I am expecting a high value order from Dyson. I opted for the 5-8pm slot today. The confirmation email defaulted that time to 5-10pm so I cancelled an evening appointment to make sure I was in. My parcel has not arrived, I’ve had NO communication from DPD to explain why the delivery hasn’t been made. Having just logged on to their website it is now saying tomorrow between 6am and 10pm??!! Sorry, you expect ME to wait in for 16 hours tomorrow when YOU have failed delivery today and didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know? I think not. At least have the decency to offer me a time window to fit around my commitments tomorrow given that I have already had to cancel arrangements today when you didn’t turn up. Disgraceful service.

I received a text SMS at 7:04 telling me "Your order will be delivered 27 Jun by DPD." No sign yet and when I finally got through to a human (after Googling for a phone number as their website doesn't have a number) I was told that it would not be delivered today and no date could be provided. A day wasted spent waiting for a parcel that will not be delivered. How can I rate them as 0/5 ?

The most terrible experience on Earth! Ordered some things for my holiday from Women’s Secret (Spain) and DPD was the delivering company. Although I’ve placed an order 2 weeks before my holiday which allowed plenty of time to receive it - the parcel has never arrived! They’ve tried to deliver it but the email they’ve sent me stated that the parcel was refused (what?!). So then I decided to collect it from the depot in Enfield (2 days before flying) thinking that this will be the most secure way. And when I arrived there...they said to not even hope to receive it on that day. Why? Because they can’t find it. Sorry, what? So I’ve explained that I need it urgently and despite of the members of stuff being polite and friendly - nothing has been done further to this matter. At the depot I’ve been told that the parcel got lost or stolen (apparently, as I’ve been told, high value fashion items are normal to get stolen!). Then I had to do very quick shopping on my lunch break so that I’ll have everything for the holiday. After that had to deal with them via emails while being on holiday and been promised that they’ll sort everything out. But after few emails they just stopped replying! Whatsoever! Tried to reach out to them for a week but nothing! Just no reply! So had to call. On the phone I’ve been told that they can’t help me. Great, thanks. And when I called for the second time they said to contact the seller. For the first time after almost a month! Sorted it out with the seller afterwards but this experience with DPD left me totally frustrated and upset. They never apologised and never took any actions about the whole thing. If you can go for another delivery company - go for it. Cause this can happen to you as well.

Day off work to await delivery. DPD claim , completely and utterly falsley that no one was available to sign for goods. I have full CCTV footage to prove no attempt was even made to deliver . These people treat customers with contempt and lie about their shoddy service.

The only courier firm who consistently fail to deliver our parcels and are not capable of following the delivery instructions of able to call us. Always saying they left a calling card which is a lie as we are in and there's no card ever

Waited all day long for my parcel with no updates sent to me and then when called the next day I was told they could not find my parcel and that's why it was not delivered. What a delivery company is this when they tell you in your face, that they could not find your parcel.

Was expecting a parcel to be delivered, I stayed in all. Received an email later on in the day informing me that they tried to deliver but that no one was in, they said they left a calling card. Liars liars liars. Received another email informing me that the parcel will be delivered the next day, I was in all day long and again. Absolutely useless company, never use them again. My parcel was due to be delivered on the Monday gone and when I called up they informed me my parcel was 'refused this could not have been the case as no parcel was even received to be turned away.The communication between the courier and mobiles direct is terrible!!!!.becuase of their lack of communication and partnership, they cannot provide me with an accurate date to when the parcel will be delivered. In addition to this inconvenience when I spoke with your team they informed me they would 'resend' my parcel and arrive by Friday which is today. To my surprise the phone has still not been delivered and I took a day off work to make sure I would be home. I have now been informed that my parcel will be estimated to arrive on the Tuesday. I am absolutely disgusted with this level of service. Your company are not even sure it will arrive on Tuesday yet my contract started a week ago so in that sense I am paying for a phone that I currently do not have as well as my current contract. This is absolutely embarrassing, what an inconvenience this company and dpd have caused me and to top that I can't get the day off work on Tuesday, therefore what will happen to my package then?

First the courier didn't showed up in the day and time he should.nobody even call me to let me know there will not be a courier to pick up my parcel..so no refund or anything. You can't contact them to speak to the person it direct you to machine witch disconnects you after short informations and on the end you charged £6 for nothing. Very incompetent customer service to solve a problem. Nobody is even calling me after I send it the email to complain..constantly they are sending me emails they sorry but accualy nothing is done.there should be a phone call from one person who will take care of the problem from beginning to the end.it was my first door to door booking from DPD and the last one.

Awful awful awful - I never write reviews but felt compelled to do it this time. DPD have the worst customer service ethic and are the most unhelpful delivery company I have ever come across. A package has apparently been signed for by the driver but not delivered. Its now 5 days later and still no sign of my package. 4th attempt of calling (after being on hold for over 30 mins each time) has resulted in me being told that I have to ring back to chase this the next working day. Utterly bizarre system. The customer service rep was pleasant enough at first, but when I expressed my confusion with the way my request was being handled I was so rudely cut off. This isn't the first time I have had major problems with DPD. If you are a seller on Amazon or other company, just boycott using this delivery company. They are unreliable.

Booked collection. Still waiting 24 hours later for collection!! Had a chat with DPD help. No explaination given as to what has gone on. Just given standard blurb no specifics. Decided to cancel now

Garbage service. The driver thought I was someone else who had been rude to him in the past so just was abusive as hell towards me. The package wasn't even for me. I was shaken after being treated like that so I emailed their head office. They in turn SHOWED the email to the guy and he came back twenty minutes later. I didn't even open the door to him this time. Had to get the police involved. Incredibly bad service.

Delivery time advised after I’d paid for next day delivery. I then got a text saying I’d changed delivery day, which I hadn’t. Finally got through on phone after 20 minutes to be told definite delivery in afternoon. No chance, and blatantly lied to, so next day advised 4.21 to 5.21 delivery. Finally arrived at 7.46. Appalling service and this has been fed back to Amazon. Delivery driver very polite and I hazard he’d been called in late on or I would still be waiting. I send out parcels but would never use these incompetents.

I got text about delivery time coming. I was ready to collect. No delivery man, no parcel, no delivery notification. Just informed my by text - Your parcel was refused. Thank you DPD

I paid for a specific DPD delivery slot and waited in for delivery. The parcel did not during eth time slot so I stayed an extra hour waiting for delivery. The parcel was still not delivered. I later received an email notification stating that DPD had tried to deliver the parcel during the time slot and I was not in. This is patently untrue. Fortunately have proof I was home. Am extremely unhappy to have paid for specific delivery and had them not turn up. And lie about it. Have demanded a refund. Would not recommend at all.

DPD is very bad, probably the worst service company I have ever known. The low quality of service forces me to cancel purchase as soon as I see this is the only delivery method. Lost of time, and money with this company. I hope sellers can avoid them if possible. It seems their delivery model involves sending message that no one was available so a receiver will have to make your way to their depot. In the past the delivery person very rarely made their way to my door (perhaps 1 in 10). On some occasions the package has been lost altogether.

I could not imagine worse service from a delivery company My advice is not to use this company to deliver your items . If you do and have a problem the chances of getting any useful help is virtually non existent. Simply read the many many many negative reviews on this site and others and you will see how appalling their service is and how frustrated and badly treated paying customers have felt . They crushed three boxes of mine in one delivery and damaged the contents beyond repair. As said they simply do not care and I shall be writing a negative review every day .
