i watched the driver pull up outside my house from my window and walked straight past not even coming to my door then lied to the woman that lives there telling her I wasn't in he didn't even leave a card telling me my parcel was there and if it wasn't for the fact she had to sign for it and I received an email telling me I would never have know

This is the first time I write a review. It is a shame for Amazon to hire this company to deliver its goods. It is the worst delivery experience ever since my parcel will be delivered two days late instead of the claimed from Amazon "Next day delivery".

Hello, I'm writting regarding a parcel delivery. It was supposed to be deliver on 27, but I had to reschedule it for 28, but never received a message for time slot. The parcel status was that it is in Oldbury depot. I was waiting till the afternoon of 29 to receive a time slot, then I contacted a customer service team member. After waiting half an hour on the phone, he hang up on me without an answer what us happening . I decided to request a pick up from the depot on 30 at 16:30. I was traveling almost an hour from worcester to birmingham so i can collect my parcel, but guess what, I was told that my parcel is somewhere, they weren't even sure where and now I'm supposed to wait till 2nd of January for update .... is this a joke. I suffer from a lot of loses because of this delay. And this time you will meet my lawyer. This is rediculous. I'm not happy with this situation.

If I could give them no stars at all I would. No communication, no delivery for days on end. I will always check now before I buy and wont buy anything that is delivered by DPD. Appalling.

Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe this company. They couldn’t find the house, no phone call. You can’t speak to anyone when you call. Went to the depot as the website said it was there and was told it was on the back of a lorry. Very unhelpful. Worst experience of deliveries I’ve had.

Would rate 0. If you're at all rural they rarely deliver on the day given, let alone the time slot provided. Reason given is chosen at random. Should include a 'driver couldn't be arsed' option. Inconvenience of waiting in for a company that insists on a signature then never turns up. Even yodel consistently works better.

Yesterday driver “Ashley” lied and said he attempted to deliver my iPhone. He didn’t because: 1) The picture he uploaded, which was taken from his van, is of my next door neighbour’s house. 2)There is no calling card. 3) I was in at the time he claimed to have tried Angrily I rearranged for delivery today, 29/12/17. Having not received a time slot by 12:00 I finally managed to speak to an actual human being. No one knows where the iPhone is. See “Ashley” didn’t scan it back in last night but apparently it’s ok as he says he definitely dropped it back at the depot last night. He just couldn’t be bothered making sure he had proof that this was the case. I’m further not to worry as after, “a phone call to the depot” by customer services “Ashley” has been working there for years and has never had a problem before!! No but he has “lost” a £1000 parcel. That’s a fact. NO ONE at DPD knows where the iPhone is at present and they couldn’t care less. Check if the place you’ve ordered from uses these clowns for deliveries and, if they do, look elsewhere for items that need delivering. ESPECIALLY if they are of high value.

Apalling service! The delivery driver blatantly lied that he couldn't deliver our package because nobody was there. We were in and nobody rang the doorbell or knocked on the door or for that matter left a card to say they tried to deliver but we weren't there. I then arranged the box to be left in our black recycling box at the front door today but the box was left on top of the box and it was completely soaked so that the lid of the box practically disintegrated in my hands when I picked it up. I have taken the box inside as soon as I got the message that it has been delivered as I was again at home but didn't want to risk the driver saying again that they couldn't deliver because nobody was in.

Worst delivery company ever! After receiving 3 different texts on 3 separate days saying my parcel would be delivered today,nothing still arrived after 10 days, no customer service satisfaction & eventually today tracking shows my parcel is now being returned to its origin of France!!!!

Hi, I was expecting my packet one day, and because of Christmas the time of my delivery date was changed what I understand. That they when should I expect the delivery I could not wait until 4pm. So I changed the delivery day for the next day and it is 12:00pm and I still havent received any message about the delivery hour. I will never buy anything where is delivery with your company. Tried tracking order with all correct details. Unable to get any details apart from on it's way. Telephoned on number given and it just refers you to website. Sends you round in circles! Unable to get a clear picture as to when parcel is to be delivered, despite receiving a text message parcel would be delivered 22 December some 6 days ago. Very poor customer service as unable to speak to someone to clarify anything

What a shambles! DPD should be ashamed of themselves. No Xmas prezzie for my daughter after phoning relentlessly (seems they never answer calls as i was on hold almost an hour) emailed them on 22nd and nothing. Received an email in response on 27th to say parcel lost as its never been scanned since 23rd and it would be down to me to have the matter investigated. Lies somewhere as i had visited their depot on Xmas eve in an attempt to retrieve my parcel in time for Xmas and was told it was already out for delivery! How can they lose parcels overnight. Dreadful company definately the worst i have used to date and they clearly do not care about their customers.

Like others I would review as minus if I could. I ordered a delivery from Samsung which arrived 3 days later than expected as it was held at the depot for an unknown reason after I had tracking information to say it would be delivered that day between a certain time. Hours after the time has gone they had said it was changed to tomorrow and I would have an updated time before 1pm. I never received an updated time so instead changed the parcel to pick up at the shop as it was closer to the depot so should be easier. After finally picking up the parcel as it arrived so late I sent this back. It is now 3 weeks since I took this to the DPD shop and the parcel has gone missing. DPD are impossible to contact through phone and email and I am being refused a refund as they haven't received the parcel. Thank goodness for credit card refund protection. In future I will not be buying from anywhere that uses DPD

Absolutely dreadful company they tell lies and cover up their mistakes. I arranged for a parcel to be delivered next day from Darlington to Haddington, I was told adverse weather on 23/12/17 caused no delivery, hmmm strange I know that was a bright sunny day. Perhaps the glint from the road affected the driving, when I asked about it via a human 27/12/17 I was informed next day didn’t cover Saturday delivery and they had no staff anyway. Come on guys if you are going to lie then at at least all of you tell the same lie. DO NOT USE DPD LOCAL.

I have ordered item from gearbest which hass ben handeld by DPD UK on 26.11. It supposed to be a christmas present for my parents. Till now the tracking number (5998599211) has not been updated and the item is since 26.11. a Southall. I have contacted several times the DPD UK customer support service, but till now novebody was able to provide me update about my shippment. I have bough more then 150 items from many places, but I have never waited for my item for so long. For me big disapoitment, I hope that all my futures goods will be sent by different company than UK DPD.

I wish if I could give them no star at all. I am a new seller at Amazon and made a big mistake of sending my parcel through DPD. After a couple of weeks, Customer raised complaint through Amazon and he was refunded the amount and Amazon suspended my seller account due to these issues and me being a new seller. When I inquired through DPD, I was informed my parcel is still at the local collection point. No apology and rather I was advised to collect it from the location and try to resend again as new parcel. Absolutely rubbish service. I’ll put this on Facebook and LinkedIn. I will also go to every feedback forum and give this over there. Riz

If i could give zero stars I would. Appalling customer service. Drivers who lie about delivering, sign for parcel themselves. Disgusting company who don't give a damn about there customers.
