Order microwave from John Lewis. Dpd are delivering to my local supermarket and not my home although I hadn't indicated this. 2nd time this has happened without my consent. Get confirmation email saying parcel is ready to collect next day from 12.00pm. Go to supermarket at 6.00pm and they haven't got it. Go onto dpd app and it says returned to depot attempting delivery next day. God knows whether it'll be my home or the supermarket. Terrible courier. Customer services not available how convenient.

Parcels2go are now hiding behind DPD who are a good company. But they must not let P2G drag them down to their appalling level of customer service So do not use DPD online its not them its a front for P2G

What a disgusting delivery company. Sat at home waiting for my delivery, decided to check the app when it was late only to see that the status was ‘delivery refused’. Not the first time I’ve had a problem with this company. You call customer services and they don’t even answer the phone, just a continuous message saying that there is high call volume and the call will take over 5 minutes to be answered. 20minutes later, still waiting for someone to answer. To get a response, call your seller and ask for a full refund. Only when companies who use DPD, keep having to give people refunds because of poor service will this company go out of business. Can’t give less than 1 star on the rating

Do not trust or use this company at any cost. It been 2 months not a single parcel has been delivered on a single attempt. Many parcels ended up going back to the seller. They always lie that they try to deliver the item but no one was at home. Big big lies. Customer services are same as drivers promises alot but delivers non. This company needs to shut down.

Do not trust your items with this company. They crushed three well packed boxes in the same delivery with valuable contents and the customer service is appalling they care absolutely nothing about the customer. We are seeking legal advice and are spreading the word via social media. We have also contacted Watchdog and have received a response asking for further information

Useless Please Avoid very unprofessional Rubbish Avoid this con courier service Never ever use this courier service. I bought a dress from Goddiva UK a few day’s ago. First I received a message from this service that my package due to be delivered on Saturday the 2nd of June has changed to Monday 4th of June between 11.46 to 12:46 am. I had to postpone everything I had planned to do on Monday waiting for this parcel. Shockingly for me on Monday I was at home waiting for this parcel then came a message with a fat lie that Dpd attempted delivery and there was no one at home to sign. Dpd now locations to choose where I can pick up my parcel. I think this courier is total con. My question is where’s a note to proof that Dpd actually came to my door to deliver the parcel? I the UK government needs to ban all these quake courier services aimed as taking money from people and not rendering the services for which people had paid for. Everything I had planned to do today has been totally wasted because I was waiting for a ghost delivery service. I can conclude that no one attempted delivery and the only way to hide their unprofessional service was to to tell me that delivery will be attempted again tomorow or give me other locations where to pick up my delivery. When I take a closer look at the time the parcel was to be collected feom the nearest shop it says 12 noon. Why should a parcel that was delivered today due to no one to assign the parcwl be collected in a local shop late at 12noon? Why cant i collect it later that same evening? This tells me no one even yeued to deliver my parcel. Shame on you DPD. You ate total con and giving peoplea lot of distress with your unprofessional servic shame on yoi. I will contact watchdog with my experience from this dirty service.Find below messages I received from DPD; Your parcel could not be delivered today as no one was in. Apparently they attempted 2 deliveries over the weekend, no calling card or nothing. On both occasions I was at home waiting, but no one showed up. Bunch of liars. Not sure how are they still around.

Paid a fortune for Saturday delivery before 10:30am. I was waiting and spotted a DPD van go by. He went to an address over a mile away and tried unsuccessfully to deliver it there. I received notice that they tried and failed to get an answer at door of address. "along with a photo of a different address", over a mile from the correct one! You need to invest in some Satnavs. I will try for a refund but I'm not holding my breath 96% deliveries on time. NO

Delivery time slot 3 days ago was not accurate, waited I. The next day and guaranteed delivery, even tracked my delivery with the app which is a total waste of time since it did t arrive again even when the delivery driver went two miles by my house. 3rd day, the parcel is missing now and no one can give an update, another day off work. Still no parcel. I'm shocked at there service, and lies. No remorse.

Should rename themselves DPD photographers - didn't actually try and deliver my parcel, or leave their fabled 'calling card' - just took a photo of the front of the house.

Apparently they delivered my parcel to the wrong address with a fake name on the signature. They customer service is completely useless and they are not able to find the parcel! Unbelievable!

I have 2 complaints with in week one I have a missing parcel which when I have tried to tack down was delivered to number 13, that's funny because there isn't a number 13 on my street. Second I have been waiting for my parcel for 4 days now after receiving the tx saying it be delivered on Tuesday 29th & me requesting for it to be delivered to a neighbour twice. Why send this message if you are going to ignore the request I know for a fact my neighbours were in. Two days on from them ignoring my request I still haven't received my parcel and when I track the number there is no information on when it will delivered. They also did not leave cards for either of my 2 parcels, at least with the second one I got a tx but with my parcel with supposedly went to number 13 there was nothing. Awful service all round.

Unfortunately, DPD couriers did not deliver the package twice. To be at home, and to pick it up, I finished work for 2 days earlier. For what they do not pay me. I lost 40 pounds on that. On Thursday, 30 May, courier Karolis did not even leave any note that he was. I only received a message that nobody was at home when I was waiting for him. I contacted DPD in this matter. Next day on Friday, May 31, they were to deliver the parcel again :) This time, the courier Nick did not even knock on the door just left a note that he was there and no one found it and this time he took a photo of my door, of course from behind the fence. I went to DPD Peterborough to pick up the parcel in person and submit a complaint. UNFORTUNATELY They did not have my package :( And in the case of a complaint, they told me to contact the seller, I'm pissed off

Left a £70 meat order on the street labelled in porch on email... I have no porch was just basically left outside my door on the street in the blistering heat. Package was stolen.

Parcel lost or stolen by DPD that's what I've been told by the sender . After all I can not login on my dpd account anymore. Stay away from this company

Given a delivery slot of between 12 and 1pm, as its a flat actually saw the DPD van drive past and the driver then had the audacity to say there had been no- one at home and had left a card. Total lies!!! Rang AO to complain/rant and re-delivery promised before 5pm. Suprise suprise the delivery failed to turn up again...without doubt the worst delivery company out there and should wind up their business and not the customers.

Each time you will speak (email as they don't like face to face) with a different adviser, who cannot and will not assist. Your parcel will arrive when and where they want. You will be text a premium 0844 number which is automated and cost you. They love saying "sorry" but dislike taking action. Please ask your suppliers to consider switching their account and email them a link of TrustPilot and Reviews.
