they haven't bothered to turn up at all despite texts received confirming they will 'deliver' (ie. make a collection) within a certain hour. You then receive a condescending text saying "sorry we missed you, your driver won't be back today". No DPD, your imaginary driver never showed up and DPD being an incompetent business will not admit that fact. RUBBISH. This has wasted too much of my time already. Text links to rearrange don't work and no chance trying to contact a human.”

“I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. So the driver has been in the last stop for the last hour and half approaching the second hour . Bear in mind I’m getting a food delivery. I bet you money he is either gone to the pub or decided to have a long extended break since why not , I feel DPD doesn’t care at all . There is no point contacting customer services they are the worst in the world .”

“I had an attempted delivery today. I clearly stated thr event I am out to deliver to the house next door. Have a ring go bell he didn't try to deliver next door and he didn't shut my gate either. And you can't complain because everything is automated DPD are always the same in my experience”

“They should leave my packet in a shop that I suppose they have some agreement with them, in the shop say they dont have the packet in DPD say is in the shop. and doing trips and calls to figure it out who has my packet, is not the first time I have problems with DPD”

“Absolutely shower of s**t. What's the point of labelling my name and address on a parcel, letting me know by email and text that my driver will be delivering between a certain time, and then just leaving outside my neighbours door, two away, for them to deliver to me? WHY DPD ? WHY?”

“Absolute joke this parcel company, do not use them, said they have been to deliver twice no card through door and on both occasions and my partner was in the house with covid all week. This is not the first time yous have done this, plus you can't complain as you get told your parcel has been sent back to sender. Micky mouse company and no complaints department, neither wonder”

“Openly hostile delivery driver.When I buy anything again I shall be checking to see which courier service they use-if it's DPD I won't be making a purchase.Absolutely awful,never in my life have I experienced such a rude delivery driver.All these 1 star reviews can't be wrong.”

“I purchased a vintage camera body as a birthday treat to myself, 24hour delivery was chosen by the camera company, nothing arrived on day one and today (Day 2) the delivery operative left my parcel outside my tower block unattended (He photographed it), then claimed it was signed for and delivered. The Initials of the so called person that signed were different to mine on the delivery notes. I am at this moment £150 down due to the total incompetence of this idiot and DPD's working culture, he should be sacked before he can repeat this crime.”

“I, as an artist, made two paintings, one on glass, the other on a wooden base, put 2 layers in bubble paper, 2 layers of cardboard, and wrote 100 times what was fragile. my parcel was gone and no one knows where the parcel is after 3 months!, after long correspondence I was told that I had packed it poorly, then that the glass was forbidden to be sent. I was not provided with any evidence or photos of the damage. I conclude that I was robbed and I also paid for it and worked hard on the paintings. this is the worst service in my life.”

“Absolute awful customer service. Says my parcel was attempted delivery but I got a image of a random place. When I called customer service the man was completely unhelpful and kept trying to tell me it was the right place when it was clearly not my house. Went in roundabouts in the conversation until he hung up on me.”
